Recently I tried an N1 brand casino called gioo. A had a decent play and managed to withdraw my inital amount back with negligible profit. Then on october 7 I received 20 no deposit free spins as october fest promo. The promo had no terms mentione. I won around $10 and had to wager $400. I managed to clear my wager with my balance at $128 and my balance reseted to $10. The casino has a $50 max cashout policy from no deposit bonus. I contacted live chat and showed them their terms and chat refused to accept the terms. The best part was that the live agent said that max cashout is $10 and it was mentioned in terms. It clearly wasnt. I still have email. What this also meant that I could not win more from that $10 as the max cashout was $10 so I had one option to deposit more money and then wager it 3 times and then cash out what was left. Was this fair?
