Hi all,

Just a quick generic update regarding a change we have applied to make yours and our life easier.

When you sign up at a casino you are assigned a nickname, e.g. abc1234 (all british 1234). However since early 2018 we have started to assing you a ID on master level. E.g. MST1234.

We know verify accounts on MST level. That means that all accounts connected to you are verified at the same time.

So for those who are joining Race, but who already have a verified account. There is no need to worry about verification. When documents are required on Race we will check first if you are verified on Master level and if everything is up to date. If thats the case, your verified.

If e.g. you used a new payment method, we will only request the new payment method.

This is now being applied since a week.

You used master card as a deposit channel, therefore VISA is disabled.

You could use the master card channel again and it will go fine. After the next deposit when you use VISA, that will become available to withdrawal.

If you look closely you can see that the VISA withdrawal button is a bit greyed out.

Found a slight omission , on the sign up page the bottom line does not say what it should be , only after not filling it in does it say that it is date of birth that is needed .
Also when you fill in your name , it asks for the title , eg. Mr ( under male ) Mrs ( Female) , but on the next line you can enter female if you are Mr......

Not sure why it asks for the Gender as well , nowadays you have opened the door to a minefield , if you want gender now surely you have to add the loads of different types that people now identify by ... you don’t want a lawsuit later ?

Got another 2 issues

I have registered and deposited £100 ,but nowhere on the main pages does it show my balance .

I then tried to search for some games as all I can see is the yellow screen , so typed in Pragmatic in the search box.

This is what shows up .... maybe the font is too big.

after selecting a game the reality check box appears , and asks for an input , however it doesn’t do anything or make the keyboard appear to enter a value.

I clicked on a random box as the game search didn’t work , first game was Gold Cash . Clicking on the home button on the top of the slot produced a technical error .

Second random selection was Drive . Clicking on the home button in the corner gets this screen .

Still getting the same issues on safari, the games images or text won’t show at all mate.

The only way I can find them is via the search option, was going to have a go this evening but when I can’t see what games are on offer was a bit off putting so left it.

Obviously it’s just a new casino but for me personally this is off putting, don’t have that issue with any other of your casinos.

It’s also still telling me I’m not verified also.

I have the same as Playford , for me it is pretty unusable , and won’t be redepositing until the IOS code is working properly, as I like to play on mobile .

For me the gold standard of the way a mobile site should work is Sky Vegas , easy to navigate and leave games etc.

Let me know when it’s all fixed.

Can you confirm that if verified on other L and L sites,and using same payment method,that you do not need to verify again?
Only reason I ask is that site says I am not verified and I have had an email asking for verification from Race with documents. I recently verified at AllBritish or Hyper so my details should be on file fairly recently.
