Over the past couple weeks, there seems to be many complaints with getting paid from microgaming, including reputable groups like riverbelle. I am also having problems getting paid with grand prive, and I have never had problems with them before. It seems that there is an issue with ACH transfers, and the casinos should warn players that their withdrawal will take a long time instead of just allowing them to deposit and expecting to get paid within a few days.

I have had no trouble withdrawing from mg casinos using my ecocard. I believe a month ag they stated they were not issuing checks or ach for us players!

I have found Grand Prive to be quick payers to Neteller, and I have played since they ended their ridiculous attitude to British players. Seems the US problems have had Grand Prive fawning over us for our custom - suddenly the bonus sluices have opened wide, and flooding is forecast with 50% offers to 750 EACH WEEK, plus 100% to 100 on Monday.

Just wish they would run that damn tournament that has been "coming soon" since the start of FEBRUARY:mad:
 
Intertops pays me quickly anytime I cash in..... and they even flushed my withdrawl when I asked so that I wouldn't have the usual 48 hour waiting period.

I've been deluged with offers as well, 3 each weekend and one on monday and it looks like they have also removed the restrictions at roadhouse reels which I couldnt sign up at before.

There is a good reason for this, the new "group account". It matters not whether you have one account or all five. You play from one bankroll, and can only redeem the same amount of bonus coupons. You can use each coupon once in whichever skin you log into, and play the WR in that, or any of the other four as you desire.
The only difference is the sign-up bonus. Your first deposit into each skin may be accompanied by the free 100. UK Players HAVE to play in Pounds, as this is our "home currency". Oddly enough, I downloaded the other four after 30 days of opening my Grand Bay account. I still found I got the extra bonuses, even though the terms allowed them to be switched off ofter 30 days. I also received a E-mail telling me they had "their eye on me", but in a good way, I was possibly being considered for the "upper deck", their VIP suite:D

Still --- START THE SODDING TOURNAMENT:mad: It has been advertised now for TWO MONTHS as "coming soon".

tennisballs, goldenreef! I deposit with click2pay, and they let me withdraw with eco. It takes 2days ti hit my eco account, then another 48 hours in waiting period, then it is in my account in another 2 days, so it takes about a week total, but it is better that nothing! plus there is no limitation as to how much I can withdrawel!!, plus the customer service at goldenreef is 1st class , as an american I wont play anywhere else but them and bodog! at least I dont have to worry about getting paid like I have been reading in all these threads for american players!!!!!!

The problems I seem to be having at both Jackpot Factory and Bellerockgaming casinos is the they send emails that "PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED" which tradionally would meant IT HAS BEEN SENT!
However, they really only mean they have sent it to their processor for payment!!!!!
Until they receive a confirmation from their processor that the funds have been disbursed, the payment really has not been"processed".

THIS IS VERY MISSLEADING on their part. They should not say it has been processed until actually processed.

I am ticked off. I would have been better off selecting Click2pay for cashin.

So, I would say the chances of my money clearing the banking system prior to them changes to a new processor again is very slim. Both casino groups said if that does happen then a check will be issued. THEY MIGHT AS WELL HAVE ISSUED A CHECK TO BEGIN WITH THEN BECAUSE IT WOULD TAKE LESS TIME THEN AN ACH.
 
Intertops pays me thru a wire transfer in approx. 10 days. I have cashed out $400.00 twice and received $314.00 after their fees and my banks fee was deducted. I play there exclusively and they are very trustworthy IMHO. Good luck--

I know exactly what you mean here. I made a withdrawal on February 22 and the same thing as you said here happen to me. I still have not been paid yet. I made another withdrawal on March 2, 2007 but i put it into my Eco card and it was in my Eco card account on March 5, 2007 and Im still waiting to be paid I should be paid from my Eco card by tomorrow. What gets me is Jackpot Factory sends me my usual emails every Friday on the promotions as if Im going to make another deposit before I even get paid. I dont play anywhere else just at the Factory but I hate to get the run around nothing makes me more mad than that. Well good luck and I hope your paid ASAP.

At least they could be honest and tell you why there is a delay instead of arbitrary blaming U.S. law. Like for instance, they have to negotiate somemore with their lawyers or they ran out of paper for the check machine. Just an honest answer as to why their is a delay. Jesus, I wish these casinos would be forthcoming. I mean is this another NetTeller disaster brewing. I hope not. Because I have funds stuck in GoldenCasino right now. And they are feeding me the same crap.
 
I agree and the fact that if I didn't email asking if my funds were going to be in my account on Thursday march 14th there wouldn't be any update i would be stuck on stupid sitting waiting wondering why the funds aren't in my bank like promised i would be the one sending another email asking why and thats when i will be told of yet another update. I cant understand why they wont cancel the withdrawal and let me put it in my Eco card account they refuse to do it.
 
Processor

Inexia process withdrawals for Jackpot Factory. They are of course a third party over which the casino has no control, this is despite the fact they are a wholly owned subsidiary of the company behind The Jackpot Factory group of casinos. Inexia, in fact, ONLY process withdrawals for Jackpot Factory casinos, no other clients are listed.
I don't believe claims that an ACH or Check cannot be cancelled UNLESS it has already been sent, in which case there should be no delay in it's arrival. Naturally, it will COST MONEY to cancel an unsent ACH or Check, and redirect the funds through to an alternative means.

Quite frankly, it amazes me that US players are still depositing at these casinos, when others have had withdrawals still pending since last year. It is clear now, that the US banks are very determined for players NOT to get paid, which is why casinos are having such trouble. This IS due to the new law, but in accordance with this new law, those casinos should be closing US accounts until they have a fully working processor in place, AND have cleared the backlog through the system without further problems surfacing.
 
When all this mess came about I called VIP and wanted to know before i made any more deposits if there would be a problem in paying me if in fact I did have a withdrawal, they told me there would be no problem that they could send me a check i said fine. If i ever hit in the past i usually play it off i forget where the cashout button is lol. So when i made the withdrawal they had the choices of my usual way they deposit it into my bank account or i could of put it into my eco card account so i just had them do it as i always done. After i took care of that i called them and told them that i use to have a eco card account and i just reopened my account and asked if it would be easier for them to have me do a reversal and then make another withdrawal into my eco card they said that i should leave it as it was to make sure things didnt get all mixed up and that it would take up to 5 days so i took there advice. I cant understand why they wont let me put it through my eco card account but of course i know nothing about these things and the factory is the only place i play and have for going on 4 years.
 
Application of Science

I recently saw a science program about an alternative method used in crime detection, among other things.

It involved voice stress analysis as a tool to determine whether someone was being truthful or not.

This could be applied to contact with casino CS, and would differentiate between incompetence, and bluff (deceptions).

Players would phone CS, and make some innocent small talk and ask a couple of mundane questions. Then, they could ask about withdrawal being a problem or not. The PC could be used to record the call, and the speech could be fed through the software analyser. The first part of the conversation would be the control, the second would be examined to see if the CS agent experienced stress reactions to the reply they gave to the question. If they were deliberately misleading the player, for example if they had been instructed by management to refrain from disclosing that there were problems, this would show as an increase in stress, which affects the vocal chords, and thus the voice.

The player could proceed on the basis of the result, if stress shown while being told it was OK to keep ACH request, then reverse and request to ecocard, else leave as is. While not 100% accurate, it is better than guesswork.
Currently, many insurance companies are using this tool to analyse insurance claims made over the phone - THEY seem to think it a useful tool; even though not 100%, it gives them a start. It's also how many frauds are initially flagged for "special attention", which makes it easier for them to be caught out. No doubt, a few online casinos have thought of this, or tried it.
 
Ive heard of things like this but dont know if its the same. I have emails with them stating this I save each and every email i have from them and I brought this up to one of the people that i talked to and even forwarded the email to them and they said that they were sorry but the person that replied to my email was mistaken. I emailed them again the day before yesterday asking again if i can please reverse my withdrawal and put it into my eco account and i have not got a reply.

Here is the email that I was talking about:

I am pleased to inform you that your $2,800.40 withdrawal has already been processed, by our financial department, via ACH.



Since the withdrawal has already been processed, I suggest that we do not go ahead and request a reversal in order to process to your EcoCard. I am afraid that this will cause an unnecessary delay in the processing of your withdrawal.



The withdrawal was processed earlier today, the 22nd of February, and you should expect the withdrawal to reflect in your bank account within the next 3 to 5 working days.



Should you wish us to reverse the withdrawal from ACH and re-process to your EcoCard, please let us know as soon as possible. We do not, however, recommend such a reversal. At the moment, we suggest that you continue to select ACH/Check as your preferred payment method, since this is the safest and easiest method for the time being.

IF this was a verbal conversation, and the voice stress tool was used, it would show no stress if the agent was merely "mistaken" as the agent would believe they were giving out the correct advice. However, if the agent were deliberately trying to conceal something from you and give you advice that they believed was wrong, but that they were told to give out, they would show some "voice stress". This is how insurance companies use it. They talk to a claimant over the phone, asking for details as to the circumstances of the loss. If the claimant tells the agent what they believe will get the claim paid, rather than how the loss actually occured, they will exhibit some "voice stress". The insurer will then mark the claim as possible fraud or exaggeration, and put a loss adjuster onto it, even if it looks to be a simple one to settle.
 
I am happy to say that I received an ACH payment yesterday from Allslots. I withdrew on March 13th and I received my payment on March 19th. So I guess there is still hope out there, good luck everyone!!!
