OK I joined as I miss RTG and it seems a decent place.
I have made a video and indeed made the $150 max cashout on the bonus 50 chip.



I can't withdraw as it's by wire at the moment, the only option. I have a visa debit which I am told they CAN refund to so I'll let you all know how it goes...

Not sure your getting the significance of Max Cashout. Lot more significant than having a $30 or $50 or $70 bonus removed. I seriously hope you never have to experience a large win that ends up getting capped. I will stop trying to convince you that the Max Cashout is a bad thing. I just went through old posts and realized you do support less than reputable casinos ie. Silver Oaks, Virtual.

I don't "support" any casino. I play at those that pay and have decent offers, period, whether it is accredited or not. Many accredited in the recent past ended up being removed from the accredited list, had warnings or just went rogue....no different you supporting those until being burned because you saw they were supposed to be a "good" casino....only to find out they fell to the wayside.....

No convincing needed on max cash outs. As I said, I have not seen a random over $3000 in a long time....RTG owners have reduced these just as they have the return of play and bonuses....so...getting bit is pretty much a moot point on a large withdrawal ....

Let's break this down:

For free money coupons, and unless otherwise stated, max cashouts will be no more than 1X the bonus amount. - In the event of a bonus being $200, the max cashout will be 1 x the bonus amount = $200.

For free money coupons below a value of $100, the max cashout will stand at $100 - As the terms stats, if the bonus is below $100 i.e, $15, the max out will be $100 ($100 in the minimum withdrawal about at the casino).

Having said this and the whole reason for this thread, all these terms and conditions pertaining to max cashouts etc will now be overwritten by the VIP program which we launched.

Now that I am back in the office, I will get my team to update the t's ad c's accordingly.

Ok, so it seems as if there was an error in the cashier section saying that the max withdrawal was set to $15 for that chip...

OK, an update. I deposited no problem the required $21 with my UK visa debit card. I went to withdraw my $171 balance and the debit card was stored as an option to withdraw to straight away which I have done. I'll let you know the processing timescales when I receive it, but so far so good and Jason has helped via PM very well. Although it turns out the software is automatic and easy anyway...

Thanks Jason! The issues with the bonus limits for cash-outs seem to be fine now, all OK for me. The usual timescale is 24 hours pending but Jason has given us a helping hand on CM. It's hard to find a decent RTG from the UK now and until now I haven't played RTG for nearly 2 years.
I'll have a videoed session tomorrow and see if I can beat a SUB offer....

Yeah you just need to complete all the details excluding the card information: User name, Full Names, contact details, email addy and that million dollor signature ....lol... is all thats required.

Ahh no worries, I might pop past myself and see what these rtg's are all about, Iv never played one but watch slotsmeister on twitch play them.

One other thing, is that form to be printed out and then posted or what? I dont own a printer as Iv always just took digital photo's and emailed them, would I need a printer to play here?

If you have never played RTG its best to choose an accredited one. I would recommend Clubworld Group which has about 7 or so casinos. The Clubworld Casino itself is the one I prefer. With Clubworld you have reasonable playthrough, no MAXCASHOUT and they pay very quickly.
