Self Exclusion - Major flaws


Clarify what? I made a statement which is factual. We get loads of new members on here attempting to defraud casinos. What else would you like me to clarify?

Most usually expect people to deal such issues with casino itself and if needed, ADR or other complaint service. There's no point for any rep to come state something what is clear already and probably don't change a lot if rep confirms that deposits will not be refunded.

When you have valid claim that some mistake is made which judge it right to refund deposit, it get handled very easily without starting argue about it in public forums where rep anyway can't state almost anything about details.

Use normal complaint processes and come inform us about outcome. If you were told already that refund will not happen, it for sure don't happen any easier when complaining all over internet about it, especially when there's no any violation made against regulations like pointed out some pages ago.

He has already said the ADR ruled against him.
 
Straight to commission then..kindred has a great track record of fines....ignoring self excluded player database is a big no no..thanks for listening..to all the cleek.
 
Sorry, missed that one. Maybe just time to accept outcome when realizing it have been same everywhere. Especially when there's only been normal gameplay where player just using planned gambling budget...

exactly, just so people can see historic proof of it being done before, this is the OP's complaint to thepogg in October 2018, see the similarities. Thepogg ruled against him that time like the ADR has this time.

I had been on live chat to complain about terrible rtp on various occasions. On this occassion I asked advisor for a permanent closure of account. They confirmed i would never be able to reopen account or register new account with videoslots. I agreed to close permanently. However, the next day, i contacted about reopening, and they allowed account to be reopened!!!! I made deposits and then made them aware of situation. It was passed to relevent department but account remained open still!!! I was allowed to deposit further until eventually chat advisor blocked account. I have submitted live chat transcript to show what happened. I feel videoslots have failed in what they should have done. Account should never have been reopened, and they clearly reopened to get as much money from me as possible! I am seeking refund of all deposits after account was wrongfully reopened.
 
Please stop trying to turn this thread into a pantomime..the facts remain..kindred havent supplied evidence on exclusion from December
 
The ADR refused on the grounds of exclude being before December 2018..so therefore wasn't applicable...what i haven't had, is proof 32red exclusion was carried out in december..and why wasn't excluded players ported over to there new rg policy?

You said you excluded Feb 2018, why would they provide proof you excluded in December?
 
I see the regulars on here like to gang up, when its a thread they don't luke..doesn't fit the narrative of siding with bigger casinos. It is rife throughout posts on this site. Gang up, and try and mock and discredit posts.
