seriously is anyone getting paid from microgaming casinos

ALL SLOTS PAID ACH IN 6 DAYS?

I would say that is darn right lucky since they are part of Jackpot Factory and I cashed in on 2/27 and still havent been paid.

Plus they announced several days ago that ACH was taking up to 31 working days.

It was 21 days but the"processor is now taking 31 days".

I really don't know why yours would be processed before the players who cashed-out in February and are still waiting. Mine was sent to the processor the beginning of March.

ACH Paid

Just a note to all of you waiting on ACH payments. I cashed out on March 8, from Big Dollar through ACH, and mine was in my account this morning. So there is hope for Microgaming. Good luck to all of you who are still waiting.

GUESS I AM A DAY LATE EVERYWHERE

I cashed out at big dollar two days ago and ACH was temporarily unavailable so the sent a check via regular mail since Courier was temporarily unavailable.
That was yesterday. Today, courier is available.

I am so fed up.

Riverbelle said the processor had paid me yet now they say that was an error and I havent been paid. Same thing with Jackpot Factory, pending since 2/27.

I AM SO TOTALLY DONE!!!!!YOU CAN'T PLAY WHEN YOU CAN'T GET PAID

Sorry but they should have to pay by cashier check or guaranteed check, etc. They got my money and now they delay paying me. Bull sht. And once you are paid there is no guarantee that the funds will be settled by their banks.

I HAVE HAD IT

River Belle not paid $8,000.00 broken promises

Inexia process withdrawals for Jackpot Factory. They are of course a third party over which the casino has no control, this is despite the fact they are a wholly owned subsidiary of the company behind The Jackpot Factory group of casinos. Inexia, in fact, ONLY process withdrawals for Jackpot Factory casinos, no other clients are listed.
I don't believe claims that an ACH or Check cannot be cancelled UNLESS it has already been sent, in which case there should be no delay in it's arrival. Naturally, it will COST MONEY to cancel an unsent ACH or Check, and redirect the funds through to an alternative means.

Quite frankly, it amazes me that US players are still depositing at these casinos, when others have had withdrawals still pending since last year. It is clear now, that the US banks are very determined for players NOT to get paid, which is why casinos are having such trouble. This IS due to the new law, but in accordance with this new law, those casinos should be closing US accounts until they have a fully working processor in place, AND have cleared the backlog through the system without further problems surfacing.

Hey Vinyl,

I have checked with my bank and a few others with theirs. Our banks are NOT denying or turning around the ACH's. They are not being done. River Belle still owes me $8,000.00 since 02/11/07 however their latest email claims 03/21/07 thru 03/28/07 as the definitive absolute final date and they PROMISE it will be there!!! I am once again going to hold them to it! You will "see" me on 03/28/07 if the monies are not REFLECTING in my account. However River Belle is still accepting US deposits and from what I hear other MG casinos are paying timely per their terms.

Take Care!

Amen mine was cashed out on

for $8,000.00. Seems we still have issues here but lets give them to 03/28/07 to pay up. Anybody up for a flight to Gibraltar?

Let me know!

This has come to light recently. It seems that players have been told withdrawals have been processed, or will be on a certain date, and the US law is cited as being the cause of the problems. It now looks like the US banks do not have a problem with players RECEIVING their money, but in making the deposits. Failures in the system have always been due to the banks blocking deposits into gambling merchants, but there is no sign that they are scrutinising checks and inbound wires - perhaps this is because if their customers don't get their money, it is likely the banks will end up saddled with the bad debt as customers spend the money as it comes in.

Clearly, and despite promises, the processors at these affected casinos are NOT YET RUNNING, and next week will be the crunch point. Many players have now expressed a desire to think the unthinkable, the "chargeback" of their recent deposits and forget about ever getting the cash-in. While a chargeback will relieve the casino of the responsibility to honour the cash-out, players may be feeling that some money back now is better that the chance of eventually getting paid later. Bear in mind that the 240 day clock is ticking for the US banks, who will be legally required to enforce whatever blocking methods they are told to, which may include blocking inbound payments (the logic behind this would be to frighten US players away from finding more work arounds for the depositing blocks, which they are managing to do at present)

I TOTALLY DISAGREE

I bank with one of the largest banks in the U.S. The fact is that they have no way of blocking incoming EFT's unless they are coded as a Casino, gambling etc., WHICH they are not. I have discussed the ability to block incoming efts from several sites such as click2pay and firepay when on occassion they have erroneously submitted an eft for payment to my bank account. The bank informed me that ultimately I would need to dispute with the organization submitting the eft as I was the one that initiated it.

