Have you been paying your affiliates? There was talk that still a number of them haven't been paid yet. What's the status on that?

And what about that whack-o chat supervisor? He's still with you guys so I don't think that it's all honky dory over there.

We are in the process of paying them all, it takes a little time but its getting done. As for the supervisor he is a VIP manager and handles VIPs, he made a huge mistake that time it does not mean he cannot make up for it with learning and hard work. I can assure you we are moving forwards with all issues.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Noah,

I think the first thing you need to do is ensure that Rome pay their affiliates and address the concerns raised in this thread:

You must register/login in order to see the link.

If you cannot pay your affiliates, what makes you think you will be able to pay your players.

I have to disagree with you Noah, anyone you have in your company that has to deal with the public and speaks to them the way your cracked out chat support did needs to be fired or on office trash duty from now on! WOW you put him in charge of your VIP's, that is really trusting are you not worried he will dis on one of your really important players?

Your affiliates should have all been paid by now, no matter how small and worthless you folks feel they are to you. This is getting so it is damaging all the other Top Game brands now who are trying to climb out of the mess over the last few months.

I have to say it really seems like Top Game is trying to get their act together as a software provider and if the affiliates are not paid by Rome with a quickness they may have to step up and do this for Rome themselves.

    Hi bonustreak,

I'm sorry but you have not read the threads and my responses on GPWA or are failing to communicate them here. Please read those to better understand why the delay occurred and what we are doing about it. We are paying our affiliates, not everyone got paid yet, but they are and will be. Its a shame we can't pay everyone at once but we need to wait for the new processor pay. Please read more on the GPWA threads. Things are going to be wrapped up within a few weeks, and you can see we've resolved some of our affiliate payments. Yes there are more and they are getting paid.

TopGame are not paying any of our affiliates and a big part of them getting their act together is from us helping them as well, as any TG person will probably tell you. Its a cooperative effort.

As regarding the CS person - Everyone makes mistakes, he was working for a different CS team at the time. I don't think we should be attacked just because we decided to give him a second chance. He hasn't made that mistake again and people should be given a chance to redeem themselves, call me a softy but that's what I believe .

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

    Hi Cindy,

You assume it did. There is no evidence, and I've asked for it many times. I have explained the matter several times on several threads, we found no evidence for this missing jackpot and the player who made that claim is now a happy player with us. So I'm sorry but until any evidence that this happened (all without other players actually noticing it gone by the way - it all started on the claim of one player who is playing with us still), I do not think we should be attacked on a baseless charge.

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

Actually, I don't buy the processor story. I just don't. There are too many affs not being paid, and so far...well something doesn't seem right. I hope you're being straight with us because the truth will set you free...if you know what I mean.

And back to the whacko CS rep. He didn't make just one mistake, he had a history of behaving like this. I think I mentioned in the other thread I've seen other chat sessions that would make your eyeballs bleed. That's no lie.

Now Bonustreak has brought up a good point - affiliates want to be ensured that VIP players are taken care of like VIPs should be. I'm sure most affiliates wouldn't touch your casino with a barge pole if they knew that this is the guy who wuuuuvs us sooooo much . Why he's still there is beyond me - but it's your business, not mine.

I agree with you about the processor part , how many casinos do you see saying the same thing as they are, it seems some casinos will continue to operatore like this as they think it will scare people off or something if they get the truth, the funny thing out of it all though is so many lie and we can see this.
trust me you get more respect from telling the truth in the online casino industry as we get lied to aroubnd every corner.

I kind of would like to give that operator another chance though, evryone needs to make a living in life and he might be a family man.

I for sure dont condone the Managers putting him in charge of the VIP group though.
It sounds like to many chiefs and not enough indians working in Rome right now.
I mean it was only a two months ago that he spoke to a potential fish i that manner.

He should still be in customer service only and weekly training and coaching done on the tasks he does.

Bryan, I havent seen the chats that would make my eyes bleed and if i did I may change my stance.

I bet I know whats going on there, to many hands in the honey pot and as a result you have half completed tasks out there. Slow down do one thing at a time guys to make sure you get it right the first time.

I'm with you CM...to me it's the ole blame the processor story being hung out to dry. Sounds more like a cash flow issue.

If a processor is crap then you get another one. It certainly doesn't take this long to sort that out. Albeit it does if you have a cash flow problem.

The fact that some affiliates have been paid whilst others are still waiting, for me, doesn't fit into the story(s) we're being fed. Sorry but it just doesn't.

    And reiterating Webzcas...

As far as the TST audit, that's a bit like saying...Check out my new Ferrari...I'd take you for a drive but I can't afford the petrol

    Cheers

    Dave

I'm sorry, but please read the whole thread including my post and
also the post history for this player. She has badmouthed us on every turn yet by her own admission not only kept playing with us but actually opened a second account in our sister casino knowing full well we're the same company.

I think CM is a very objective place usually but it seems we are always
guilty in your eyes no matter if the evidence exists or not. And if I sound a bit bitter its because I'm trying to be responsible and take the blame when its there, however I cannot explain our side if everyone immediately assumes we're guilty.

    Kind regards,

    Noah

    Hi Cindy,

Maybe you should PM the player and ask her before hinting we paid her off. If you think that's what we did just ask her, because we never did.

    Kind Regards,

At least for me this is one casino I will be avoiding. All I have seem to of read this am is issues with rome casino. The other thread is about a player that won and rome casino issued a cheque that was not valid. Then reading the posts in this thread it seems their affiliates are not getting paid either. Not a way to get new players to join your casino. Maybe you should take some time fix up the issues at hand then post. As of now all I seem to be reading is rome casino blaming everyone else for their errors and not their own casino.

Just felt it was only right to let people know. But some affiliates are starting to get paid their overdue payments from Rome. Well, one affiliate has mentioned over on the GPWA that he has received his payment.
