New Review Race Casino - Fastest Pay n'Play Casino from L&L group

@L&L-Jan , I played and redeposited again earlier , got some constructive feedback from this ....

Your range and selection of games is great, but unfortunately for me I have to say the IOS experience is horrible, and in my opinion needs a rework.

I ran out of funds playing Fish Party, so pressed the home button which then took me back to the main page . After redepositing with the side menu , there is no easy way of going back to the same game without having to type in the game name into the search bar and going back to the game that way.

The search bar also looks and responds in a very basic way.
As you can see from the photo , DOA isn’t recognised even though that is what most people would refer it as.


There is no recently played selection , so makes the process laborious, whereas it should be 2 or 3 clicks away from topping up midway through a game .

Also there seems to be some sort of bug , whereafter the main game page appearing it would not let me scroll down further without reloading the page a couple of times.

And again just takes you to the top line of popular or new slots.

I also played Leprechauns go wild (play & go) and couldn’t play in upright mode ( the swipe to play didn’t want to respond) , and in landscape mode the only page I could access was the autoplay.

On the top line of the P&G screen it would not let me select the paytable , help files , settings or anything , which meant I couldn’t check the rtp setting.

And there are still some basic errors showing up with placeholders , when the main page loads it shows “headline text” for 2 seconds before the proper text appears.

I really don’t think the iOS site is doing you any favours by being online until it is up to standard.

I don’t want to sound too critical , just pointing out issues that would provide a much better experience, and not turn people away.

If it helps I am using IPhone SE 2020 + iOS 13.6

Iam not having any issues so far but i would agree there are some things there should be improved.
Anyways in what casino when you type DOA you find Dead or Alive :rolleyes: ?

The doa thing is being hyper critical imo. I have never once typed in doa. Anywhere. I just type in dead it pops up as one of the first options always along with book and legacy.

The extra letter doesn't really hurt that much to type.


Note: I'm not trying to be a dick @Spikie

Edit; I totally agree about a recently played section though. That works well on all sites.
 
Just signed and deposited and to my surprise they have No Limit City slots, which are my favourites at the minute.

Unfortunately none of them load or even enter the loading screen like the others. Just the swirly circle. Any known issues?

Also the search showed Tombstone as an NYX game FYI @L&L-Jan

Also no No Limit City shown on CM review and nothing shown as a provider on Race either.
 
Strange mate, when i click here from the search on Tombstone, it goes immediately to the game page.

Could you try incongito.

As for NLC - they come through nyx, same for: nextgen, big time gaming, barcrest, SG, WMS, inspired, high5games, 1x2/irondog (pending), Elk, Thunderkick. This will be added and the same for more search filters.

Just tried Incognito and its the same. Same for anything Elk it seems also. Ive asked Live Chat to look into it now anyway, as i thought you would be busy, thanks for checking.

Edit: Thought i would switch to mobile and that would solve it but still the same for me. They are my winning providers at the mo, have i been blocked?

2nd Edit: Come on! No White Rabbit?! Seems anything on NYX may be the issue. Coming through google chrome, cleared cache, tried beta and incognito. Pixel phone and googlechromebook. Damn you google! What happened to you!?

haha no worries , maybe it is hyper critical but I am super lazy when it comes to navigating websites and want everything to be as simple and easy as possible .

Otherwise I give up .... probably to do with getting older and forgetting how to use complicated things ...... like the Tv remote:)

Edit: Also it is the small touches that makes sites stand out from the crowd ....

somebody at Skyvegas programming headquarters has thought that some simpleton will type in a slang name for a game , so let’s cover that scenario.

simple but effective.

Well, same thing happened here as with Irish Ranger @L&L-Jan: pretty sure i didn't pick the MC deposit method for depositing via VISA but when it came to withdraw the VISA is greyed out: per this thread i took it to the MC....declined, and the money back in the account (minor quibble - didn't even get an email telling me this). Declined on the basis i never put it back to VISA (would tell me i took the visa option when depositing)

It's now with the payments team for investigation.

Had a second deposit and all fine now - there is a bit that's made me think now that i did deposit via MC (so apologies if so :p ) as i remember thinking why am i entering these details again...but the response from CS seemed to suggest it was VISA.

Anyhow - sorted and processed relatively quickly as per usual.

