A month ago Crazy Vegas granted me a $40 free-cash bonus for my birthday, which I was happy about, as I had not played with them for months before.
My happiness then got even bigger after I turned this money into a balance of $2k by playing Video Poker. I made sure that all wagering requirements were fulfilled, cashed out and was waiting for the funds to show up in my Neteller account soon.
A few days later I received an email from the Casino and was being informed that my withdrawal is being processed. I however got quite a shock as well after reading that I will only receive $500, as this was the "maximum withdrawable amount" for this free bonus.
I shook my head and thought that this can not be for real, as there was no link for any such term in the promotional-email, nor was it stated anywhere visible.
I replied and wrote that I am very disappointed about their removal of my winnings because I was never informed about the maximum cash-out term and that I did not think it was right to apply such a term for a player that has been giving them bigger deposits in the past, without properly making me aware of it.
They technically were in the right not to honor my withdrawal but logically, this absolutely was not fair by them. The maximum-cashout term indeed was posted on their website but there were no terms posted in the email, nor any links.
The next day I contacted their Casino management about this issue and asked them to please take a look into it.
The outcome was pleasing!
They realized that I had been a loyal player with them in the past and allowed me to withdraw the balance after making another small deposit and some more wagering.
It was a fair agreement.
Crazy Vegas did do good and bad;
They first brought up a hidden and unfair rule but then reacted greatly after I expressed them my point of view about it.
Casinos must of course have terms but it sometimes is just up to their own fairness which ones they apply and which not. -I have said that many times in the past however already...
In this case Crazy Vegas proved me that they are a serious outfit.
They showed me that they honor my business with them and have managed to keep me as a customer plus gained another good word of mouth!
Schanky kudos to Vegas Partner Lounge!
