Well - if you like progressions that spread isn't much fun.

Hi Bryan, you are still saying "IF it turns out to be legit". Of course it's legit. You don't believe me? How did I do it then? I got into their system, changed the game to favor me on multiple occassions at multiple Casinos, avoiding detection, LEAVING NO TRACE, and remember theese changes ONLY AFFECTED ME. NOBODY ELSE HAD THE SAME RESULTS AT ANY TIME PLAYING THE SAME GAME. Damn, I'm good. C'mon Bryan, the Audit is taking longer than expected because they are not finding any fraud or engine malfunction. They are still looking hoping to find it. It's that simple. Why can't they release my accounts so I can get paid. Keep the game out of service till your hearts' content. They haven't found a reason not to pay me . They just don't want to pay. Talk some sense into these people. There's opportunity here for everyone. Thanks,

The email above from Pirate says that he got into RTG's software.

Can soemone explain me?

To all concerned...I will address each of you individually:

Casinomeister: As always, you have handled this situation with your unquestionable integrity. I have much respect for you and I thank you for all that you do for all of us.

Jetset, Jyde, and Spear: It is a pleasure to read whatever you post. I find you to be honest, intelligent and unbiased. I have learned much from all of you and would like to express my gratitude.

Mary, Portia and all the others involved: Thank you for keeping me up to speed on whats happening in the industry. I enjoy learning from you.

Cipher: You are a Dear Friend and have captivated my heart and soul. Your enlightening posts are such a source of inspiration for me. I know this situation hits very close to home for you and I admire your fierce words regarding RTG.

Pof21: I think you are definitely going to win this battle. The day you collect your winnings, I promise you that this Brooklyn Broad will be celebrating for you.
Please do not let anyone from Hampton, Delanos or RTG intimidate you. I hope you are working with Cipher's legal team, as they will lead you to victory.

Now for the Bad Guys:

Ron Lewin: In the taped conversation, you said you are also from Brooklyn. I must say, if there is one thing I can't stand it is a "wannabe wiseguy". You told Pof21 that you probably went to high school with him. I doubt that! Since you basically handled this situation like a moron, school was definitely not a top priority in your youth.

Mr. Myers: You have NO proof that Pof21 cheated. If this should go to court, as it probably will, not only will you have to pay up, but you stand a good chance of sharing a cell with Ron. Threatening someone is against the law.

RTG: All of your casinos apparently cannot be trusted. I am SO happy that I have always boycotted you (and I gamble and lose lots of money every week).
You should consider the negative impact this will have on all of your sites. Simply put, if Pof21 gets stiffed, everyone on this site will be broadcasting that fact all over the net. Do the intelligent move, and pay Pof21, and try to salvage whats left of your clientele, and you may even get more players if you do what is right. Wow, what a concept!!!!!

Linda7: I applaud you for not telling the bad guys what you really think of them. After all, most of the words end with....hole, bag, sucker and head.

Have a good day everyone!!!!!

No it doesn't. He describes what he should have been capable of to actually hack the RTG-servers. Impossible - and that's what he's saying.

What a dynamite post, Linda! You nailed it on all counts. I am still LMAO about your applauding yourself and what the words end in. I won't soon forget that one. And you are right on the money about Cipher too. I hope it is advice well taken.

Dear SFeagle:

I cannot believe I did not address you in my previous post. Therefore, please accept my apology. I think you are an exceptional attorney, and you clearly explained how Hampton will never get away with this scam. I only hope that if I ever need legal counsel that I will be able to pursuade you to come to my rescue. I thank you for your kind words regarding my post and I am glad the ending made you laugh.

I wish you much laughter always.

I find it amazing that we've heard nothing from RTG on this mess. I mean - we have the probably biggest win ever on the RTG-software. The game was cleared and so was the player. When someone hits a major progressive on MG it's all over the net and the MG-casinos sends out newsletters.

Wouldn't it be something if the same guy had the record for "biggest win" and "biggest nonpayment" on the RTG-software.

Hi Cipher:

I clicked on the URL you posted, regarding M. McCain from RTG being on the forum yesterday. I was not able to find a post from this person. Do you think he/she just came on to read the posts? If so, I wonder why there was no reply from M. McCain....this group is really strange.

***hugs***

If they agree with Hamptons actions I'm sure we'll soon see some supportive posts from RTG. If they don't agree..... :eek2:

Thank you so much for the kind words, but there is absolutely no apology necessary! If I could practice in your jurisdiction, I would be most pleased to help you with anything you needed. I am one of those who worked my way up from being a legal secretary and put myself through school and I hate to see the little guy get hosed, ever! I just reread your post and laughed again. It is a classic!!!

