The title should be lock casino....I have no pending cashout....i dont know how to edit that part.

I sent them docs 3 days ago hear nothing....so today i got in chat and they asked for a lighter copy of my drivers.....so i sent it then this.(see below)........im not so sure about sending my birth certificate now....i have it but this worries me a little.....(ie id theft) what would you guys do? i have made a few deposits via quicktender so they never asked for a cc copy or anything.....this kinda reeks....

You are now chatting with 'Anna'

Anna: Hello again

sarratori: hi i resent the drivers lic

sarratori: i was hoping i would get you agian...lol

Anna: Perfect, give me one moment to contact our securities team and have them approve your docs.

sarratori: ok thank you

Anna: The security team has requested an additional photo ID, do you have a passport photo page you could scan and send through?

sarratori: no i have no passport

sarratori: i have my work id

sarratori: is it becasue of my last name? i can send my marriage certifictae

sarratori: i got married 3 months ago

Anna: It will have to be a government issued ID unfortunately.

sarratori: i dont understand....i have always been approved everywhere else

Anna: Our security team have high restrictions in order to combat any fraud. Unfortunately the current ID is not enough to authorize your acccount.

sarratori: ok but whats the issue? is the id not clear enough?

sarratori: I have made a few deps via quicktender

sarratori: i have my birth certificate

Anna: Could you send through the birth certificate? I'll see if we can get approval with that.

sarratori: yes....ill have to dig it up.....it will take a little longer

sarratori: ill find it and and send it and come back to chat later

im not shure what form of document sending you used ,but i found that digital email type is superior to faxing [and they all call it a fax back]

actually once i took a camera shot instead of a scan

hope i shed a ray of light for you :) rockycatt

CM indicated that the Lock folks are Bodog alumni, and if they require jumping through a number of hoops prior to verifying identity, that would be consistent with Bodog's policies. (I haven't verified yet with Lock, so I don't know from personal experience.) It is indeed a pain in the ass, but that's just how it goes, for better or worse.

i scanned them and emailed the docs.....they seem to want 2 forms of photo id which i only have 1 my drivers license. They never asked for this initially just the license. I think it stinks....ive always been approved everywhere else with the same docs.....I dont think im gonna send the BC i just feel its too much information to send out inot to cyber space...im gonna try to get them to take something else....and if they wont....ill be expecting a full refund.:mad:

FWIW you don't need to worry about sending your docs into Lock. We've had meetings with the CEO, the Affiliate Manager, their CTO and CFO and they're all straight arrows. There is no reason whatever to doubt the safety of your identity papers with them.

Also, I've given their people a heads-up on this. I'm sure they'll be able to help you get this dealt with quickly.

Excellent! Like I said, they're good people. Security people probably just red-flagged something -- that _is_ their job -- and they needed further verification.

See, this is exactly how this board is suppose to work.........

What you guys didn't see here is that the Lock folks got back to me within minutes, we kicked it back and forth briefly, Jelsmith submitted the necessary docs, and then it was done. I'm just saying, credit where credit is due.
