Rizk bank withdrawal experiences?

Hi all!

Anyone had experience with the bank transfer withdrawal at Rizk?
Is my first time i'm using this method at their site, and for example, if i make one through bank transfer at Betsafe i always receive it one business day later on my bank account.
It goes through 'Worldpay' i believe when i saw it on my statement.
Does Rizk use the same provider? :)

It says 'bank processing' in my account over there right now, so suppose it has been sent already.

I am always using the Bank Transfer to Withdrawl. Usually it takes for me, as you mentioned, one Business Day. Payment Provider is Inpay A/S if I remember correctly.

Unfortunately few days later now, the one business day is also over but nothing in my bank account.

I'm afraid withdrawals at Rizk take a lot longer than Betsafe.
Inpay seems to be slower with payments than Worldpay.

Withdrawal status is still 'bank processing'.... :(

You have to think on that it is the festive period an alot of banks will not process until tomorrow due to this

I see, but in The Netherlands our banks already process payments again today. Inpay seems to have a Dutch bank account either just like Worldpay so I suppose money just isnt sent from their end yet and that's what frustrates me a bit.

@ brianleeporter, does the status change to something like completed (instead of bank processing) before you receive funds?

Just hope it will be in my account before the new year starts....

Yeah usually says completed on my withdrawals.

I think you should easily have you're money before the new year.

PM me your email address and I will have a look for you but as long as you have conifers all the details correctly then there should be no problem. Once we approve payments via bank processing it is out of our hands and purely down to the banks which is why we say 3-5 business days

Remeber that rizk has this button to lock the wothdrawal preventing you form reversing it should you have a weak moment. Also - not sure if they fixed this but be aware that 7 days after your made the withdrawal the lock could magically vanish so you are able to spend the money again. Captain Rizk said they would look into this and made it sound like this was something that should be fixed - so would be kinda interesting to see in your case what happends if you pass the 7 day threshold.

Another thing, I cannot say this lightly - HAVE YOU HAMMERED SUPPORT ON WHY THIS IS TAKING SO LONG? ARE THERE ANY PARTS OF THE DOCUMENTATION YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM THAT ARE APPROVED FROM YOUR SIDE BUT WHEN LOOKED INTO FOR SOME REASON IS NOT APPROVED? MAKE SURE THAT ALL DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION ARE APPROVED EVEN IF THEY ARE FALGGED GREEN, AND ASK TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO MAKE SURE AS EACH WORKER IN RIZK SUPPORT HAVE THE ABILITY TO GIVE YOU DIFFERENT ANSWERS AND DIFFERENT ACTIONS ACCORDINGLY.

I have a feeling you are not approved, even if you think so, which is why this is stalling and since you are not asking the right questions you will not get the right questions. I know this because the above advice is as they say in the movies, based on a true story!

When all is done, and you are verified correctly - you can rest assure that future payouts will be some of the fastest around. Also the status of your withdrawal tells you that nothing is happening, when processed it will be very different I can tell you so rest assure nothing is happening at the moment... the question is why!
