Holy cow! Okay, I get this email from Top Games Rich Casino for a free $50 and as many of you know I have sworn off casinos for now, but thought, what the hey, I'll give it a try. So I download Rich casino and ask cs for the bonus. Tony asks for the code which I give it to him, pause, then he comes back and says I am not entitled. I ask why then does the email say I am, do you not honor your offers. So He wants a copy of the email which I forward and after a bit he credits my account with the $50. Okay, great, so I am thinking, well this will give me some playtime for a while and maybe have some money left after the WR to cashout. So I ask him what the wagering requirement is, he comes back with X99!!!!
Okay, just shoot me now and bury me because this is just unreal. This is the first time I have ever ran into a WR that high, I know others here have, but never had the miserable experience myself.
To much! I never even got the balance over $80, so I just blew it off as I knew there was no way on this plain of reality that I was going to wager $49,000 something or other.
What an insult a wager requirement like that is and casinos look cheap and stingy when placing such a requirement on a ND bonus like that. If they can't afford to lose a little money because they can't cover such promos then they shouldn't have them in the first place. Unless you are sabotaging yourselves deliberatly and don't want to build a good solid customer base. Promos like this will certainly drive potential customers away.

So if any of you casino reps read this, please understand this type of promo makes you look like bag ladies!

When all was done I kindly unistalled Rich casino and will be glad to never darken their door again.

Yes, those are definitely absurd WR's, but you have to remember, it's free money.

It seems that a lot of people here think ND bonuses are a way to make some easy money, but that's not the case. If casinos were to make ND bonuses easy to clear, the word would spread like wildfire and they'd potentially be out of millions of dollars after all was said and done.

ND bonuses are a way for new players to try out games at the casino in question, not to get bonus hunters flocking into their casino just to make a quick buck and never deposit or risk their own money after cashing out the ND bonus.

Sure, you have to make a deposit w/TopGame casinos in order to cash out your ND winnings, but unless you take the deposit bonus with those funds, you can w/d that deposit immediately along with the ND winnings.

I have to agree Winbig.

TopGame is a software not everyone is familiar with, and $50 is enough to get a little playtime and check out some games. I don't know the terms of this bonus, but I took one recently elsewhere that had a max cashout of $50 on $50 with 99X playthrough.

People can and do make 100X playthroughs, even if rarely, so it is at least a chance. The real purpose is an evaluation of the games. There is something different about playing in real, even with a highly improbable WR, that is different than fun mode.

I think that existing depositing players have a right to complain about 100xWR on free chips that are supposed to reward loyalty, but any ND bonus offered by a casino for new players is acceptable to me, as long as the qualifying deposit you must make does not carry any playthrough.

If a casino is going to compete with the big boys and offer a free $50 ND like that then they should have the financial strentgh to back it up. They already had a cap on how much you could withdraw, so it's not like the idea was to walk away with easy money and especially having a X99 WR on it makes it impossible for the majority of players especially when you see how stingy the play has become.
They should be reasonable about it, put out a free bonus with a cap on the amount a player could withdraw and a reasonable WR no higher than X40.

Yes, those are definitely absurd WR's, but you have to remember, it's free money.
If a casino can't afford to give out free ND, then they shouldn't. Afterall they do have fun play if an OP wanted to give them a try. With the fun play they can wager any amount and truly see how things are playing.
Trying to look like the big casinos with a nice freebie yet having "absurd" WR's like a rogue is a total turn off and they risk losing many potential return players with promos like this.

Here is the T&C's section that applies to free ND bonuses:
We do not offer a free no deposit bonus , in case such a bonus was given the following will apply:
For a free no deposit bonus the wagering requirements are 99 times ( x 99 ) the Free no deposit bonus amount.
The maximum withdrawal amount of a free bonus is $100.
Free money bonus can be used only on slots game , in case a player will use this amount for any other game then slots , Rich casino find himself able to disregard any wins regard this bonus, only wins related 100% to pure slot's game will be honor as winnings and as part of the wagering requirement.
In order to withdrawal the winnings, a minimum amount of $25 must be deposited.

I have played with Top Game for quite awhile and have seen it go from one of the loosest casinos to one of the tighter ones and with the way things are playing now I seriously doubt to many bonus hunters would be making a killing with them anyways.

Again, I still say it makes them look like Bag Ladies.

