of course as soon Im done with my 'yoga' hours with Laurie...Lauram...Babs..Mistyc..fleur... ballys..Jas....anniemac and all my loved one.
I will take this opportunity tho to say that Ive really loved a couple of my friends PM's.....specially a couple that I do love individually...not as couple tho.:D
 
Why hasnt the rep come back and apologised to Kakata?-must be eating humble pie me thinks.. I bet they did not do a proper internet log of the kakata's play, or they may have and they themselves see a 20cent bet then it jumps to $20 per spin, I personally feel the playing style is a BIG indicator on there betting patterns and kakata's would have surely only shown small bets.

This is where the problem may lie altogether- the glitch may not show up on theplay logs showing he clicked all those times to get to $20 per spin. You guys could see if he was going on Autoplay and then if he clicked stop to put his balance up. there will be a log showing the actual clicks that he did to get to here???- if there is no record then once agin there is a problem because IT SHOULD SHOW THE CLICKS on the play log.

Kakata I reckon you did well with your temper when you get called a lier in your own house (casinomeister), All of us well and truly believe you mate, this is out of the norm for you.

In a perfect world, it'll show the clicks, but I highly doubt they have it set to log exactly what a player clicks on.

However, if autoplay was stopped, the timestamps will definitely come into play. It'd take a good 2 seconds or more to click that many times to get up to $20 spins and restart autoplay; especially if he was spinning @ .34. There's no way you could get a $20 spin with 17 lines, so add another few seconds to get back to 20 lines. Compare the time difference between the last dozen or so .34 spins and the first $20 spin, and you have an answer as to whether or not it was a glitch.

Which brings up another good question - RTG has been around for quite a long time, so why have they never implemented a way for a player to view their gameplay while in the casino? Why should RTG players have to request their logs? Heck, even Rival has this option available, and they haven't been around half as long as RTG. Seems kinda fishy to me.

You are probably right there Robwin, dont you think it is important to have EVERYTHING logged because of cases such as this, i bet RTG get that many people requesting play logs that 99% of the time it is player error and they just do a quick sweep over the play logs and not a full search.

They need to take EACH and EVERY play log request seriously and do a proper IT log search if you are a proffesional outfit.
 
This is directed to all the RTG rogues (which, except for a few accredited ones, means all RTG casinos:eek2:):

IMO they do not want to give you play logs because you would have proof of completed WR and such that they do not want you to have access to! You could not be dicked around so easily if you had some concrete proof off the casino's own servers of what you have wagered. Kind of works hand-in-hand with offering very tempting/ridiculous bonuses to entice you to be held to WR.............

Umm, I think we've wandered well off the "Complaints" path and into the "Attic" territory so I'm going to close this one down.
 
Ok, I've reopened this because we have some movement on the issue being discussed here.

First things first: the rep tells me that kakata's deposit has been returned "on the basis of his previous play history". She went on to add that she'd apologized to him and "I know it was not his intention to bet $20 per spin". Either way you slice it I think reparations have been made and kakata should be set, whether he wants to continue at Rushmore or not. I'll PM him with further details ASAP.

Secondly, there's the issue of others that have experienced the betting "glitch". The rep asks that each person who would like to pursue their case submit a Pitch-A-Bitch. In other words they want to handle them as individual cases. This seems fine to me so I'm recommending that that's the way we proceed with this.

I think that about does it.

Very nice.

What made them change their tune from 'It's absolutely not a glitch?' Just goes to show that they never took kakata's complaint seriously until other people chimed in with similar experiences.

Which basically means that either RTG lied to Rushmore, or Rushmore lied to us.

But, in the end, it looks like everything's worked out for everyone involved.

I havent checked yet about my deposit cause I just got back home and I have to reinstall Rushmore casino and I will do it right now cause I feel the urge to play at 40dollars a spin this time......lol;)
Jade I didnt receive your e-mail....so I dont want you to think that I didnt want to answer you....I always "answer" sometimes not appropriately especially to a lady I shouldnt have used that harsh manner....I do love ladyes as you probably know by now.
But I do have very limited capabilities of undearsteanding when I do get some how attacked.
While I dont want to minimize your effort I want to say that I believe Maxd played the biggest role in this story.
He is a "great" diplomatic human .
As for reconciliation....no problem at all.
I forget and forgive easily....not 'always' but most of the time tho.

Can't speak for the others similarily affected by the "rushmore glitch" and I can say for me, it's no harm, no foul...............as I said earlier I was able to catch it before any damage was done, so no need to PAB.

My whole reason for bringing it up was to support my forum member (and friend) kakata. I thought he was getting a royal screw job as apparently, there was a problem, glitch, or whatever you want to call it! Thanks to anniemac for giving me an incentive/courage to speak up............oh geeze, now everyone knows I'm really a wuss..............:o
 
Ahhh good I'm glad it all worked out for the better for both parties. thank you for being a great advocate in this Max and to you Jade thank you for what you have done for kakata as you will probably get to know him you will see he is a nice honest person.
