Hey all
I am a UK Craps player here (hence the name). Recently I signed up to CasinoKings to play on the Evolution Craps as although I had won I had hit my deposit limit on another site I play on.
So I as the site was new to me I started with a initial deposit of £250. I did my usual bets on the site and won a couple of rolls (happy days). However this is where I started noticing a problem. Before the next roll I had taken my bets down which was around £50 (I can check the game logs to confirm) as I was worried the 7 was coming. The money I took down was returned to my balance as expected but just as the timer hit 0 and the dice were due to be rolled again I noticed the balance dropped down what I had taken off the table.
At that point I was slightly confused but I do know at times that on live dealer craps there is a little lag sometimes getting paid so assumed the money would appear back in the balance. I placed my bets back out on the table, won the roll but noticed the money was still not back in my balance from the bets I took down before! Clearly a bit miffed and confused I took the next lot of bets I had on the table back down to see what was going on and history repeated itself again! So the only amount left on my balance was what I had won and not my initial stakes.
So there must be a massive issue CasinoKings has with evolution gaming as I have not had this problem anywhere else on any other site I have played craps on. I spoke to their live support which was about as much help as pouring tea out of a chocolate tea pot but they did tell me to email them with game numbers, times, amounts and the issue I had so they could conduct a review. The response I had back was this:
We are following back to you with an update.
The game provider has checked your game rounds played on 'Craps' from: 04.02.2025 alongside your record provided and they have confirmed that there are no irregularities appearing with it where your rounds played have resulted accordingly per what you have picked up selection to be on.
Please contact us if you have any further inquiries. We are available 24/7!
Best Regards,
Katie

Not happy with this reply I made a video of the issue I was having and sent it to them. The live support said they could not look at videos their end. Seems a bit of a cop out if you ask me. Anyway I spoke to a friend of mine and to prove I was not going mad he set up an account and we recorded a session on his account and it had the same problem. This time we uploaded the video onto youtube and sent them the link. Again they are refusing to watch any video evidence of this happening and are telling me there are no issues.
I was pointed out this forum by another friend of mine as I was told someone might be able to help or advise me on the next steps. The money they have taken is rather minimal compared to my bankroll but it is the principal of that they have taken money off two players (myself and a friend) and I would hate for anyone else to have the same issue. Although I do understand that the amount of people who play craps is rather small compared to slots.
Appreciate I am new here so have not posted any links to the videos made. But if the mods allow it I will post the link.
Thanks and I hope someone might be able to offer some help.
