Only way to be sure is pull all the games until the error is found, but that would never happen. Easier to just randomly pluck a name and hope people accept that.

The whole wagering system is so obviously shot :cool:
 
It does kind of throw the credibility of the casino out of the window. It makes you think if there are other accredited casino's out there experiencing similar.

Which is why I am glad I ever found this forum to begin with.

Of course I've always counted my spins and paid attention to all t&c's (for the most part :p), but without this forum I'd probably have been screwed over many times. :(

I know a lot of you like to take a bonus or two, no matter the waging requirements but I've stopped bothering, new casino or old....

It just isn't worth the hassle - I dont take ANY bonuses at all now, Welcome or other wise.

Rather a frightening prospect that, I've often wondered why when I'm almost sure I've beaten wagering it hasn't moved, I've even been told I need to refresh before as my wagering was stuck.
Might just be a one off, but it does throw the question into the hat how honest actually is wagering at some casino's....hmmmm

My thinking is that casinos wanted to screw a player, they'd do in a different way. There are others methods which are safer, cleaner, and smoother.:cool:

Casinos know that some players are taking notes about the WR in progress, someone of us thru app/softwares, someone else (like me) using paper and pencil (old school).

Why runnig a risk to be cought and ashamed...to take a few credits out of our pockets. Naaah.

I think that YES it happens sometimes and YES it's caused by some technical issues.

But of course I could be wrong.

Totally agree, and on the whole you have to trust them, otherwise we wouldn't play anywhere.
As for chat...you either have awesome i.e betat, trada for example or just hideous cut and paste answers, I've had a few decent chatty folk over at the caddell lot before mind, might just depend on whatever particular agent you have the pleasure of speaking to.
 
That is brutal! Im glad you caught it although I guess it would be hard not to catch.

I myself have run into a bit of an issue with platinum play casino. When taking a bonus there, sometimes wagering is not updated for 24 hours. I found that out by mistake. Usually I have a shot load to wager because I will deposit say $500 and get $500 which is like $20,000 wager lol.

One time I checked my wager and then logged on the next day and checked it before playing and it progressed quite a bit. This is a huge piss off. How many times have I lost money wagering that extra amount?

And then I saw it written somewhere "sometimes it takes 24 hours for the wagering to update". Oh really? Because you guys programmed it like this? pffffff!
 
My situation has nothing to do with wagering but with missing free spins.

I was playing at Bingo.com the 10 free spins they are giving every Friday on Mega Fortune slot,so i was on my mobile and after the first spin i triggered free spins feature and then my connection crashed.

Later that day went home opened the game and there were no free spins feature but it showed message 10 regular free spins..

I was really confused :eek2: so day after i pm here Ken the Unibet casino rep which asked for investigation of those free spins whatever happened.Must admit he was very fast on solving the problem,so i got answer :

"There was indeed a stuck game round due to your unfortunate disconnection and they have now cleared this and calculated the potential outcome which was 6.17 EUR.

However due to your bad experience I added an extra 10 EUR compensation, so a total of 16.17 EUR has now been added to your account."

So who can guarantee me that i didnt win more or maybe hit the Jackpot :D I dont know what is happening with accredited casinos but surely not a good sign :rolleyes:

Absolutely nobody. That's the thing.
We have the word of the casino and that is that.
That's why we absolutely as players need to play at the best a available online casinos at our disposal.
I fear for those new to the online casino world, with no knowledge of this place, it's literally like lambs to the slaughter, and it shouldn't be that way. It should be fair for all, not just those in the 'know'
