Both still accept usa players from New York. Therefore can somebody please inform me if it is safe to join them from their own personal experience with them or any other advice will help! thank you very much

No

No, (not without more research anyway)

It is unwise to join any sports/casino site that appears as a link from a post from a forum member who has only joined recently. Such links often look like spam (the danger is, this means that often they are). References to other threads in this forum are fine, but external links are less so. Many spammers disguise their spam by asking questions like yours, or more often relating what a "great time" they had at the casino in question.

If you just retain the links to other casinomeister threads, but merely named the casino without making the link clickable, you should stay within forum guidelines for this section. It might also be better to keep this all in one thread so you have a point of reference for all your questions and our advice. You can set the forum to notify you by E-mail whenever an answer is posted to your question. This notification E-mail will contain a link directly to the thread without you having to go through the forum for it. This is under "additional options" & "thread subscription" below. Set "notify type" to, say, "daily E-mail notification". You can also choose "instant" or "weekly".

The best advice for new players is to join accredited sites that accept US players. While this is hard, there are a small number of RTG accredited casinos that accept US players, and some of the MG casinos will only bar the 11 states with prohibition enshrined in state law.

For sports betting, BoDog has an open door policy for US players, however what they offer is strictly illegal under the wire act with respect to sport, and this is the reason they don't appear to be accredited any longer. They pay out to Neteller lightning quick (1 to 2 hours from cash-in).

Being from New York is a big problem, as this is in one of those 11 states. This pretty much means only Intertops for MG casinos, or BoDog for sports/RTG casino. (Or taking a chance with the others, who may turn out to be rogues). To lessen the chances of being hit by an obvious rogue, take a look at rogue listings at a number of sites, as well as typing the casino's name into a search engine such as Google. In Google, look well down the list, as many sites try to mess with search engines to make the negative stuff harder to spot, and bring what can be bogus positive information to the top.

There is a forum search facility here, but I find it hard to get any meaningful results because it lacks support for boolean search criteria, for example, look for "Roxy Palace" and you get a mess of threads about just "Palace" because the search will return results with only one of the words. Only casinos with an uncommon name are easy to search out in this way, for example "splendido" will return results on the casino "Vegas Splendido" only (now called "Casino Splendido").
You could also try looking up the company behind the casino in Google, and see what there is about them, or even look up the people who run them if you know their names. This could expose if they had a reputation of serial roguery.

Any casino or especially sportsbook that accepts wagers from the 11 "banned" states is knowingly taking a big risk. There is always the danger that the DoJ will manage to get hold of their execs in order to close down the operation. This could lead to any funds on deposit being hard to retrieve.

I am a member of carib sports and I think they run a top notch operation. There payouts are fast, usually within 10 minutes and the customer service has always been excellent. I always use the "send memo" link on their site and get answers within minutes. I am little concerned since pinnacle sports just stopped accepting US players though. I would have to rank #1 betjamaica and #2 carib sports in my book.

My case

My country is usually considered as somewhat risky, maybe it's different for U.S. players, but...
Cashout time was excessive ("We haven't received your email containing your bank statement", etc, you know the story). Finally I received the money via international post transfer although I requested cheque!!! :) I never ever received a withdrawal such a way, that was very strange.

wow this really really sucks for me: being from new york i can only register for accredited cainos and the only one i can join for my roulette strategy is microgaming casino site Intertops. However, before I do that can some one tell me do they monitor or have a log of your bets you place on casinos. The reason, I ask because they might consider my roulette strategy as abusive and won't process my payment. In addition, being for NY they can make another bogus reason that they don't accept players from NY anymore right after I want to withdraw or won enough cash for them to worry (at leat $1000 in 20 days). so please let me know! thank you very much

If you don't take a bonus, there shouldn't be any problem at all.

Having said that, there's no system for any game in existence that lets you win 100% of the time.

Abusive?

