Hi I have signed up with a new account at redflush(c), just recently.
I have chose the freeplay option of 1000 freespins, and has won just over £200, and tried to claim my winnings, after depositing a minimum amount of £20.

I approach "live support" and spoke to Isha, and she told me to sent in my id and utility bills before the freeplay winnings can be release!

I did sent in the required documents, and did recieved email confirmation the the requested documents had been recieved and that it was accepted, by James, Isha and kim(your casino support representative).

I did request for my freeplay bonus winnings to be credited, but was told that I need to wait 24 - 48 hours, for the relevant department to give it the go-ahead, by kim.

My problem is that..why do I have to provide documents and wait 24 to 48 hours before, any winnings from my freeplay bonus is awarded?Actually I'm still waiting for my freeplay bonus winnings to be credited!!!

Other casino like Lucky nugget, Gaming Club, Blackjack ballroom etc.., never did asks for documents before any freeplay bonus is awarded, infact it is automatically credited when you make a minimum deposit.

So..therefore I cannot understand why I had the hassle of providing documents and the delay in awarding me the bonus when I have acted and followed your regulations, procedures accordingly, including making a minimum deposit.

I don't understand how 24 - 48 hours is considered run around. That range is pretty standard for many casinos, perhaps even a bit longer. Are you new to online gambling? I think, in this case, a bit more patience is required before pressing the panic button, yes? ;)

    Perhaps!

    Hiya..thanks for your comment.
And "No", I'm not new to gambling:p

Like I have mentioned above, other casinos(blackjack ballroom..etc), do not asks me for documents just for claiming my freeplay winnings, only for withdrawal or verification purposes.Secondly, most freeplay winnings or bonus are credited instantly the moment you make a deposit.

I will wait upon this matter, and hope they will resolve it soon..will of course post and request that this post be removed, when it is resolved.

I am sorry I really don't see the issue here. Once your docs have been approved, this will make it much easier for your withdrawals. I have had a few mg and rtg casinos, that on my second deposit had refused it till i forward my id.
Now when I join casinos, before my first deposit, I send off my id with the subject stating, Looking forward to depositing at your casino, please email when my docs have been approved. Most times later that day I have a email back stating all is good.

It's a case of them verifying you from the start, not when you withdraw.

The problem is that when verification is left till you win, it could be after many deposits, and if there is a problem with the documents, you would have problems getting paid.

In this case, once the minimum deposit has been made, all the casino has to do if they cannot approve the documents is return the deposit, rather than have to wind back the results of several deposits and playing sessions.

Also, having approved the documents now, they lose the opportunity to use documentation as a reason not to pay if you win from your free play winnings, a trick that these "other casinos" are often slated for.

The 48 hour wait is probably down to the CS giving you the impression that your documents are APPROVED, rather than merely having been RECEIVED, and passed on for approval.

Thanks for letting us know. I have never had a issue with redflush. I do know it is frustrating waiting at times, but glad they settled this for you.
