Not a moan but more out of curiosity; what is generally regarded as a reasonable time-frame for casino reps' replying to PM's? A day, two days....a week? As a long standing CM member I've had pretty little cause to send PM's to reps but on a couple of occasions I've waited 2 weeks (or had no response at all). These are "CM Accredited Casinos'". While I do appreciate that reps may be working in busy environments and that some PM's require a degree of investigation, others are easy enough to deal with and it takes literally a few minutes to type a reply.

Slightly niggling is also when you can see a rep's last activity/log on time indicating they've seen your PM but they still don't reply. it might just be me but while it's not always 100% possible I always endeavour to respond to any emails/texts from people at the earliest opportunity (nobody likes the feeling of being ignored.) C'mon Reps, we spend our hard earned cash playing on your sites and take the time to write via PM so we all expect some continuity and the courtesy of a timely response!

Unless you get an auto message or know via threads that rep is on vacation or off I should think three days be suffice. Anymore than that is unacceptable in my opinion but that is just me I have no patience.

And then I need to be given a heads up. :D

24 hours should be mandatory or else they lose their accreditation, it's only fair

Failing that, I think 48 hours is a reasonable timeframe, and there's no reason why that shouldn't suffice for an active rep, especially as mentioned when they've logged on a few times already but not responded

To be fair, the best reps will always answer quickly by default and will resolve even the most trivial questions within minutes. To those that don't, we already know who they are, and ultimately it's only going to reflect badly on the casino more than the rep
