yes i send around 1 pm my docs in for verification.. while i was playing.. i got replied fast and verificated superfast...

after around 4 i was gonna to withdraw my funds.. and somehow it not let me.. live chat become offline (now still offline) tried to call them and no one picks up the phone.. emailed the rep here and pmd her .. send support an email .. al so far till now not replied ...

its a very spoky casino in my eyes.. you know what is more spokey.. i was playing slot and the max u can load to the game was 1000euro.. so i load that amount.. and i lost it at end and want to load more.. but that option u dont get.. u had to leave the slot.. so i left and clicked the same number slot i was playing earlier.. somehow i was in observer mode means someone else was playing on it now.. whole casino is almost empty... and how can someone jumped on the slot that fast i was playing on it...means that guy was watchin the whole time behind my back till i lost ...

i had to see how he hit bonus round in 5 minutes time with 4 times retrigger gave him 60 time freespin and a 600x pay out.. and i was playing 5 euro a spin.. that makes me really pissed..i didnt ask for a maximum of 1000 i didnt do self exclusion!!

If you really think they "stole your win" then you believe that the slots arent random, in which case you should consider playing elsewhere that has random slots.

i think their slot are like the pub slot each slot has it own counters.. so its not mix to a totall pot ..if one slot is filled soon or later it will spit it out.. and the max is 1000 as i said and there was no button i could see that u can reload it earlier... only at the end... and yes i had enough money there to reload

I still have some questions about the bonus system, as i said in an earlier post here the welcome bonus is advertised as a 100%match. And you get the impression that it is a standard pre wager bonus. But you can only play with the bonus money if you lose your deposit, and this needs to be made clear in the T&C.

And then we have this, i don't know if it is working or not, as you can see the progress bar doesn't seem to work. If the rep could explain this then that would be great.

And now for some more positive things.
I made a withdrawal of 100€ on Friday, mainly to test how long it takes to get the money etc.
So as soon as you have requested a withdrawal you get this message, which i though was good, it clearly explains what they want and how long you can expect it to take.

I sent my documents straight away, the money was in my Skrill account after 1 hour 22min.
I got an email back today saying that my account has been verified. So it took 3 days to verify the account, to be fair this was over the weekend so it may be quicker during the week.

If the withdrawal time i experienced is the normal time then that is excellent.

I would appreciate it if the rep can participate in the thread, she hasn't even been online since Wednesday last week. I thought the whole point of Baptism By Fire is to be able to ask questions and get answers. And for the CM members to give feedback and share experiences.

Sorry, but you're wrong.

Machines don't "fill up until they spit out"...unless they are AWPs of course.

The outcome of each spin is random and is generated at the split second you hit "SPIN". Even if you had stayed on that exact same machine, it does not mean you would have hit the same bonus round. In fact, you probably would not have done....or then again you might....which is why it is called random.

If you think it works any other way, you are kidding yourself.

I think i can feel what you are saying here:)
Important to note is of course they probably can't see who you are, just that "someone" is playing, and see what your betsize is and what you are winning.

At least i hope i'm right there..

It reminds me of those creeps you see in every land based casino, or in the pub's that are observing punters too see them fill up certain slots, and then try to empty them when you are gone.

I don't know much about the deeper workings of Novomatic slots but i could imagine they are more like traditional AWP's then most online slots? Maybe the rep could explain more about this?

Anyway it's probably/hopefully some innocent observer mode.
I'll keep following this thread with interest for now:)

I decided to go and have a look at the Spectator mode:p, you can't see their username, but you can see them playing. Every slot has 99 spectator rooms. Only three people was playing the Book Of RA when i checked(seems low). So it's pretty innocent, I don't know if you can see if people are watching you play or not. I took a little video.*

And Novomatic slots are regular random video slots and not AWP's as some has speculated.
Simmo! has an excellent site with RTP info and reviews with videos for Novomatic slots and slots from other providers.

Especially in The Netherlands loooool...
Go to a random casino and see people observing you when playing hoping you will lose all your money so they can empty the machine after you...
Been there loads of times in the past....

And for watching other people play at Quasargaming or any other Novomatic Slots casino, all you can see is a player spinning the reels, sometimes fun to watch the real highrollers but that's about it...If you play and someone would watch you you wouldn't even notice it...
Pretty harmless in my opinion! :)

Thanks guys, that's what i figured!

