Hey! That´s lovely to hear.

So currently we do it semi-automatic to verify all the tournaments manually first then to trigger a send out to the winners. The e-mails and everything is generated and sent out automatically when the verification has been done from our side.

The button appears once you have one something & we verified the tournament that you won on.

Most of this stuff will be 100% automated, we choose not to since there could still be some stuff that needs to be manually checked.

Next issue: logged in a moment ago and found the verify button active now. Followed the process (i.mo. also open to some tweaking, as you either need to have a camera on your PC or a smartphone, which fair enough, most people have, but it would be good not to have to possess either one) and afterwards was noted as 'verified'


However, since then i have not been able to log in, it keeps telling me my credentials are wrong (impossible, unless you changed them) which is only slightly worrying, but nevertheless inconvenient. Can you look into this? If need be we can do the sensitive info via PM..

Edited to add: the login issue was solved, changed to email instead of username? But hey, as long as its working...

Now, the part where i choose my payment method is next: i can't find it for the life of me, and i did carefully read the 'Winners Guide' Is this also a button that will appear?

Any help is greatly appreciated, you can imagine i want to get this done:)

The scoreboard is bugged now on Reelzone, I am not in there anymore.
I think I am also not the only one that is not in there anymore.

Currently in contact with @reelzone because I did get money for other tournaments, but not for this one.

For other people who might have been deleted, here's the current scoreboard: Outdated URL (Invalid)

Just got another message from @reelzone about this.

Hi Rob,

We just spoke to the tech team and they have verified that you cheated a tournament that we had (date of 2020-08-12 23:55:00). xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
We, therefore, disqualified you from the tournaments that you had played before that date.

Please note, that we have paid out all of your winnings after that period and we also let you continue playing at Reelzone.

What the hell? I have zero clue about what they are talking about here.
According to them there was a bug? I must have abused this then by accident?!

Complete bullshit imo and a pretty nasty way to get out of a payment.

Thank you for your message and input.

We have paid all of our players accordingly to what they have won and are happy to give something back to the community. We are not getting out of any payment at all. Our vision is to keep the playing field even for everyone and we take cheating and multiple accounts very seriously.

Everyone shall have the same chance of winning.

Just an update on my own experiences so far: was verified (not without questionmarks) and received 8 euros of my 10 euro prize.. No idea why but that's what happened so far!

Was able to join the CM special just now, so that's a plus :) Managed a really bad score though so not looking good! Will see what happens in the coming days.

Any when that shop-section and the challenges feature are going live?

I...understand...a fee for WDs to cover payment processor costs, but to verify identity?

So this is a one time KYC fee, that is not based on any percentage (roughly €2)
For us to be able to cover the KYC & transaction fees this is the setup we would need now in the beginning.
We are looking into ways to be able to cover those fees as we speak.

Reelzone charges each player a one-time administration fee of €1,14 for the KYC process and is deducted from the prize-winning subject to payout. If the payout is €5 or less, the administration fee is voided. For each transfer and payout to our players, a 1€ fee is deducted.
