Hi Lynda, afaics you have breached the max bet rule whilst playing - Multi Player Roulete Diamond Edition, 25% of £25 is £6.25, however your bet sizes range from £13 - £39 (I take it the 1st figure from the game view list is your bet size and the 2nd figure is your win).

If I had friends that highly recommended casino rewards group casinos, I would get new friends, also, from someone who is not a serious gambler you seem to know your way around a Roulette table .

Have to agree with Seventh777 here - it certainly looks like you broke the rules.

Unfortunately casinos are FORCED to put rules like this in place to protect themselves from "Advantage Players" who are not really interested in an honest gamble, but just making the most they can from bonuses. (Nothing wrong with that BTW, just putting the casino's point of view). I don't think you have any hope of collecting your winnings.
Online chat may have mistakenly said it was OK for you to cash-out because your play would not actually be audited for rules breaches until after your withdrawal was submitted.

I agree with his Casino Rewards comment too - though not rogues, there are much better MicroGaming casinos to chose from; start by looking at CM's accredited list!

Well many will think it but not say it, but what the hell I'm unpopular anyway

If you are in so much financial difficulty, why are you gambling in the first place? If $350 would change things for you, then it's difficult to understand why you can spare even a dollar. FYI, it is you that raised the issue so please don't say it is none of anyone's business (as we often hear in these situations), as you make it everyone's business by sharing it on a public forum.

I am also suspect of the amounts you are betting for someone who is "not a serious gambler".

Having said that, even though the terms are listed, I do believe they should be stated as a seperate term and included in the signup bonus terms as well as the general terms. I don't think they're being "hidden" per se, but they could be better placed. Still, at the end of the day, one either reads the terms or one doesn't. You didn't.

I also think this $1 promotion is ill-considered, and seems to be more trouble than it's worth....but then I don't trust Casino Rewards and never will.
