I'll try to find out why our backup images aren't pushed. Given we use webp images, these are not supported by safari. We have JPG and PNG as a backup. So should be pushed. I'll check this out.

One thing I did notice is that electronic verification for customers from the UK is failing like 70% levels and that doesnt make sense.

For now im cross checking and activating manually. Devs are checking logic of the calls, which went fine during testing but not after "go soft live".

Hi Ben, yes I just sorted your account. With electronic verification towards experian we seem not to be 100%. We are checking. Atm only 1 out of 4 ish, get verified. The rest fails. I'm sorting it manually for now.

I've also just noticed that the email with the verification link is an imap file so wont open in a browser window for me. I have no idea what this means just that it doesnt take me to the website to verify my account from my email.
