Holy cow! Okay, I get this email from Top Games Rich Casino for a free $50 and as many of you know I have sworn off casinos for now, but thought, what the hey, I'll give it a try. So I download Rich casino and ask cs for the bonus. Tony asks for the code which I give it to him, pause, then he comes back and says I am not entitled. I ask why then does the email say I am, do you not honor your offers. So He wants a copy of the email which I forward and after a bit he credits my account with the $50. Okay, great, so I am thinking, well this will give me some playtime for a while and maybe have some money left after the WR to cashout. So I ask him what the wagering requirement is, he comes back with X99!!!!
Okay, just shoot me now and bury me because this is just unreal. This is the first time I have ever ran into a WR that high, I know others here have, but never had the miserable experience myself.
To much! I never even got the balance over $80, so I just blew it off as I knew there was no way on this plain of reality that I was going to wager $49,000 something or other.
What an insult a wager requirement like that is and casinos look cheap and stingy when placing such a requirement on a ND bonus like that. If they can't afford to lose a little money because they can't cover such promos then they shouldn't have them in the first place. Unless you are sabotaging yourselves deliberatly and don't want to build a good solid customer base. Promos like this will certainly drive potential customers away.
So if any of you casino reps read this, please understand this type of promo makes you look like bag ladies!
When all was done I kindly unistalled Rich casino and will be glad to never darken their door again.