This argument came up a while back with Vegas Affiliates, also Microgaming. They denied cashouts because of "illegitimate play", and in some cases this seemed to have nothing to do with bonuses or ID issues. Most players were paid after pressure, but there has never been an explanation of what exactly was seen as abusive. The conclusion was that it was playing style alone - often involving big bets, which seems rather odd.
There is a possibility that a sophisticated progressive betting strategy was deemed abusive because by chance it worked more than it should and the casinos got worried.
Intertops were seen as OK, and provided you don't take a bonus you should be OK, as they will be unable to cite "bonus abuse" if you start playing Roulette with one. Most casinos do not like allowing Roulette with bonus money.
To ensure they don't use the "forbidden state" excuse, get confirmation in writing that they have no problem with accepting new players from New York.
Try your system with small stakes over a couple of sessions, and then withdraw a modest amount. This gets your first withdrawal out of the way, and you can then ensure the casino does not make awkward excuses about not being satisfied with documents. Once you are happy (Intertops state that first withdrawals take 14 days, the rest are quicker) then deposit again and try the system more fully.

As for records, Playcheck keeps 21 days of past play in intimate detail. After this, the playlog disappears. I cannot be sure if it goes altogether, or whether it is just archived. Since the data eventually gets used for the PWC figures I doubt it is lost completely. I have seen a player told that their play cannot be retrieved because they waited too long, but this could just have been an excuse from a casino that knew the playlog would show the player to have been right.

thanks for the info: that really helps! I guess I have to try exactly what you say just to be safe and see what happens next. Anyway, do you think i should try the same thing with sportsinteraction.com and caribsports.com or thats slightly more risky? what I would be doing: depositing less then 100 then after i win less then 175 I will ask for a withdrawal. if everything goes okay, I will withdraw 30% more. do you think that is safe?

Unsure

Unsure about the other two, but I cannot see a withdrawal of 175 from a deposit of 100 triggering any kind of audit. In order to trigger document requests, withdrawals tend to have to be larger. Neteller is likely to be the least troublesome, as card based deposits leave the casino open to charebacks. You will most likely be unable to find a card that works, even the pre-paid ones seem to be blocking US players at casinos.

I suspect what triggers a closer look is if you win slowly and consistently over a long period at a game that should get you in the end. It may be wise to retain your own Playcheck records, just in case you do very well and need to defend a claim of "cheating".
Once Vegas Affiliate casinos had the heat turned up on them they paid, as they say, "after pressure from the wider gaming community". This looks like they had a thin case, but were sure that something was up due to said players winning too much with a "system" of play that should not be working.
Roulette systems only work if there is some kind of long term bias in the game, such as a tired croupier or uneven roulette wheel. Online, problems with the software can be responsible, but a casino will not want to admit this as it will discredit the casino's fairness which will probably cost them more than just paying and banning one or two players. Hopefully this is the worst that will happen, paid off, and told not to come back. (I've had this often with the Fruit Machines:D ).

EOG as a community doesnt likes BET ROYAL and BETUS. Its just the site doesnt consider themselves a watchdog and EOG is only looking our for the almighty advertising $$ not the public You dont have to read far to figure out you should avoid ROYAL SPORTS and BETUS at all costs if you like getting paid.

Sports Inter Action is ok,

I would recommend SBG global for fine service and fast payouts.

Does SBG global casino has a roulette feature that you can spin without betting then bet later on whenever u want to: just like in microgaming casinos (sunvegas.com, intertops.com)

It probably is safe, but you must have one hell of a system if you're confident of making $175 off less than a $100 deposit on Roulette with $1 chips!

I hope you're going to share this system with everyone here at CM, in payment for all the good advice! :p

If you are only thinking of a $100 deposit, why did you rule out Hype? I was told they accept ALL players from USA (have you checked?), and although not Meister Accredited (yet), most here think they are solid & fair.

Below is the best roulette system, I have seen so far.

Caro's Roulette System #1

Startling disclosure by respected gambling authority has casino execs scratching heads

The following message was posted to the newsgroup rec.gambling.poker in 1997. Mike Caro was responding to a request for a good roulette system. Caro, who has for years maintained that you cannot overcome the odds against you at craps or roulette, steadfastly believes in this system. He calls it Caro's Roulette System #1. Surprisingly, some of the top mathematicians in the world have endorsed it.

If you click here, Mike Caro will explain why his system works, but we highly recommend that you study his system below first. Technical explanations can be quite boring. Sometimes it's better just to trust an expert.