Side note to Mr. McMain: It would behoove you at this point to get your McAss in here and start providing some serious answers before irreparable damage is done. The clock is ticking and public sentiment is not in your favor. You also need to gag your thugs before they say anything else.

Wow, this is huge, I just spent over an hour reading through only about 1/2 the posts in this thread.

Always being the opinionated person I am, I will post my opinion
Just judging from what I have read from both sides of the story here, it seems the casino is looking for loopholes to get out of paying this lucky player. I see no supporting evidience on the casinos part suggesting that the player used some sort of software to gain advantage and create this big of win. I do however from the little conversation that I did hear the casino manager trying to bribe the player into admitting to something he did not do, saying to the player 'you will not get anything unless you admit to cheating' otherwise trying to bribe you into lying when you will just get screwed if you do.

It does seem unlikely that someone would be able to accumulate such a huge win with so little, but anything is possible. I won 13k off of a $25 bonus one time playing blackjack, and I do not cheat and I would have been down someones throught if they would have accused me a doing so.

So, I am going with pirate on this one, I see no evidence that the casino is telling the truth.

If I were in your shoes, I would stop at nothing, no matter how many hoops I had to jump through, or how much red tape I would have to deal with, I would not rest until every penny of that 1.3 million was in my possesion. Justice will prevail in the end, you will get what you deserve. My best advice is to be very very careful who you get to defend and speak for you. You are dealing with some big money here, and they are obviously pulling out the big guns on this one and its obvious they will not budge, your best bet is the legal system. Hell, this could make for a good movie someday.

This makes for good reading and it is by far the most interesting thread I have read in Casinomiester.

Just wanted to say well done to all you people out there who are supporting the rights of this player and others. Without the support and knowledge of the community that exists on this forum it seems that casino operators would try to dishonour the whole concept of playing. I really hope that these people are made to cough up what they owe by way of the proper channels. It seems that integrity holds no place within some operations. The fact that they are exposed here by everyone is priceless. When P21 gets paid will the drinks be on him?

It is possible, and perhaps likely, that I'm being thick here -- but what would be the significance of the player logs? Folks have alluded to the significance of the logs throughout the thread, but I've not quite understood why. Wouldn't they show something that seems not be in dispute -- that they guy won a staggering number of very large bets? Wouldn't it be more relevant for the casino to disclose the technical information that it says supports its conclusion that he used a robot? I obviously could be missing something.

And, in any event, whether dispositive or not (or even relevant), a player should ALWAYS be able to get his/her logs.

With hindsight, the Pirate should have videotaped himself playing, but in the absence of the videotape, the player logs are the best record of his play. If I could see the logs, I could decide exactly how lucky he was, assuming the game was OK. Winning 130 units in 2000 hands is very different from winning 130 units in 200 hands. If he was playing at a very even pace without taking breaks, reacting consistently very quickly, that would be evidence for the alleged robot. I would also check whether he played correct strategy. If he deviated from it and was significantly luckier than could be expected, that could indicate he found a bug in the software and exploited it

BTW, I would also like to see the mouse movement logs. :)

typical online casino move, hmm, oh no, this player won big, now lets scrutanize his play and search through our contract to see if there is some excuse we can use to deny him his winnings. They should have known if they let a player bet big bets there is a possibility that he would win, they were obviously hoping for the opposite to happen. The reason that more of us have not had big wins like this is because for one thing our betting limits, most casinos have a 1k max bet, given that as the limit, the biggest payout any of us can hope for is maybe 50k on the luckiest of lucky days. With a 10k limit, I could see that 6 digits would be possible, and its not like he had anything to lose starting out with so little. For example, when I accumluated the big win from a mere $25, it didn't really matter if I lost, I didn't care, so I made bets that no sane person would normally make, and it payed out big. At the time the table limit was $250, and I was making max bets and I hit it big very quickly.

The odds are, at some point someones gonna cash out big, especailly if you raise the stakes. I would love to see this casino have to swallow thier words, I personally do not like RTG and I will never visit any of thier casinos, and that is just from my personal experience, I did get threatening phone calls from a RTG casino manager at one point, definitlely a bunch of crooks.

Heh - I wouldn't trust a player that videotaped himself while playing. Especially if he was nude.

Would those calls have been from Greg Rollins of Virtual Casino?

Jyde, my man -- speak for yourself. I videotape every bet I make, and I gamble only in the nude (that is, if you don't count a raspberry fedora).
