That may be true but what if you win? There may be a problem in sending your winnings? Either by wire, ACH or another available third party wallet, soon all depositing options and withdrawel options may be unavailable to USA.

I dunno, it sucks so much but yet I do not want to wager anything until this matter is 100% clear.

This is based on a chat conversation about QT with the reps ok.



Well, the part of Merchants laying low while an investigation takes place is not something I can really post publically. I don't mind if you do in my name anonymously. Do bear in mind that this could turn out to be serious
but from what I know so far, it is based on a CC merchant crack down going on... and many merchants are opting for temporarily freezing high risk transactions.

EWX is not servicing US due to banks/funds being frozen by DOJ.
QT is temporarily stopping transactions due to investigations going on and trying to lay low. Not only QT is doing this, but many direct processors for casinos/sports/bingo/poker/etc.

QT may end up on the wrong side of an investigation; but that is just speculation.
If it turns out QT is on the wrong end of an investigation; they may have the same situation as EWX.
Right now they are trying to avoid that as far as I can tell.

This is... my understanding... this is all changing minute to minute.


We thought you all should be aware of whats going on.

I can tell you if I had any sum of money sitting in my QT account, I would withdraw it ASAP. I wouldn't wait to see what happens. The whole EWX thing started off with them claiming "technical issues" as well. They still are, even though we know that's not the case, and never has been. Better safe than sorry. And keep in mind, they are not going to tell you upfront if there are any legal concerns, as they know this would create a stampede of people all withdrawing their money at once.

Hopefully, QT will be safe....but I'd wait and see.

Does anybody know if the Prepaid Walmart MoneyCards work for QT deposits? Yes, it is a green dot card so I have assumed that it won't work. What other prepaid cards work for QT deposits? I don't have a NetSpend card anymore, let it expire and didn't renew it. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

It came up like it was working, but like the other person my transaction was declined. I am really concerned because I am waiting on a payout from Silver Oak (yes, I know - don't even go there!), and that can take a while. Hope I can still withdrawal once it finally hits the QT account!
