Nice post Vinyl:)

Let me also add that I am not an affiliate, I do not work for any casino and am not a lawyer or juror. So honestly I pretty much don't feel that I need to answer any questions about other players and their satisfaction. Nor do I need to be directed to a link and asked to read anymore posts. This is not my job.
I have enough on plate being concerned about and caring for my 89 year old mother in law 24-7 that has alzheimers, skin tears easily, bleeds and poops on everything, a husband that suffers from asthma, diabetes, ruptured discs in his lower back and cancer. This is my job.
So does anyone think I should keep pushing for answers and whatever, sorry, but I think not. The casino industry is just not a priority to me other than what I had already publically stated and I am getting pretty darned sick of that too.

I would also like to add that if someone really wanted to make me happy, they would take the mother in law for a couple days as I haven't had a break for 6 years! So as CM says, you don't even want to touch me with a barge pole.

This is just passing the buck, it is up to the CASINO to address this issue, not expect a player to have the answers. An observation was made, the PROGRESSIVE version of a game was removed from play because of a bug. Top Game said it was being fixed before reintroduction. The problem lies in the fact that when the game was removed, there was a sizeable progressive jackpot. The game has not reappeared, so the question remains, what has happened to this particular pool, and what are the plans for the future.
Players expect the game to be fixed and reintroduced, with the pool starting from where it left off. If the game is NOT going to be reintroduced, players expect to see a transfer of the pool into one or more currently active progressive games, and for this to be done in a clear and transparent nature.
I am sure other players noticed the game go, but didn't complain. Perhaps they didn't play it, or didn't understand the implications of the progressive pool going with it, in that it resulted from player contributions rather than the casino's own money.

Speaking of progressive games vanishing, where has the 2.8 million Fruit/berries slot gone?

Perhaps other Top Game players could check this, and post their results. If we can get confirmation from several "eye witnesses" that a progressive game with a pool this size has simply vanished, more pressure for an explanation can be applied to Top Game. The size of this pool indicates this was a network progressive.
I suspect the "it had a bug" excuse will be returned, but how many times are players going to believe it when it seems that fixes are so slow in coming.

Well, allegations of another progressive pool disappearing will reignite this issue. Lack of interest may be down to a view that Top Game are doing this because they are "rogue", and are keeping these pools for later use in some kind of "marketing" effort. They may use the pool to launch a NEW game, and one already seeded with the pools from the withdrawn game. This would generate a great deal of interest, and play, with many players believing the casino used their OWN money to boost the pot.

Time is a great healer, and the longer the interval before the pool reappears, the less likely a connection will be made.

Another possibility might be that games are being removed because they are unpopular, and are NEVER coming back, but the pool goes with them if they are progressive. The pool can ONLY come back when a NEW game is ready for launch, and this might mean a fair bit of time passes, far longer than would be credible for merely fixing a bug in the game. It would not be obvious that the pool was being returned. This may already have happened, but lack of transparency means players have not spotted it.

I continue to see the jackpots advertised on the marquee at Gold Vegas, but the games are gone for them I think. There used to be 2 tabs for slot games , now it shows only 1.

I always wondered where they went too, but for some reason, the jackpots still scrolls on the marquee..(as of Tuesday the 27th)

ty again I think the Casino Rep could say this is what happened to the 192K jackpot instead of constant I dont knows do they really think we are this dumb an just gonna let it drop?

Topgame Jackpot

Hi everyone,

First of all let me apologise for the delay in announcing the fact that there was a winner of a 2.8 Million progressive jackpot at one of the casinos powered by Topgame.

I was not planning on announcing it as I believe that the casino involved should be doing so as after all it took place at their casino. However there was a delay caused by yours truly and the issue was raised here before the PR went out so hence I will post the release that was due to go out in full below.

"Crystal Spin Casino Announces a Progressive Jackpot Winner

Crystal Spin Casino is pleased to announce a multi-million dollar progressive jackpot win, on the Crazy Jungle video slot game. This is Crystal Spins largest jackpot to date.

San Jose, Costa Rica 22 October 2009 Crystal Spin Casino announces its first ever progressive jackpot win. Wendell B. won a 2.8 million dollar jackpot on the Crazy Jungle progressive video slot game. Wendell hit her jackpot on Wednesday, October 21st, on a $75 spin.

Crystal Spin is a small casino, but prides itself on doing honest business and using the best technology. The casino uses the Top Game software platform, and the Crazy Jungle game is a popular offering from the Top Game suite.

A spokesman for Crystal Spin Casino offered congratulations to Wendell B. on her big win, and added, The progressive jackpot on Crazy Jungle has been reset, and it will start growing again immediately. Were ready for the next big winner.

"

I would ask someone to please move any issue which falls under Topgame to a new TG thread please as I really do not want to answer in a Rome Casino thread.

As always should you have any questions please feel free to contact me or post.

Kind Regards

David

Until today I refused to believe that there were people on this planet who played TG slots at $75 per spin.:eek2:
I really thought it was more likely to find a grazing cow on the moon to be honest.
Now it seems I was wrong.
Congrats to the winner!
