Resolved: Roxy Palace - Not Good Enough!!!

Monday ... Still nothing ... Counting ....

It's the first business day of the week and you guys kick off earlier than the rest of the world and even a couple of hours earlier than us. In fact, our trading sessions started not so long ago. If they have solved everything the wire should come to you by dusk. That said, I really do not like the way they handled this issue.

... As for the time being I would be a bit cautious playing at your casino. I leave it upto you to win me back as a player. But having said that Thank You once again for fixing the issue and processing the withdrawal.

As I said I am a rational man. I received a phone call from Richard my VIP manager and had a lovely chat with him. I give credit where it is due :) and I appreciate the call.

Just wanted to let the members here know I am feeling positive and understand that Roxy Palace are trying their best to fix the issues and happy to see a positive outcome to this. I hope my time at Roxy Palace gets better.
