    What he's saying is he claimed a 200% bonus, deposited thru neteller, funds deducted from neteller account but not showing up at Casino Titan.

    I can't help you, parpol. I don't play there anymore but maybe someone here can poke Paul and get him to respond on this.

    Today i had two mails from neteller telling me that they have had server problems.

    Perhaps the deposit that was made also ended up in the problem area? :rolleyes:

    To be honest I wouldnt have bothered with live chat. I would have known right away they would have been utterly useless. Far too complicated a problem for the average customer rep to handle. :mad:
