RedBet Cashout Timeframe?

Hi Guys,

sorry... I knew that those guys don't "really" pay instant as it states... But right now it takes really Long and i want to ask if you guys have similar experiences before?

I'm a FULL VERIFIED member for years and had a few withdrawals. I have played the last months from time to time, never made it to a withdrawal again recently.

Yesterday finally i cashed out 1000 EUR to Skrill at 1AM. I knew that they do not process during the night so i expected it this morning. Nada.

I asked Support and they just told me to wait as finacne Comes in later.

3 hours later i asked again and now all they say "I have to wait, it can be monday until i get it if the documents are all still good"

1. If the documents Need to updated, they should tell me NOW and not after 2-3 days. Ridicoulous.
2. Why monday? They have Weekend cashouts?

I'm waiting now for 25 hours! I've deposited 100's of Euros the last few weeks, and 1 cashout of 1000 EUR and i have to wait forever.

It's not just that it may can take longer what i could understand. It's more the Moment you reailze that you as customer just don't matter.... Not even a "I can talk to finance and ask why it's taking so Long" nothing. Just "You have to wait"

They were always friendly and answered immediately, but i just don't get it why a Casino that should pay "instant" for verified members can say after 25 hours "it may take another 2 days"... WTF?
 
Overall, RedBet are one of the top casinos and you are in very safe hands. Documents and approvals are usually verified by a different team who may not work at weekends, so it's normal if you cashout on a Friday or over the weekend, you will have to wait until Monday morning at the earliest.

My advice is to forget about the withdrawal for the remainder of the weekend and see what happens on Monday. If by close of business Monday the withdrawal has not been approved you can send the Rep a private message here.

No matter if you're a new player or a high-ranking VIP, it is still fair that the casino check each withdrawal first to make sure no t&c have been broken and everything is above board.

But that does not explain why for instance Nate (he is a VIP) received his very substantial winnings very, very quickly. The checking of withdrawals should also be done over the weekend, imo. 25 hours is a long time for Red Bet standards...
 
Thats a bad excuse! If a casino offers "instant" cashouts they must be able to do it. Again, i am already verified with all documents and had several cashouts before at Redbet!

I wouldn't expect payment on monday when i cashout friday evening in a casino that offers very fast payouts. Otherwise they need to state officially "withdrawals over xyz will not be paid during weekends".

I'm now waiting 30 hours!!

RedBet knew the publicity they could get out of those wins and they cheekily promoted he was paid in 36 seconds or whatever. 99.9% of customers do not get that kind of service. Also IIRC, that followed some very damaging posts about the RedBet brand just weeks before.

Also, favouring one player for PR reasons is indeed cheeky.

30 hours is indeed very much substandard for RedBet. Did you PM Marius?

other than that, my only advice is: CHILL HOFF ... they will pay, just a question of time. I know, patience is not our best virtue.
 
Yeah 30 hours, for a fully verified member.

It's hard to chill because it bothers me if Casinos claim their "fast cashouts" and in reality only a few lucky ones experience that. But yeah everyone can choose the casino he/she wants to play. Another reason for me to stick more to the Betsson Group the only ones i know doing INSTANT, automatic cashouts. Or Videoslots/Guts also pretty much 9 out of 10 times can get it done right.

Understand Hoff, if it takes longer than usual, we start doubting that they will pay.

My only cashin to date at Redbet was paid in 37 minutes.

I was told by another casino manager that withdrawals to Neteller are the fastest. Didn't give me more details. But he was right, the ones i did to Ecopayz always took longer than to Neteller.

I don't doubt that they'll pay. They're reliable, but its just too slow :-)

I used Skrill.... As i did before at Redbet
 
Weekends are always going to drag by when you have a pending withdrawal, but if you in need to take a short break by using the responsible gaming tools - that's what they are there for.

I feel your frustration as €1000 is a significant amount of money, but can almost guarantee you that the money will be sent first thing Monday (if not sooner). RedBet are as safe as they come.

By the way, I've never used a e-wallet, only a debit card so always have to wait another 2-5 days on top of withdrawals :)

They should pay you today of course and not Monday.

I know that normally the support people can do the payout but maybe not all of them. It can be new staff since it's summer.
I think you should go there again and ask for it. If you bother them enough they maybe will fix it someway :)

That's probably for cards. If you check again it says Max 12 hours for Skrill, at least it does when I check.

They do have a problem with staff this weekend, I asked, but he was welcome back to chat again :)

hello ;-) hope you have a nice weekend ;-) I signed up and verified my account at redbet a couple of weeks before, however didnt cash out... so yesterday i decided - instead of completely busting my deposit - to stop at the minimum withdrawable amount...

