Hi, umm I'd like to say I had fun but not 1 feature and not what I'm used to as a netent/wms player, I take it people play for the big jackpots as I found no enjoyment in losing so fast, Iv never played RTG before though so I thank you for allowing me a free go to see what there all about, the rtp concerned me a bit too much to play with real money as that was just brutal.

Btw, I don't expect to win everytime I play but that is the coldest I have ever experienced, ever and I was on minimum stakes!

The chat rep was very helpful and helped me to verify my email his end so that was a positive

Come on.... surely you should allow players to make up their own minds. The fact that we are not yet accredited by CM, does not mean we are not a fair casino.
The MAX cashout topic is getting a bit stale now, if players are happy with the term then surely they are entitled to decide whether they want to continue their play with us or not.

I have said it before and I will say it again. We are looking at changing the match offers and some offers will have max cashouts and others wont. Plus your VIP status also determines the bonus rules.

If you have never played RTG its best to choose an accredited one. I would recommend Clubworld Group which has about 7 or so casinos. The Clubworld Casino itself is the one I prefer. With Clubworld you have reasonable playthrough, no MAXCASHOUT and they pay very quickly.

Most RTGs do actually have weekly or monthly max w/d limits so even if you have no limit on what you can win, you'll certainly take some time getting it! If you check the accredited many are far lower than RB, as low as $2000.

Of course they will make up their own mind, but recommendations of where to play are always welcome. I feel strongly about supporting casinos that do all the right things. Yes it is old. We have the most intelligent real community out of all the casino forums. I really expected more support on the MaxCashout. .

If they are happy with terms then great, I am sure no changes will be made. If enough people complained I am sure you would have changed quickly. Your right you keep saying you guys are looking at changing terms but you have been saying it for 20days. Make the changes!

I would say this is my new RTG casino. I had them on my radar some month ago but they had no Neteller as a deposit option if remember right. They are also listed at the KasinoKing website.

Had an issue with my email but CS solved it within minutes. Bonus offers are good, capped cashouts are not a big problem for me. I mainly play RIVAL and most of the offers have a max cap. Will send them my docs in the next days.

Sometimes a "Bitch and moan" thread is not the worst thing for a casino, if they have an active rep here in the forums.

Never had any casino ask me to reverse a withdrawal either. I guess at the very least they didn't use a bonus with a max cashout to tempt you.

The funny thing is in the time and effort they take to try tempt you, they could have processed the withdrawal and you would be more inclined to deposit there again.

Our current "advertised" match promo's have max cashouts ranging between $2500 and 25x the bonus (i.e. $12500 on the rage5 promo). As for the weekly withdrawal amount, this too varies dependent on your VIP status. So it ranges between $2500 and $7500 a week.

Regarding currencies, as you know Raging Bull is a USD casino. Unfortunately we not looking at getting a GBP or EUR database (RTG each currency is a separate database). However, we have the option to allow players to deposit in either GBP, AUD, CAD or EURO and have their casino account credited with USD. Deposit £100 and you will be credited with $154.

When I am in the UK next year FEB, I will take you up on that beer As for your withdrawal. We have already done the file upload for the day so I can't get the guys to push it through for you. But I will remove it from the pending period before I leave the office this afternoon. I can assure you it will be processed first thing tomorrow morning.

Thats just my luck I sure a got a few quid lying about, (hidden) I know I get nothing in bank as took the last lot out yestoday, Took my Nan out for a quick drink as was her Bday & as my Grandad passed the other day she abit lonely, Well when I got there she was half cut with my aunty, couple empty champers finished lol,