Least you get to watch half decent teams - from Northern Ireland, to now Scottish football, when i watch decent teams it comes as a surprise that the ball stays on the ground for such long periods as i'm used to breaking my neck usually with it in the air :p

Okay i made one little deposit and little withdrawal request. Just wondering when you advertise race casino as pay n play-site it should also mean instant cashouts.?Or at least that's how I imagined how pay n play works.

This is first pay n play-site ever where i've seen my withdrawal as pending mode 30 mins - 1 hour after request and still continuing. Sorry but your slogan "Race casino is fastest Pay n' Play casino" is not true.

Hi Anddi, thanks for the feedback. Race is in a soft launch status, where still development is ongoing based on users behaviour and feedback. So yes we are not at 100% and that applies as well for the automated withdrawals, which we are currently working on. So wait for it :)
 
I still think a bit of work is needed on the sites intuitiveness -small things like having to close the menu of you profile each time you flick between pages - some of the text as well is far too big for the site: bang, in your face, get away please etc.

Apart from that, grand....had an issue activating cash back that CS sorted and the withdrawals to debit are fine in terms of quickness: not instant but fast enough for me.
 
Ok just did a small deposit last night through Neteller and it got accepted from Neteller but says failed in my history ??? Did happend couple of times at VS when Neteller started that extra security pop up crap first time they said ot would bounce back to neteller 3 days later i spoke to them again
Actually they did get the money so was added manually so 2nd time they added it straight away

Paysafe company is undergoing changes with migrations to new platforms. It is terrible atm. We took it down again. @Nate had the same issue.

Quick fix Jan as always added the €30 in a flash up to 170 now and is Neteller not an option for withdrawals as well ?
 
No we removed it due to delayed confirmation of success deposits. I can deal with it though, just let me know when and what amount you want to withdrawal. Soon it will be sorted though. Neteller migration to net platform will occur next week. After issues should be resolved in general.

Jan,is the bonus structure at Race different from the other L&L brands? I have taken and used the welcome bonus,yet my account is still showing this as both an active bonus and an available bonus.Also there is normally a bonus offered once a week across the other brands in the form of free spins linked to a deposit or a deposit match but i have not seen anything like this at Race.

Already they got my driver license 4 diffrent photos
The license is old so my photo is not very visible so for the first time i took a selfie holding it
They got few Neteller screenshot, a bill , my payslip, even photo of my expired pass
But the mails keep coming just got this now told them i cant help them any more
P.S did PM Jan earlier today but so far no reply
Any clue what else to do ?or anyone else expering the same ?

If it's any help mate I had the same problem with all British which Jan stepped in and made the process a lot easier (probably better waiting out until you touch base with Jan) mine was also over the weekend it and was all done on a Sunday morning..

Thats a shame as they can transfer the verification details over to other brands. I would give Jan a chance as once you are verified you shouldn't need to do it again :)
 
Went to login and gameplay blocked because reached enhanced diligence (bank statements/payslips); which, given the relative modest level of deposits across the sites, seems a bit OTT and i won't be supplying suchlike - good thing is the Lil Devil hit winnings were processed before the request (no Casumo BS) so no harm, no foul - brings my love (decent Bonanza site)/hate (tech issues) r/ship to end with L and L (and at this rate, more to follow unfortunately) - but kudos to Jan and the improvements made to the Group over the last year or so.:thumbsup:
 
Having a bit of trouble getting address verified here.

They won't accept a payslip or Monzo bank statement but from the email seem willing to accept letters from debt collection agencies? Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me.

Paid out my winnings without completing verification so that's a plus.

well well another twist now they want photo #6 of my drive licens and a birth certificate i got it here and
could give it to them but had enough, ive played back my withdrawal and will be asking them to close my account tonight when im back home.
 
I'm sorry to hear The Viking, but it is hard to verify an account without a valid photo ID. I hope you understand. The final step a birth certificate will do the job as this solution came directly from our money laundering reporting officer. Sorry to hear you had enough.

Without a valid photo ?? You got 2 selfies, you got drviver l photos not the best i accept but been approved on various places and pass photo ?
You also said before pass selfie would do the job
So sorry but cant see that birth certificate is going to the trick
Been playing online for 18 years and never had issues with documents or anything for that matter
Never had to ask for help with payouts etc as well
because i always play by casions rules

Do you mean reversing a request a request for withdrawal ? And if so 24h or longer or not at all would be better right ??
 
A reverse withdrawal is when you cancel a withdrawal that has been requested and is currently pending. If you are a UK player you can not cancel a pending withdrawal due to the current UKGC regulations.
