I have to be honest - it looks pretty dull to me
If it had sticky wilds in free-spins, like Dead or Alive or a few of the GV slots it might be more exciting - but that picking bonus looks a bit boring.

I have got to say that clip looked amazing. I would definitely give this a game a try out, just to see some of the effort NetEnt have put into it. Can imagine there will be quite a few lines (excuse the pun) from the film, especially in the bonus rounds.

23rd of April is the official release date for Scarface. It will be a busy month for Net Entertainment fans since Demolition Squad also will be released in April (5th)

Maybe a bit strange that Net Entertainment has decided to release two high-profiled games in the same month. I think they should have released Demolition Squad in March and Crime Scene/Scarface in April. But that is only my opinion

The bonus round in this game is based on the great (and famous) shootout scene at the end of the movie (clip below). The movie itself was released in 1983, the same year that I was born, so I naturally did not see it at that time. But I remember seeing it several times with my buddies during the late 90ies. So it brings back some memories.

This is such a big release from Net Entertainment, so I am hoping to see some cool Scarface promotions at Nordicbet and other Net Entertainment based casinos! Can hardly wait to try it :yahoo:

I can`t wait, but it`s gonna need an army of tanks to pull me away from my personal NetEnt favourite slots lol (see my latest screenies ), Crime Scene and Starburst have now both been elevated to tops spots status, Crime Scene`s bonus feature is just plain awesome when it starts hitting near it`s full potential, and unlike many MGS slots, it isn`t scared of doing this .

If you select for example "Spanish" as a language then Scarface is the most popular game. If you select "Dutch" then it is even less popular than if you would select "English" as a language. So it will depend on your chosen language

I actually enjoyed the slot quite a bit, I started with $100 and managed to get it to $500 in one straight session.

Got 15-20x in the bonus round, got 15+15 free spins 3 times and the nudge wild just kept coming.

The biggest win I got was 150x in free games.

Could hit big if those 3 rows of wilds fell into place at the right time, but I would imagine that being ridiculously rare

And for an entire hour I could not even get 3 of a kind for the biggest symbol, I'm thinking the jackpot is going to be a bitch to get.

OK, but that still sucks.

I was betting 200 coins ($2.00), so the most I could win would be $80 which is 40xbet....and that is the TOP payout .

In reality, I actually hit it about 10 times in 30 minutes and won 12xbet over half the time, a 14xbet once and the rest were 8x and 10x. It actually annoys me to go through all that shooting and strategy etc etc for such a low return. I would rather get it less often and have a better potential....but 40xbet every blue moon is (IMO) bad design.

I don't like the Slot either.

Played for about $100 at about $2.50 a spin - Got that crappy shoot bonus a few times. Got the free spins and it has the same feel to it as the rest of NetEnts slots - Boring.

They need to get away from the same 'feel' and look at Playtech or MG as examples for making the slots more exciting. I mean Break da Bank Again (being OLD) is still more exciting.

Don't let me start with Jack and the Beanstalk - Like the game - Its OK, but goodness, I would assume the Variance is higher than Immortal Romance at the rate it swallows with no big wins.

I don't think I've ever hit more than 100x bet and that was once ... There may be a few big hits somewhere for some players but I think for the amount of time I spent, I should have had at least a 200x bet....

An update:

I decided to try the game again - my view remains the same. It's so boring I was literally dozing off in front of my pc. The Bonus rounds annoyed me completely and I will not play this Slot again.

I had to move on to Jack Hammer because I got so tired (LOL)... The Bonus game is similar to Santas Surprise and Easter Surprise on Playtech - Useless and a waste of your time. Constantly coming up and paying 5-10x bet.

Scarface Reminds me of Jack and The Beanstalk - Lots of low paying hits - Occasionally a 20-30x bet and that's what give you a RTP of 96%. On the rare occasion you can hit big. But beware you will pay to find out - Like I have - and still haven't breached the 100x bet in 10's of 1000's of spins.

Agreed. I hate those bonus rounds, should be an option just to take the win and skip the whole feature.

Unfortunately I don't think the game lives up to it's hype. Some cool features, like the sliding wild, but the free spin feature is very generic and nothing new. Net Ent did a much better job there on Jack and the Beanstalk for example.
