Hi. Not in Quasar Gaming but in another casino using Novomatic software. I had free spins on Dolphin's Pearl Deluxe which were re-triggered 9 times giving me a total of 150 free spins ($8000 win from $10 spin). After that I had a huge losing streak on Book of Ra Deluxe.

As i said the withdrawal was fast only 1 hour 22 min, the verification took three days but as i said it was over the weekend so that is not a problem.

My only confusion/problem has been with the way the bonus system is explained or the lack of a proper explanation.
I did find out how it works when i lost my deposit and then saw that i could play with the bonus money. But this is not the impression you get when reading the welcome bonus terms, you then get the impression that you get the bonus immediately to play with. When in fact you only get it IF you lose your deposit so the bonus is conditional and more of a consolation prize/bonus.

Had this been explained then i have no problem with it since you can withdraw your real money balance at any time.

And the bonus bar, well it is as shown in the screenshot. It doesn't fill up, to be fair I've only deposited around 250€ total and played 150€ in bonus money so i probably haven't wagered more then a few thousand tops. But it should still fill up right?

So what happened? Well, the problem was that both the casino wallet and the main wallet showed a zero balance immediately I forfeited the 0.30p bonus and I thought I had lost all my winnings. However, in actual fact, the money was there, in the main wallet, but just not visible.

So last night, when I was on a roll with Katana, I could have kept playing and (possibly!) winning. Grrrrr! On the other hand, this techie glitch does mean that I didn't manage to reverse back my winnings, and even increased them today.

The problem may be something to do with IE 10, but even after clearing out the cache, I still couldn't see any of the balances. I just kept moving money across from the casino wallet to the main wallet until I got the 'insufficient funds' msg. Not being able to see your actual balance is very annoying, although support have suggested that the casino runs better using FireFox.

So FireFox here I come.

And the final outcome? I managed to withdraw 1200Euros, from an overnight balance of 877. Have just sent in my verification docs, so hope to be paid soon.

Yeah they are very high variance Gokkie.
Like said before,if a machine is cold jump to another one as sometimes you play a few machines that are cold and the next one gives you a bonus/freespin session twice or three times in 50 spins.

I always start with €0.50-€0.80 bets and when going well I up to about €2.00 spins.
But the nice part of Novomatic slots is,they can easily pay 1000-1500x bet on a €0.40-€0.50 spins which is offcourse great.

Regarding your future promotions i would like to offer my current thoughts on the current casinobonus-landscape:

1. I more and more come to the conclusion, that instantly credited match-bonuses are really not worth it for me as a slot player. They mostly make me lose my deposits in about the same time, but at a higher bet per spin, as deposits without bonus. (i know, my fault)

2. Having the bonus credited after losing my deposit (your current system, if i understand it correctly) OR being able to withdraw my winnings anytime, as long as all bets were made with the real-money part of my balance (like bet-at.eu bonuses work at the moment) are both way more interesting systems for me...

3. Why does no casino (i know of) go a completely different route and ends all those "xxx% deposit match holding the players money hostage (d+b)*xx WR"-crap? (as mentioned under 2. you and bet-at.eu start going the right direction)

4. A real loyalty-program could be the best solution to get long-term customers! "Simply" paying the player cold, hard cash at the end of every month... Cashback based on two things: the total wagering-amount your customer has made that month + vip-levels, which are calculated on the customers deposited money over a period of several month...

5. Not having a loyal customer fall down several vip-levels too fast, because he has a month or two with very low / without deposits. There simply are times, where the normal "gambling-allocation" has to be spend on more important things. And to "punish" a loyal customer in those times by instantly downgrading his vip-level OR WORSE make him deposit the money needed otherwise only to keep his vip-level, are both totally wrong in my eyes!


Maybe these points are a little help for you in coming up with THE groundbreaking idea regarding your promotions ;-) If not, i at least killed some time rambling on an internet-forum
