Royal Panda making up new T&C

Hi

So i made a account on Royal Panda few days ago.

Made few deposits and won some money. Send the same documents that i send to Guts and Wishmaker this week (that got approved)

Few days later i got that my address verification its rejected.

Reason: that it was too old.

Ok, i send a new one, Government letter, Clear pic.

This time i get this answer:

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept the document as it's a black & white copy.

So i did go to live chat and ask what do they mean?

The answer is that the verification paper need to be in color, it does not mean that pic .. the paper need to be colored!

The few letter/bills that i get in paper form is black and white. we are living in 21st century in Finland and we don't use paper bills anymore.

I have no clue where im getting a colored official paper from.

What documents do I need to verify my address?
A scan, clear photo, PDF or screenshot of any official document addressed to you that is no more than six months old. This can include:

• Utility bill (electricity, water, gas)
• Bank statement
• Credit card statement
• Tax/welfare letter

No where it says that the document need to be in color, not in Finish, Swedish or English.


Here is one of the 4 documents(government/bank) i send to them (all rejected) I remove the info about me

On topic: It's a really dumb ask from them. Reminds me of another casino which didn't accept the official Finnish ID card as a valid identity document because it doesn't contain info about a place of birth (might have been Leovegas, not sure). Although the national ID card is a official travel document. They do accept driving licence though (which also doesn't have place of birth info in it and actually is not widely accepted as a formal ID document). Go figure.

Killed your links, I don't know why you feel it necessary to put two links to C*sinoGrinds in there, could have just given the casino names.

When casinos pull stunts like this, I've no idea why more people don't lodge official complaints. It always seems pretty obvious that when casinos do this it's nothing more than stalling tactics. If enough people complain about this type of behaviour we might see more casinos under threat of losing their license.

Pretty sure withholding player funds for no good reason is deemed illegal. They would have to have a genuine reason for the withholding of funds and I don't think whether a copy of a piece of ID is in colour or not is a valid reason

Can you take screen shot from some bill, letter from your online bank etc...? When reading these proof of address things here what casinos don't accept, it almost make laugh if it wouldn't be somebodys withdrawal pending....

All seem to have they own policy and they follow it really black&white (lol)... Common sense seems to be restricted in many places when it's coming for verification... Then wondering that they are busy with documents when there are so many rejected for non sense reason... spending hours of verify one players account and get player pissed off after 7th rejection for sure have positive impact for unemployment rate, bit common sense might save some working hours for them.

Hope one day these change and verifying address could be forgotten long as ID and payment method are ok and ip-address don't miss match, if they have pictures of players card or bank statement together with ID, does it really matter if living few kilometers there or there..

So im verified and got my money.
