Hi all,

Just updating the RTG Casino list here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/casino-software/rtg/

A number of defunct casinos were removed - and some added.

Player Alert:
Dream Casino = Virtual = Rogue
Casino Peru = Crystal Palace = Rogue

I hadn't seen these before.

So far 62 RTG casinos (by my count)
And 32 of these are in the rogue pit for some reason or another

With a 50 percent "rogue rate" this software provider's owners and licensee management should be totally ashamed of themselves, not to mention the licensees themselves.

And for that matter, any jurisdiction that licenses them.

Disgraceful.

Not only that, but the chances of winning at any of them are slim to none. Just lost again at another RTG. I've really cut down my deposits to any of them....I just have to STOP completely. They are a terrible group anymore.

Ah, Jet.............sounds like you don't play many RTGs!

Whatever happened to their "new and improved" bitchee? All I can remember is that the name started with an H.

I'm starting to smell a sucks portal war and it stinks.

Hot topic all over the fora :D

That could mean one of two things... ask him because he trusted them... or ask him because he is very disappointed, and who he blames. But that would be bad form, and i don't recall ever seeing you post in bad form, so I'll assume the former.

Know what? I'm going to sequester myself in the attic for awhile, I feel a bad moon rising.

I should point out that 29 of these "rogued" casinos are run by two operations.

If RTG would shut down these operations and resell them to an operator with scruples, then they'd have a rogue percentage of about 5%

Which relatively speaking is pretty darn good

I issued a cautionary last year concerning playing at most RTG casinos. You are playing at your own risk since there is no player safety net installed. RTG is adamant that they can only act as the software provider, and that they have to distance themselves from player issues. Any player problems need to go directly to the casino or licensing agency. Many of their casinos operate without gaming licenses.

sorry if this has already been asked and answered but in regard to player disputes with rtg would the following site help in any way

Actually, yes. But as far as I know, they won't be 100% fully functional until next month.

Judging from the above, that shouldn't matter as they only need to be 50% functional ;)
Ha ha. You so funny.

But seriously, I have my fingers crossed that this entity will end some of these RTG disputes in a transparent/favorable way. It may be a day late and a dollar short - but at least it's something.

how rogue is rogue?

Forgive me for the newbie question, but what exactly do you define as rogue? Are these casinos that refuse to pay out? Casinos that have many disputes?

I mean, are they completely unregulated and they should be put offline or are they somewhat problematic? Personally, if you guys say they're rogue, I'll stay away, but I want to know how serious a problem these rogue casinos are.

Mostly, the rogues take your deposits and wont pay your winnings citing ridiculous reasons for not paying out. Other rogues are downright unethical and distasteful. Virtual used the 911 incident for promoting bonuses and Virtual Danny the manager felt there was nothing wrong in doing that.

Just remember to stay far away from them. Actually, I would stay away from the not recommended/proceed with care/proceed with caution casinos as well. Well, that leaves us with very few RTG casinos.

Bryan, VIP.com may need to be highlighted in green:D:D

In his preface comments to the rogue list Bryan says:
The Rogue Casino list is a bit more serious than simply not being recommended. Most of these casinos are guilty of gross customer negligence bordering on the criminal. Some of these casinos have disappeared leaving their players empty handed and downright disgusted with the industry as a whole.

These rogues (mostly RTG casinos) should be 'put off line' but as they are usually totally unregulated with dubious licenses they won't go away until people stop giving them money (depositing).

I highly recommend a (re)read of the 'How to Spot a Rogue' and Rogue pit list for all players -- especially newbies.

unfortunately with all the new players and the ones that dont read about the rogues somebody will deposit with them, when i first started gambling online i had no idea there were so many, luckily i never got stung,

You're right - I rely on the Casinomeister accredited list to a large extent, and the very name RTG is enough to put my caution instincts into overdrive.

Erratic (at best) communications; no player dispute channel; dodgy operators; "hands off" corporate attitude and relocating to Costa Rica - these are all red flags that have emerged consistently over the years.

It's a real pity, because I (and many others) can see potential in this company if it would only get its act together.

That's a very good idea, because they pay really very fast and the payout% is not so bad, as on another RTG casinos, but the RTG Download Casino Menue is really very slowly, although i can certainly live with this, as long they are honest to us :)

We'll see what happens after Hastings becomes fully functioning........up until now, though, that is just not the RTG way!:D

I'm beginning to think that the real reason RTG moved their HQ outside the USA was for fear of the players, not the DoJ ;)

Haven't been pissed enough yet that I'd tangle with Manny the Mole or Vinnie the Snake:D

For me it's just keeping a certain attitude when dealing with rogue RTGs. I happen to like their games, so I play most in free mode and sometimes deposit at the accredited ones if I get a few bucks to risk!:D

Okay Rushmore is now marked as "Accreddited" so i'll try it maybe in the future ;)

Does anybody know, how seriously OneClubCasino is?

I can't find anything useful about it, so i will ask this question :)

Thanks, but now i also don't know, either this casino is accredited, or not, because i can't see either anywhere having problems to get paid from them?

This casino is not accredited.
At least, not by CasinoMeister if that's what you mean.
From Debbie's great link it looks like it's a 'white label' loosely connected to The MainStreet Group.
I personally find Mainstreet's first weak reply & lack of a follow up reply to very valid questions extremely worrying, and would rate this casino as 'proceed only with great caution'.
Any casino taking as long to pay as Debbie says is definitely bordering on rogueville IMO.

And therein lies one of the main problems - newbies jump in without adequate research (or appreciating the need for research in many cases) and before they find forums like this they get mangled by a rogue.

I suspect for many a first really bad mauling at the hands of a bad operator may be enough to put them off online gambling for good.

Just getting out the pre-involvement message "join a good forum before you jump in" would be a major achievement for the industry imo, but the means to do this effectively have so far eluded most of us.

For those who do manage to find their way to message boards such as this one, the chances of enjoying trouble-free online gambling have to multiply through shared experience and education.

Virtual Casino are Thieves

Virtual casino confiscated my winnings and removed all money in my account the first time I tried to cash-in any amount. They said I used a free chip and was not allowed to use a free chip. If I am not allowed why do they offer a free chip? (answer- to get you to deposit some money and then steal it from you)

Just one last thing to note about oneclubcasino. There's another RTG casino called Orchid casino listed on the RTG list. I downloaded it to see what it was. While in the cashier mode, if you try to make a deposit, it redirects to Oneclubcasino. Somehow they are related.

Based on this and my past experience with OneClub, I'd be very careful.

The last free chip promo, I noticed, had a condition that you had to have deposited previously to be able to use the free chip coupon. Maybe that happened with you, if there were no conditions then it can be called stealing. They are the worst for max payouts on free chips ie the value of the free chip usually. To me its not worth waiting 3 weeks for $50. It was worth waiting 3 weeks for $2000 though:):)

You want to make sure to have deposited more than you have accepted in freebies as well or you'll be looking at 10x of your deposit no matter how much you win.
Or better yet, read the RTG list linked above and don't deposit at all.
