Rome Casino Fraud Gets Me

The thread may be old, but my complaint is new and I also posted in the "to Rome" section, btw. I cashed out about 6 weeks ago.

I inquired with chat reps, who told me 18 days. After 18 days, I was referred to finance@romecasino who only responded to ask me for my passport and other
personal documents, which i scanned and sent over. All emails since then to finance have gone unanswered, I can no longer log into my account either, so I had to create a new account to communicate with chat reps. All this, but still never got paid.

As far as being a new member goes, I'm not sure what you're getting at by saying that? I like to play at online casinos and I'm glad I found this forum o help me choose better sites to play at.

Don't put your casino username in here, because it may be used by fraudsters.

Have your docs been accepted yet ?
Did they request more details ?
What further communication did you have with them ?
Did you play with a bonus ? (Did you make the WR?)
Do you have a contact name at the casino ?

Some others will not be so polite since you seem to like bringing old threads back to life. Start a new thread.

Repro, thanks for letting me know not to post a user name here. And I didn't know ppl would be bothered by comments being made on older threads. Sorry!

I did also start a new thread, but didn't receive any response from Rome or anyone. I don't have any contacts at Rome, they've only responded to me once asking or the documents, which i sent 2x, but still never heard back :(
