I opened up an account at Apollo, had a 8.00 ND sign up, made my WR 320.00 with a 64.00 Max, contacted CS and they said i had to deposit 25.00 in order to even cashout.If i deposit 25.00, that will bring down my winnings to 39.00 if i play the 25.00 out or cashout all which would be 89.00, so if i have to send in Docs which they said they would email me later if needed and im pretty sure they will, ill have to go out and fax again est cost 14.00 or less.

I wish Rivals were all on the same data base and could share info, this would save alot of people paperwork, i use QT, most of the time or pre paid, so i may get, "your card is to dark " and ect again.

I dont mind doing the 25.00 deposit for fraud prevention but which is the better route to go? Is it even worth the time?

They seem to be a pretty good playing casino imo, still like Vegas Regal better and will have to say Ruby Royal took care of me in a flash last time, i just dont know that much about this casino...................laurie

and after that deposit the $25 for that fraud prevention thing.
And I did it in the past after I would even take the $25 out to see if the casino would pay me in good time.

It says i have to deposit first as it wont let me cashout using qt until i deposit, but if you were paid then thats good enough for me.................laurie

I remember that is what it said to me but I took it out first and I went back in and made that deposit.
Hey Laurie if you do make that deposit and it goes towards your whole bal.we will have to get that fixed if you lose that $25.

Can't you scan the documents then email them in? That's what I did with every place, I have a saved jpeg of them. If you don't have a scanner, you can take a digital photo of them also.

I have played and deposited at many Rivals, just havent seen it where you cant withdraw by qt first but you can deposit, they wont even flush it till you make your fraud prevention deposit first, which i have no problem doing, so if i deposit the 25.00 then i can cashout the 64.00 plus the 25.00 together? That would put me in the plus, right? This may be the route to go............laurie


I did this at Tropica and was bonus banned after i made my V. deposit and im not a bonus user, just try out the free promos and get lucky sometimes , just a bit gun shy of new Rivals

This is a case of Hobsons choice, in that you are now fully committed to making a deposit to protect your winnings from the free chip.

You are not obliged to make a deposit, but by walking away you will be 64.00 down. Taking the free chip in the first place served 2 purposes:

1. To try out the casinos games and not risk your own funds.
2. To try and win some money for nothing.

You accomplished both goals, so in order to hedge that 64.00 you will have to lay off 25.00. Assuming there is a 1x playthrough on all deposits, then you could grind that out and still walk away with at least 89.00. Which is 64.00 profit, or max cashout from the free chip.

The way I see it Laurie, is this is a win win situation for you.

So what kind of fraud does this prevent? as it certainly isn't money laundering.

In principle the amount to confirm needs only to be a token amount. The 25.00 is really in place to lure the player into playing further.
So when Laurie makes this deposit she needs to ensure that NO welcome bonus attaches itself to it.

But we all know Rival Casinos and their silly rules and they have a minimum deposit amount of $25, so it's certainly not possible to deposit only $1 instead of 25, but that's nothing news, because every user, who wins on a first ND bonus, must do this

I had also luck on Royal Apollo with a ND bonus (it was 20.-) and could cash out 100.- (5x max cashout) and must also made a 25.- deposit and withdraw it after this directly and got then my 125.- in my moneybookers account within 2 working days (yes, they pay faster, then all another rival casinos, except slotocash!)

i also played 30$nd yesterday on royal apollo and could cash out the max which is 60$.

this 25$ verification deposit is pretty normal, had to it in several rivals already. as you can cashout it right away with your winnings again i dont mind.

lets see how fast royal apollo processes. until now i was not asked for docs. its not sure they ask for it i also had rival casinos not asking for i so ill see what happens.

Sorry I missed this thread Laurie. Royal Apollo wont be much of a hassle with regard to payouts. Won on a free chip several months ago and cashed out $80 I think. Deposited $25 by ecocard and withdrew. Money was in my account after 3 days. Sent in my docs in the interim. Very smooth. I havent deposited nor played again yet the promos are still there.

Very interesting, so maybe exactly THAT was my fault?

I've deposited 2 times without any bonus after cashing out from my ND bonus and then i get bonus banned, although i lost my two deposits without any playtime, so if i've never made any deposit again in this casino, i would have these bonuses also still available?