Thanks for the vid and link @ Blathaon!
You invest a great deal of time here and make useful posts and i for one appreciate it:)

@ lotusch, yes, i noticed it here in Holland first, but i have lived in Germany, Switzerland and Austria and i saw those same creeps everywhere :)
They even look the same lol (maybe they are following me )

Where has my balance gone???

I deposited for the first time tonight, and took the bonus - £25 with WR of £1250. Made 81.8% before busting out.

Deposited again - £50 with WR of £1250. Made 68.1% before busting out.

Deposited a third time - £40 but no bonus, and busted out.

HOWEVER....I felt lucky so deposited another £100, and wow! Katana really liked me tonight, so ended up with just over £870. BUT when I went to withdraw, I was told I was trying to withdraw more than I had deposited, and that I still had an active bonus. WTF? I only had £0.30p in the account when I made this deposit, and I hadn't taken a bonus on the previous deposit, so where did this WR come from?

Anyway, I thought there was a mistake so I 'forfeited' the bonus, thinking that would clear the problem, and lo and behold, my entire balance has now disappeared.

What is going on here?

I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

And yes, I have sent an email to support asking what is going on.

I very rarely play with bonuses, so does this mean the bonuses carry on all the time until the WR are me, and don't get cleared down with each new deposit?

Am a very unhappy little vegemite at the moment.

unlucky i did the same thing forfeit bonus which you may think is 50 quid or something it doesnt do that it clears all the bonus , it realy looks like someone needs to address this theres going to be lots of problems , i lost 350 euros

i sent a e mail to cs which they got back to me today with , that they would drop 50 quid in there with same wagering as a good will gesture , which i wasnt to happy about considering i asked for them to add the 350 euros back into the account so i could complete wagering which was the funds i had forfeited , though it didnt make much sense considering the bonus was only 50 euros.

i logged back in today & found that they had popped the money back in there with what i had left on wagering ,cleared the wagering docs sent in for withdrawal , tried the rep here yesturday no reply , but at least they did pop those funds back into my account & cleared up the problem for me which is good , shows willing , i shall update on payment )

Great that you got it sorted....well done.

However, I still don't understand, I'm afraid. With the second bonus, I only had £0.8p in the account when I made my third deposit of £40, and then only £0.38p when I made the deposit of £100, so exactly where are the WRs coming from? Does this mean the WRs carry over from deposit to deposit until you finally have cleared them? And what was taken from me was the entire £1250 WR?

However, I just don't see how I could have had any WRs against my final deposit, as I hadn't taken any bonuses for either it or the deposit immediately preceding it.

I feel sick! I just can't afford to throw away that sort of money.

im not sure juicy , the problem is they do get back to you but there just not that fast , i wouldnt of thought any wagering would be carried over , im pretty much set in stone to always zero the account even if its a penny ( got caught on 6p a few years ago lost over 2k due to me not clearing the account before a deposit was made ) best thing is to wait until youve heard back from them dont get all worried just be patient & im sure it shall be resolved )

Trouble is, I brood and I worry, then I worry and I brood...ad nauseum.

I could win a gold medal for all this worrying/brooding I am going to be doing all night long.

And unfortunately my middle name is Patricia, not Patience... :D

But yes, you are right...I should wait until I hear back from them.

BUT....there does seem to be something drastically wrong with their system though, that allows this to happen.

Hi All,

Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Yes correct, I had a few days off as I was attending a wedding and had very limited internet access. I actually thought that the connection would be Ok but the location I had to travel too had a terrible connection. Amazing in this day and age:mad:

I have followed up on your queries and (PMs that I received) looking into your problems however I believe that the payment issues you were experiencing have been sorted out. When it comes to payments we are definitely faster during the week. We have a rotational basis over the weekend but we still try to pay out in the fastest time possible irrelevant if its a Saturday or a Sunday.

Live Support is available during office hours and all requests are dealt with immediately. After 5 p.m. Support is available via email and will be dealt with according to the order they were received.

In the event that Live Support is not available, it generally means that we have received a large amount of queries that need attending.

If any of you have sent an email or tried contacting support or requested a withdrawal and have had no response past 48 hrs, please let me know and I will tend to this right away. I am available all day/week so I can address this issues straight on!

Looking forward to your feedback/comments and will be working on your individuals replies as the day goes by.