Additionally, I have not had any eft's be it firepay, click2pay, citadel, neteller, etc. rejected by my bank. I also have not had any ach payments (deposits) rejected by my bank. The fact is that until ach and eft (non-credit card) transaction require mandatory coding as required for credit card transactions, banks have no way to identify the source or type of merchant unless they manually pull an individual transaction and research it. Obviously, they don't have that kind of manpower. That is why they have said it is near impossible at this point to identify ACH/EFT and electronic check transaction that are related to online casinos/gambling.

The problem exists due to the 3rd party processors not wanting to be prosecuted for conducting u.s. gambling financial transactions. The processors currently processing payments for the casinos are call HIGH RISK payment processors. Apparently they are paid highly by casino merchants for taking the risk of processing gambling transactions.

These companies keep "moving in and out " of accounts . I don't need to explain why. That is why they are here one day and gone tomorrow.

not many provide a website or much contact information should the bank try to check them out. U.S. banks aren't blocking anything to speak of unless it is a credit card transaction coded as a online casino or international gambling transaction, or if the check has identification printed on it indicating a casino or gambling related business.

Checks are not settleing once our banks present them for payment because the account it is drawn on won't honor them or the processor has pulled out and closed the bank account the check was written on.

ACH transactions are normally rejected prior to ever reaching our banks. They are either rejected by the bank the processor is using or rejected by the ACH for coding issues. Click2pay transactions were being returned in January for coding issues.

The ACH payments I recently recieved from Grand privie group settled with no problem. Bellerock and Jackpot Factory hired a processor that just can't process all the transactions on a timely basis.

Once and ACH is sent it usually will reach the Recieiving financial institution within 2-5 days.(if weekend is included)/ The time frame is the same as when click2pay or citadel, neteller submitted efts to our account for payments.
Click2pay transactions normally reach my account the next business day.

Therefore, there is absolutely no change in the ach system at this point, other than processors aren't willing to risk it after they saw Neteller directors arrested. Click2pay codes their efts as CLOTHING Merchandise. And has for quite sometime. I just wish they would stop putting their name on it. Neteller use to just put their l800 number on it.

Until the U.S. implements a system requiring all ACH/EFT's to be coded with a universal coding system, Manual sample review is all that will be available to them

As you know i had a withdrawal throught Jackpot Factorys VIP in the amount of $2,800.00 on February 22 and still have not got it and yes im just as upset as everyone else. I emailed David through this site and here is my reply i got from him:

Hi Catherine,

I apologize for the delays but I have been checking into your situation. The delays with the withdrawal are on the end of the banks we are working with to process the money. Obviously we are trying to find a much speedier solution. Your withdrawal was sent in a timely manner for processing and is now sitting with the bank who processes it. We have asked them repeatedly to expedite this process but at this point the timelines still stand. I completely understand your frustration and I wish there was more we could do for you at this time but for the time being, these are the timelines we are working with.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you.

All the best,

David.

Im going to give them the benifit of doubt until my 31 days is up until now when all this came about i never once distrusted these people and like i said before in my posts i know nothing about what is going on as to how a third party makes us wait so i just have to wait BUT my 31 days is up very soon.

BELLEROCK AND JACKPOTFACTORY MUST USE SAME PROCESSOR

Don't forget it is 31 working days from the time they sent it to the processor not from date of withdrawal. I cashed out Feb 27 told it could be sometime in April.

This is truly a mess

This last bit indicates that worse is to come, and in particular to those transfers that are suffering extended delays. Once the US implement this, the current solutions will all fail, regardless of the processors concerned, and however much duck & dive through the banking system. The 15 days "due dilligence" will be enough for blocks to be put in place before they start processing if US banks find they are not being honest with their codings, or are a front for casino transactions.
This will result in it being even more dificult to pay US players than it is currently.

That is strange my withdrawal was processed on February 22, 2007 and i have not been paid either. I would think that the whole factory uses the same processor, its sad.

