Question William Hill Opt-In Issues across ALL sections

Hi All,
following this website past three years, joined today as need some advise in regards to an issue im experiencing at William Hill.
I've played and deposited hundreds over the past year there with never any issues with any severity.
and have always been able to resolve problems up until now
Im having issues Opting into ANY bonuses given to me by William Hill.
Be it from *The Big Spin/Mega Spin* ,, Daily Live Casino ScratchCard , 5 Daily Slots'O'Gold spins.
Each day the Opt-In buttons are not appearing and support wont help at all.
I sent countless screenshots for them showing the issue, ive won 5eur bonus funds 3 or 4 times in the past 2 weeks, and couldnt claim one!
the issue first arose when i was able to opt into last weeks 5 daily spins on age of the gods,
i completed the 5 spins and won just over 5£, i then exited the game to check what wagering requirements i had to complete.
I was surprised to find no info for my winnings, the box that said get my spins was claimed and dissapeared, and since then, every single bonus i am eligible for will not show me an opt in button!
and its definetely NOT an issue on my end, im fairly tech savvy and understand whats going on in its entirety.
I went onto the chat this morning after winning another 5 free bonus for live casino, this was at 6.17am
i went to chat and waited 40 mins to be connected(Fairly quick,usually waiting over 1hr 20min)
i screenshot the offer before going on chat so i could speed up the process of fixing the issue, i was then accused of editing the offer because the time was 40 mins past, even though i sat at the chat window on my phone for that time, as my mobile can only do single tabs otherwise it would refresh and would need to connect all over again, and i explained everything to them, and all they keep saying is that you need to opt in to use the bonuses thats how we work. i have no issue with that except the buttons arent appearing even though i confirmed each bonus was eligible to me. and then they said i should have contacted for each individual issue, and the fact is i was trying to do that each day, its just impossible to not give up when your waiting on hold for over 1hr 37mins, ive waited i think 1hr 55 at the max, which is ridiculous for a brand like William Hill, I've submitted one of the AskGamblers complaints today, but ive read through the complains and not many even get a response from them! average was 4 out of 20 complaints resolved or something like that.. i really just need to ask for some advise as its driving me crazy because ive racked up a good few bonuses in the past 10 days that i really want to use and was totally eligible for.
see when i try claiming the 5 free bonus today.
it shows this loading side bar for the overlay of the bonus terms, but then just goes back to the promotions page without showing anything and the chat are litterally useless :( and its bothering me because ive spent alot of time and money with them

Oddly, Ive had issues using the 'opt in' button recently - but they are showing for me though. My problem is I click it and get an error saying i cant use it at this time. Sometimes offers dissapear after first using it (age of gods recently
was supposed to be a 'once a day' for x amount of days, but after the first day it vanished). Today Im trying to opt in to the slots o gold offer and is just giving me errors again (last night and this morning).

But when they work they are working fine - managed a withdrawal just the other night from 10 free spins they gave me. So I can't complain too much. :laugh:

you are not the only one, i just never bothered contacting support because i know they wont able to help :p

in past few days ive had free fiver and a few sets of 5-10 spins that have been wasted because i couldnt claim them. Sometimes it work, other times it doesnt... thats pretty much how it is with willhill promos lately, lol

a few days ago i even won some starbust free spins on one of their raffle promos but it wouldnt let me claim as i was getting an error. Since its starburst we are talking about i havent bothered contacting support for that one either.

I was getting the same errors as you prior to this happening, and i would need to go to support and screenshot etc to get the bonuses, i am really irritated by them because ive deposited hundreds with them and withdrawn and anytime i have had issues in the past, it took a while but they were willing to help!, when they are simply refusing to help saying i need to hit opt in, even tho im sending screenshots of it cleary missing the button, they just dont wanna know..

I litterally got that one too! i had won 10 free spins from the New York raffle and it shows get your spins but they didnt work either! , they really need to change around that system theyve got! its terrible to work with

Found a way to get around the "not available at this time" message (works for me at least). When you are on the screen where you click opt-in, instead click the deposit button in the top right. This always brings up a login box for me (even though I'm already logged in). After entering my login details, I revisit the opt-in page and can successfully redeem.

Yes! thats very touch and go when your on mobile lol tried that and worked once or twice lol , i opened a case they have terrible response time for that so will keep updating on here as it continues
