Sounds similar to how I remember it. So to put a hypothetical scenario forward, I have 200 In bonus and 200 cash. I wager at roughly 2.70 to 7.20 a spin. 200 won't last long and in the event I do not have any CASH to re-deposit I am stuck playing 0.90c a bet. Further to this, all my play is worthless and I would need more cash to 'wager' these bonus funds if I happen to win.

In that scenario you shouldn't play doa but choose a game you can bet higher on. If you're lucky and can make the bonus amount really big you can decide to deposit again. You still just need to wager the same amount of bonus you had when you started.

If you can't get it high you haven't lost more than the first deposit. Besides to bet 7.20 when you only have 200 is suicide and not even you are doing that

This part is true, but if you happen to win 5000 while playing with your cash you can cash this out with no restrictions. You don't need to meet the wagering requirements. Playing with cash never has any restrictions on Royal Panda, no matter if you have a bonus active or not.

I may as well just play for cash then. I have had a session where I bust my 'Cash' balance and proceeded to play on bonus funds. I managed to increase it reasonably - I ended up redepositing about 3-4 times to make wagering and lost the cash, ran out of funds, lost the bonus too and ended up worse off than if I had a 'Wager Friendly Bonus'.

This is one of the main reasons I dislike your bonus approach. It gets players (some of them) depositing more to wager something that should have been wagered with the same funds to begin with.

Each person may find something in it that may suit them, however coupled with your restriction on Dead or Alive it makes it a worthless exercise for me. Each to their own i suppose ...

I think this bonus model suits medium/high rollers very well that are not scared to place some bigger bets while playing with the bonus. If you are lucky to win big on bonus-play a redeposit in order to turn over the bonus will be worth it. I really like this bonus-structure however low-rollers might have difficulties to find the right time for a redeposit and will be pissed off if they lose multiple redeposits without converting the bonus.

I can understand nate situation with the max £1 DOA bets with bonus money is not appealing. I played DOA with some bigger bets with my cash, no hits, so i went to my real fav immortal romance. 1 bonus round x200 then a big win near x300 got me to a nice cash out!

All in all i do like the bonus rules here, its fair and gives the client a chance to win something nice! but being a DOA regular i do indeed think that £1 max bet on DOA with bonus money is not too good for the DOA players..

The reason is you are actually saying play ANY stake with your own money on DOA, "albiet would take a huge slice of luck to hit a biggy" but you wont be hitting mega money using our bonus playing DOA..

I take your point melvin about play a different game with bonus money, but as you already know, if you play big stake first of all on DOA and hit zero, you have a decent chance of getting a big hit using bonus money on it. we all know about variance..think this is the reason why the max £1 bet

I notice on the player controls you offer take-a-break/cooling off periods for up to 1 month. Is there a number of times that a player can use this option before you intervene or close their account?

There is no set limit to the amount of times that you can use this function, so there is no automated way that your account will be permanently locked. Our support does keep an eye out for serious cases, and if there is a suspicion of uncontrolled behavior they can advice or in some cases close an account permanently.

I would personally agree that it could result in a lot of unwanted account closures and there are no plans of adding such a rule at the moment.

The points are as all comp points pretty useless. And i get 25 free spins each friday that i win 2 euros from if im lucky. There are other casinos that have way better loyalty systems or give wager free super spins and such on deposits if you are a regular.

My luck here overall has not been the greatest either. Each withdrawal i have made have been followed by a dry spell of atleast the amount if not twice in losses. Thats the nature of the game but overall i get pretty shitty playtime.