A batch of payments that we sent out from mid Feb to mid March has become a nightmare for us. Payments going out now are fine but the ones in the batch mentioned are an anomaly. We have paid out all the funds, they are sitting with the processor and the banks and we are doing everything we can to find out why the funds are not in your accounts. Unfortunately we are in the same position you are, we cannot do more than phone and email the banks and processors non stop asking them what is going on and get told "to be patient they are working on it" They have given us dates and we can only trust that these are correct. We cannot cancel the payments and re-issue them as some have gone through and some have not. To cancel and re-issue would result in some people getting paid twice, some getting charges for canceled payments and so on, at this stage it would simply compound the problem.

Again I apologize for the delays and assure you that we are doing everything we can to get this resolved.

Best regards,

John

John, I hear what you are saying, but as the wife and bookeeper of a soleproprietor I can only say that these people must have a terrible accounting system in place. A reputable business would easily be able to identify all transactions sent to them during a set time period including all identifying information and current status. Their system further should allow a search by Name to locate the transaction. So, there is no reason that if contacted with my name they should not be able to find my transaction, to determine its status. Also, if things are be processed now with no problem and they determine my ACH has not yet been processed then they should send it immediately. When you say some of the transactions have gone through and some have not, I would ask how you know that unless they have been able to provide you specific information on those transactions. Surely they just didn't inform the casino "some of the transactions went through but we don't know which ones they were". They should not be in business if they can't keep track of transactions entrusted to them.

So, actually I think the casino should reissue my transaction if the bank or processor can't find the initial transaction the casino sent. . If the processor can't find my transaction then they obviously haven't and won't be sending me any money at this point.

I honestly believe its a stall tactic to wait until the full impliment of the banking ban takes effect in the US. Let's face it! Since they have lost the US players. The online casinos are truely hurting. They owe out alot more money to US players then they are currently taking in from them. I don't expect them to pay up. If you haven't gotten your money by now you may not see it. It maybe better for those of you who are owed large amounts. To find a cheap round trip and take all your documents and go get your money in person.

I don't believe one bit that your money is tied up with a processor, that is taking its time to pay out your winning via ACH. Do you think they will trust millions of dollars with someone who could easily skip town? And the casino has no way of getting it back.

If you do get your money back. LEAVE ONLINE GAMING ALONE!

Quality

Perhaps this is an indication that very poor quality processors are now being used to cater for this. While the funds may be tied up with the processor, payment is still the responsibility of the casino, and the player only takes responsibility for the funds once they are cleared into their accounts.
IF the processors "skip town", it is up to the casino to replace the funds. Since these are Microgaming, don't forget that MG have a fund of "last resort" to ensure that players are not out of pocket due to their funds going missing if part of the chain goes bust. While the protection was designed to prevent underfunded casinos leading to Microgaming players not getting paid, the same would hold true of any employee engaged by the casino, which includes the contractors.
Since they claim that CURRENT withdrawals are going through fine, we now need a US player who has withdrawn outside of the "nightmare dates" posting that their withdrawal did indeed go through smoothly. Contrary to this, we could have a US player post that a recent withdrawal has also been held up, we will have to wait a month or two for this though. If a US player feels like doing the experiment, for goodness sake only make a token deposit of $50 to $100 and similar withdrawal after a bit of play.

Well I beat you to the punch and was afraid to admit it because as lady luck would have it I hit for $10,000.00+. It started as an experiment to see what the lastest River Belle screens were saying for payouts. Hoping to get more information about where my first $8,000.00 was and perhaps some insight as to when it would be paid. Well I got it up to $2,000.00. Then I figured I was not getting paid since I been waiting on a withdrawal since 02/11/07 so I decided to just play it out! What the heck have some fun! Whoa!! I made a hit for $10,050.00 as see on the River Belle winners list! Now I had River Belle flush my withdrawal and have been requested to send them all my documents over again. It has taken three emails and one fax and they state they can't read my credit card clearly. Now bare in mind I already have a pending withdrawal since 02/11/07 so all my documents certainly should have been fine. I still have not received an "approval" that all my documents have cleared. My second withdrawal was 03/19/07 which is outside the doom dates of problem withdrawals. RIGHT?? Is River Belle using other stall tactics to not pay my money? Will I receive my $10,000.00 withdrawal and if so will it be before my $8,000.00 withdrawal of 02/11/07 since it is outside the problem dates?? What a mess! Guess my experiment backfired on me!