...to get a taste of "instant cashout" ;-))))

well- as explained they have to check first withdrawals by security department which is okay-redbet is outstanding imo and this is not the most important criteria a casino can offer....

however i was sooooo keen on trying out instant withdrawals.....

I have to defend Redbet a last time here.
They have asked to get the word Instant changed here since it's not correct, but probably Bryan just forgot. It happens.
At least you will get paid.
 
Redbet are fantastic!!

I have had a handful of withdrawals of various amounts all paid in less than 2 hours without even being asked for doc's etc.

They have the best software providers and a great knowledgeable, fast support team!!

Nowt personal to any players but from experience when I worked in the industry anyone who 'needs' their withdrawal instantly whether its worded correctly or not and cannot wait a couple of hours is gambling beyond their means.

Like I say nothing aimed at anyone just observation from experience so hold the hatchets please!!

since i have read a lot and also had the chance to have a little message conversation to their rep.

should underline that. i am just amused that i wanted to try the instant feature and now waiting. (not annoyed bothered or anything - from my pov its a little mistake thats kind of funny)
 
Ok, but instead of just changing instant they can also change from "weekend cashouts" to "maybe weekend cashouts"

Waiting now for 35 hours, that's slower then pretty much any other casino i've played in a while.

They are nice friendly and reliable, no doubt. But it's just unaccapteble to wait that long for a verified member.... My opinion.

I had the same thought but resisted saying it! There should never be a urgent rush to receive winnings, because as a responsible player you would able to accept your losses and have no plans in advance to spend your winnings!

To the OP, please don't keep saying "it's been xxx number of hours", weekend aside, nothing is going to happen now in the middle of the night.
 
WTF? Did i say i desperately need it now? Of coirse not! I'm not even at home right now. It's about a service you as company offer to a customer. If you offer weekend cashouts you can't pay a withdrawal from friday on
Monday. My opinion.

If you don't care when they pay fine for you. But for me it's about service and what they promote to a customer.

Look, you are right in so far, that you should be able to expect what is advertised.. however, Redbet have pretty much been on the ball for 99.9 % off the time, you yourself said in the past you have been paid just fine. Now, if you come here complaining about it, that's your right, but it's not really contributing to keep updating the thread with the same statements and the update in hours... things do go wrong, i bet even your other Casino that you say always pays instantly, has it's issues.. And the rule here is, whenever there's an issue, you p.m. the rep and always let the weekend pass before going "nuts".

There's always a reason, may be a quite simple one, maybe not, but you may as well wait a bit.

Now you're not resonable. I told you finance didn't work this weekend so finance can't sort it. I also told you that they are doing what they can and offered you to go back and maybe get the cashout. That wasn't a promise btw but they would try for you. You couldn't go back. Fine!
These things happen so please calm down. It's summer and vacations, maybe bad planning but to be angry won't help at all.

I am. First of all i always said they're all friendly andi have has great experiences there! But if you as a business offer "weekend cashouts" you can't have weekends without the department who does cashouts. As i've said its not the end of the world. But weekend cashouts is weekend cashouts.

Or do you want to tell me that nobody received a cashout this weekend at redbet?

i was just a bit sensitive the last hours as i felt that a few people don't understand why i'm calling this out, but in my opinion it was absolutely legit to do so. i mean i always stayed respectful to the casino, live chat and everyone involved.

yeah!! i thinking about signing up as minion as well.... it's a really good thing!
 
I made a withdrawel 2 weeks ago ,and that was in the evening 5 minutes later went on chat and asked
when will it be processed ,he told me payment team wasnt there ,but i will do it for you so he approved it himself and 5 minutes later i got money in my neteller,
 
Just had another small cashout to Neteller (EUR 499.-) i still don't feel the "instant cashout" Casinomeister states... Waiting for 2.5 hours now, hope it's not going to be the same mess as last time :-)

I thought for smaller amounts they pay fast, but still "awaiting security clearance"

As i used this thread for complaining i also want to close it on a positive note.

Today i received an E-Mail from Adam (Redbet) who apologized for the hickup and also credited me a little goodwill bonus. The best thing here is that i didn't write to them again, HE screened my post and decided to contact me, very classy! Thumbs up!

All's well that ends well :-)

Good to hear that Hoff :thumbsup:

I withdrew just yesterday 10K from a Wild Line payout on DOA and it was paid in 11 minutes. Made a second withdrawal later and that was paid pretty quickly too. I can't complain, in contrary i can only recommend them :)