Below is the message, as it was originally posted. It is aimed at a standard American roulette wheel, which has both zero and double zero. Similar theory could be applied to European roulette wheels with only a single zero, though.

BEGIN ORIGINAL POST

I'm going to give you a secret roulette system that really works. It will cut the house advantage to literally nothing, if you believe in it enough to never get frustrated and switch tactics. What I'm going to say may seem strange, but here goes.

First, never bet simply red or black. Also don't bet odd or even. These are equally poor, consistently losing wagers.

Second, don't be suckered into betting zero or double zero, despite what some experts may suggest. This may seem like you're betting with the house, but for technical reasons you are actually betting against the house -- and you are taking the worst of it.

So, in order to negate the house advantage, you MUST stick to straight non-green number bets. All odd red numbers turn out to be bad choices, based on over two trillion computer trials. Don't bet them.

All even black numbers fair poorly, and cannot be bet, for much the same reason, which I won't explain here.

Let's get straight to the money-saving advice. Any bet you decide to make MUST cover only even-red or odd-black numbers. There are no exceptions.

Finally, you need to be very disciplined in excluding the number 30 and the group of consecutive numbers that begins with 11 and continues clockwise through and including 14.

This system may seem mystical, but I take gambling quite seriously, and this works for me.

"Why my system really works!"

Leading experts agree: Caro's Roulette System #1 really does cut the house advantage to literally zero -- Here's why in the creator's own words

OK, since you were smart enough to come to this page, I won't play any more games with your mind. Here's the truth.

People are always asking me for good roulette systems. This disturbs me, because for many years I have preached that there are some gambling games you can beat and some you can't. In the can-beat category are poker, sports wagering, blackjack, and more. In the can't-beat category are craps, roulette, wheel of fortune, keno, and much more.

Yes, I will entertain arguments that you can theoretically beat roulette by measuring the rotation of the ball and the speed of the wheel. But that's another matter for another day -- and, besides, this turns out to be better in theory than it is in practice.

So, let's look at Caro's Roulette System #1. In saying that my system could cut the house edge to literally zero, I chose the word "literally" quite carefully. It means that "zero" is to be taken precisely to mean "zero." If you follow the instructions exactly, all bets are eliminated. You can sit and watch the wheel spin forever, but you will never make a bet -- unless you violate the instructions.

(This has generated hundreds of responses and requests for copies. People have been unable to find the message, as originally posted to rec.gambling.poker in 1997. The archive service Dejanews.com does not appear to offer Mike's original post. So, here it is repeated. It is Mike's request that we no longer publicly discuss the system, except to tell people where the curious can find it. Thanks.)

REOdeathwagon

well thats because the max. bet you allowed in their roulettes is only $25 (1c roulette only $5), which is not compatible with my roulette strategy. therefore, I cannot join their casinos and in addition they monitor players bet: another disadvantage to my strategy

Why don't you just pay $31 (If you're from NYC) and take the bus (greyhound) down to Atlantic City? It's only a 2-3 hour trip. No wagering requirements, more comps, etc

I never knew that their was a casino near my place!!! thanks for letting me knew but, i don't mean to be pestering, but wont they get suspicous on a roulette table if you some kind of strategy and call it "abusive" or whatever and kick you out of the casino and never to come back again?

I highly doubt they'd worry about any roulette "system", unless you were making $500+ straight up bets. :p

I had this in my mind but i forgot to ask earlier, therefore what does it EXACTLY mean that a casino being accredited here. Does it mean that this site owner or reliable trust-worthy person met the casino staff or owner personally and from that experience the person sees that they are reliable casino staff etc where u can safely join etc. Also, does accredited casino gurantees that you will never get ripped off and they will never get rogued just like sunny group casinos etc? I would like to know this please for my own benefit and others :)

SBG Global rated "D-" by SBR so that may not be such a good idea.

wow SBG GLOBAL has been reported by players many times: here are some quotes from SBR REVIEW PAGE:

"The total amount reported stolen by SBG Global in the past year exceeds $80,000."

"confiscates $56,660 before paying a take-it-or-leave-it "settlement" in the amount of $21,000."

"11/15/2006 2:16:00 AM
SBGglobal (SBR rating D-) steals $25,000 from player"