In addition, I was so flabergasted at the $10,000.00 hit I forgot to tell you what the payouts screens say. The first screen states 2-21 days for ACH and then just when you think you are done a second screen pops up and states if they cannot process an ACH in 6 days a check will be delivered via courier service. In either case I am still waiting to hear from River Belle about "approving" my documents. It appears they are trying but when I get paid will tell all.

LMAO - NOT!!

Why do you come here and complain about not being paid by River Belle? And then go ahead and make another deposit it to River Belle. Whether you was testing the new system or not. Even if you won. To deposit again after so much complaining about not being paid, is just asking for trouble.

I hope you get paid!

Me too, we all do!!!

But there is no indication of how much was deposited, was there? Could have been $50 unless I missed it. I did nearly the same thing when processors stopped paying, I bet like a fool to try to get enough money to 'go get it myself' or blow it off. I blew it off. I know I could have waited and eventually collected my money, but I had a ball anyway:thumbsup:
okay2playme now has a sweet bankroll for a cruise or whatever. Way to go!!!

The reason I did it as explained as to see if I could get any additional information about the ACH's. You have to understand I have been waiting since 02/11/07 for payment with literally dozens of emails contradicting themselves. I did not go gaming as I usually do I went fishing for information and boy did I catch it! Maybe it will help us find out what is going on! If everything is fine I should get my second withdrawal before my first. Right now River Belle got me tied up in stating they need clearer copies of my documents. I checked the scan and documents are very clear. We will see as soon as I get "approved" how long it takes to get paid. Funny thing is they had to have all of this get my 1st $8,000.00 processed. Question is this another stall or does River Belle not keep these documents on file. In either case I not trying to cause additional problems. It however could help us find out if what River Belle is telling us that the problem was isolated to a batch and all new wins will be OK. We will see! Believe you me I don't want to be the ginny pig but that is exactly what I am. I never complained about River Belle wins only about them not paying. Frankly I have done rather well at that casino and really hope they get us all paid and soon!

I sure hope you get paid.

everything you are owed. It is always the same old baloney with on-line gambling...stall and stall again. Personally, in all of the past 7 or 8 years I have been gambling on-line I have always gotten paid but not without having to jump through the hoops. Bodog has been a wonderful exception to the stalling. This month I was able to get paid twice within 3 days after requesting a withdrawal.
In the past I have had fairly fast payouts by 7Sultans and CasinoTropez, when U.S. was allowed to play there.
According to 7Sultans, tomorrow (Friday) will be pay day from them. I am sitting and hoping. Would like to do a trip to Vegas with that money.
Good luck to all!

That can't be the reason why you did it. That statement contradicts this one. You stated "Then I figured I was not getting paid since I been waiting on a withdrawal since 02/11/07 so I decided to just play it out!"

So if figured you wasn't going to get paid. Testing the new ACH wasn't the reason for your 2nd deposit....Anyways I hope you get paid. But I really think they are stalling.

lojo,

Thats exactly what I did! Got enough to get my self going once I got to see the screens and realized River Belle did indeed change its orginal 3-5 ACH days to 2-21 ACH days plus the second screen stating a check would be issued in 6 days if an ACH could not be performed as just went for the gusto. I played recklessly!!! What can I say I love to gamble! Who on this forum does not? I had no ideal I would hit for that kind on money and I was playing $.10 per line with max credits. So how big was my hit of $10,050.00 when I think I was playing $40.00 a pull! Either case I always done well at River Belle. I generally hit well and get good play time. If you see my started thread "River Belle not paying $8,000.00" you will see River Belle states they appreciate my long standing patronage. Most recently the non-pays have really hurt us all. I went fishing and caught the big one! Sorry but I could not just play down $10K figured it was worth the aggravation of waiting for - I hope!

Thank You

Yeah, that amount would tend to make or break the patience factor :) It's good for your peace of mind that it's at a casino you have played at for some time and trust!
btw, imo, it's not at all reckless to bet max when you are in the black overall, that's the only way to hit the big one! But it takes a good spell of luck, a lot of discipline, and really knowing when to quit. I wouldn't push the river again if it were me:thumbsup: Congrats and good luck!