Thanking you all in advance,
Regards,
Rebecca.

Hi Blathaon,

Just to clarify;

According to our terms and conditions own funds and bonus money are separate due to bonus wager requirements, therefore bonus amount does not appear in the game while the player has his own funds. Player starts playing with deposit money first.

Bonus amount is available when the player is left with 0.20€ or less of his own money. To load the bonus money to the game account, player has to exit the game and enter again.

I hope that the above helps explain how this works.

I totally agree that this explanation is not included anywhere and I will also be working on improving the T&Cs in order for them to be more self explanatory thus including/fixing any points that are pointed out in this forum.

Please do not hold back in letting me know what other points do not 'make sense' to you from a player's point of view. This is what I am here for!:)

Thanks and Regards,
Rebecca

So i made a deposit of 100€ and i was under the impression that you get the bonus so that you can use it to play with. Well it seems that this is not the case, looks to be a post wager bonus.
I have read the T&C's but i'm none the wiser.

As you can see i have clearly been credited a bonus.

But when you open a game you only have your deposit to play with.
Old Attachment (Invalid)

So if this is a post wager bonus then this should be better explained in the promotion T&C.
So if anyone can explain it then please do :)

Edit:So i lost my deposit, and now i can play the bonus money:what: , this is the weirdest bonus system i have encountered. And it doesn't seem to be explained anywhere.

Dear HIGHIQ,

If I am not mistaken your withdrawal request was processed within 1.5 hrs from your initial request. Please correct me if this is not the case!!

Best Regards,
Rebecca.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE I WAS NOT ABLE TO WITHDRAW? NO LIVE CHAT, NO PHONE SUPPORT.. NO REPLY ON EMAIL.. PLAYED BACK 5K EURO...FOR ME NO CAN DO...ABSOLUTE DISSAPOINTED FOR A CASINO WANTS TO BE ACREDITED..!!

HIGHIQ

It would be good if you could confirm this - if so it would have been nice if you had updated the thread as it makes the Casino look bad unnecessarily

Hi Publo,

Thank you for your comments and I am glad you had a nice time at our casino.

All our games are certified and we have had positive feedback regarding our games. Did you run into some issue with any particular game to say that they are dodgy?

Regards,
Rebecca.

I had a great experience with this casino yesterday. Having to lose your deposit before
you are allowed to wager the bonus is actually a great advantage if you play big stakes to hit some big wins. Right now their bonus system works like 100% cashback (they should make that clear in their T&C's). I've won almost 1000 Euros from 10 Euro spin and I was able to forfeit the bonus and withdraw the winnings. Payout took about an hour and it included very fast document verification.
The big downside is their software from Novomatic - they have the most dodgy slots I've ever seen.

Hi Blathaon,

I will PM with regards to the progress bar as I need to understand what issues you have encountered.

I am glad that everything else went smoothly with your verification and withdrawal request. As explained earlier, we exercise a fast withdrawal policy all week long. (including weekend) We are on rotational basis during the weekend but requests should never supersede 48 hrs so please let me know if your request took longer.

Regards,
Rebecca

I still have some questions about the bonus system, as i said in an earlier post here the welcome bonus is advertised as a 100%match. And you get the impression that it is a standard pre wager bonus. But you can only play with the bonus money if you lose your deposit, and this needs to be made clear in the T&C.

And then we have this, i don't know if it is working or not, as you can see the progress bar doesn't seem to work. If the rep could explain this then that would be great.

And now for some more positive things.
I made a withdrawal of 100€ on Friday, mainly to test how long it takes to get the money etc.

As i said the withdrawal was fast only 1 hour 22 min, the verification took three days but as i said it was over the weekend so that is not a problem.

My only confusion/problem has been with the way the bonus system is explained or the lack of a proper explanation.
I did find out how it works when i lost my deposit and then saw that i could play with the bonus money. But this is not the impression you get when reading the welcome bonus terms, you then get the impression that you get the bonus immediately to play with. When in fact you only get it IF you lose your deposit so the bonus is conditional and more of a consolation prize/bonus.

Had this been explained then i have no problem with it since you can withdraw your real money balance at any time.

And the bonus bar, well it is as shown in the screenshot. It doesn't fill up, to be fair I've only deposited around 250€ total and played 150€ in bonus money so i probably haven't wagered more then a few thousand tops. But it should still fill up right?