I by no means agree with the terms or the spam however I will tell you I recieved a bonus like this a good 4-6mths ago from them, right on the offer it had a posted 20x rollover, I ended up meeting the rollover and tried to w/d, it was denied originally, after I raised a big stink with the casino manager and with the help of David from Thebes (I dont even think he is around anymore) they did put my winnings of $500 back into my account and changed their terms to be much clearer, I cannot tell you if they pay or not because I have never and will never w/d on a free chip, but they were up front enough to come to the party on their error and I give them credit for that.

1. It would be true what you say provided other casinos didn't have ND bonuses with less wager. But the truth is there are numerous ones out there that offer ND with much better terms. Like William Hill Casino, 30 ND, all games allowed, even the low limit roulette, all games count towards the WR, that is 20x anyway, and max cash out is 300 Euro. The fact that you only know about so bad ND bonuses like the one that Rich Casino offers doesn't mean that there are no better ones!

2. 'ND bonuses are a way for new players to try out games at the casino in question'

- Players can also do it in fun mode ;)

3. It is totally understandable that players make complaints about such bad ND bonuses that was mentioned in the strating thread. And simply because Casinos make it seem to be easy money. Casinos usually hide the true terms of such bonuses with small letters in a hidden corner of their web, and many people think these things are easy money,at least this is what it seems from the advertisements. When casinos stop posting these misleading ads, there will be less players making complaints ;) Another good example to this is my case at Rialto Casino, another Top Game Casino. I read at Casino-Crush and also at Latestcasinobonuses.com that they offer 10 ND bonus. Unfortunately neither sites mentioned that it is not real ND bonus (I guess because else they couldn't recruit enough referrals with their banners). The just posted the banner, that was about '10 Free', and some info about WR requirements. They forgot to mention that after I met the WR, I must deposit at least 25, and WR that at least 5 times to be able to cash out my ND winnings. I was very disappointed to hear this when I won 100 on the ND play (the max possible amount). And these rules couldn't be reached easily on the casino website either at Rialto Casino, but it was mentioned only at a link that is hidden in one single line in the terms and conditions.

4. 'Sure, you have to make a deposit w/TopGame casinos in order to cash out your ND winnings, but unless you take the deposit bonus with those funds, you can w/d that deposit immediately along with the ND winnings.'

- Not true. As I mentioned it is also not the case at Rialto Casino, another Top Game. The actual rule there is:

-ND WR is 20x
-max cash out is: 100
-you need to make a deposit before you can cash out
-you must wager your deposit 5 times in case you have your first deposit bonus removed
-you need to wager your deposit and first deposit bonus 20 times in case you don't have the first deposit bonus removed
-min. deposit is 25, with Neteller: 50

This is clearly not a no deposit bonus money, because it requires to put your own money into risk as well.

At William Hill Casino where the max. cash out is 300 on the ND bonus, so 3 times more, this thing doesn't happen. You don't need to risk your own money to be able to cash out!

So I totally understand the disappointment of the player who started this thread!

The only difference with the fun mode and real play is you aren't concerned with losing.

The cs person told me the same which is why I asked why they didn't honor what they send out. He gave me a link to send him a copy of the email while he was on chat with me, looked it over and credited me with the $50 as it did not say anywhere that the regular player is not entitled they had to honor it.
What they are doing wrong is sending this offer to everyone and then weeding out the non-affiliates by saying we are not "ENTITLED TO IT".

If Top Game wants to target affiliates then they should be dealing with GPWA and not just throwing out emails like a fishing net hoping to catch a load of tuna.

Here is the email.

It is not strictly true that the ND bonus is for evaluation purposes only. There is free play mode for that.

The point I wanted to make was that in comparrison MG ND bonuses are usually very small, quite often a 7 ND chip. But with a lower WR. From my experience getting a 7 chip upto 200 is much more easier than getting these 50 and 100 free chips doubled up. It may be free money but the time it takes to complete these high WR means that its far too time consuming.

Players money may be important, but please do not expect us to sit in your casinos for endless hours trying to chase our tail!

Don't see anything wrong with a high wr on a no deposit bonus, it's free money, as long as there is a chance to win it's better than no chance :)

How much time it consumes depends fully on your betsize.
Put it on 5 bucks per spin if you're in a hurry, 50ct. if you're bored and have nothing to do..
The risk of high bets is ofcourse that you might end up with several thousands you cant withdraw..
