Sorry, yesterday was an extremely busy day.

This promotion got borked for a number of reasons, and one is that your fellow members didn't participate. It's not your fault, but that's the reality. So instead of cancelling it, they are paying out the winners who participated.

I am pming copperzzz about his prize.

But surely it's not that hard to add the correct prizes? Rep has visited and seen these posts but is not engaging. Very weird behavior.

Am I to assume my account is set and I can play? First I had 400 which was too little, now I have 800 which is too much (600 is my prize). I'll gladly take 800 ofc but if I play it thru and then it gets canceled under the guise that it was the wrong prize, I will lose it

The rep is not responding so how am I, supposed to know what to do?

And somewhat related note is that yes, the lack of participants is unfortunate. But nowhere in terms it mentioned minimum amount or participants or such. Because my sessions at SW were absolute garbage and I couldn't even get over 100x win, I didn't post my screen immediately. I guess the lack of posting is why, the promo flew under the radar since mysteriously now that we have issues, it has gained a lot of unique viewers.

Sidenote: Having to initiate a PAB just to get promotion prizes paid out is utterly ridiculous. Unless there is more to it (something about Netherlands? was mentioned before).

Dont run a promo if you dont honor it

Yes, and after the ungratefulness of the 2 sole participants that had decent guaranteed wins with minimal investment, I wouldn't blame the casino if they didn't hold another competition.

I've seen lack of participants even on the generous tournament hosted by Winz just awhile earlier. No wonder they didn't return for a Round 4.

I think @Copperzzz would agree with me here (if his PAB wasn't in progress) that the problem is the lack of communication. Had they expressed clearly from the start that there is a delay and we would have to wait even a week or more for the prizes, I'd be mildly annoyed but that's about it. There's nothing worse than waiting in silence for a reply that will never come.

What is your obsession with my status here? If you have a right to start trash talking how a casino runs their competition, I have the same right to trash talk when I observe the 2 only guaranteed winners being ungrateful.

Hello guys,

First of all we would like to apologize for taking so long to post a comment here however we wanted to resolve the matter first before giving any further explanations. As Casinomeister mentioned in a comment there were some internal misunderstandings about the tournament which were obviously resolved positively. Also wanted to clarify why it took a bit longer to pay out the winners: Long story short one of them had a duplicate ( which turns out that was only a registration) account and when something like this happens we need to check it thoroughly and sometimes it takes more time. After all we would like to congratulate the winners @Copperzzz and @chiya , wish them good luck and welcome all of you, that were a part of this discussion, to Slotwolf Casino.
