yes the day after it worked.. i had my withdraw payed fast.. as i said the support was offline for more then 24h and the email replied after 4 days and no phone taken was unacceptable.. if all of these had worked i had a nice 5k euro more...

Ok cool - so could the Rep advise why support was off line for 24 hrs and the e mail not replied to for 4 days and no phone calls?

BUT....there does seem to be something drastically wrong with their system though, that allows this to happen.

Hi. Not in Quasar Gaming but in another casino using Novomatic software. I had free spins on Dolphin's Pearl Deluxe which were re-triggered 9 times giving me a total of 150 free spins ($8000 win from $10 spin). After that I had a huge losing streak on Book of Ra Deluxe.
I know losing streaks are common on every casino software but I don't remember having more than 3 free spins re-triggers anywhere else.

We confirm that the first query had been submitted on Friday 05/07/2013 3:37am - at this time our phone system diverts to offline message which means that anyone is welcome to leave a voice message. Live Support is not available at this time and our email support falls into effect.

We were conducting scheduled maintenance during office hours that morning which is why our Live Support was not available. It took us a bit longer to answer mails due to a high correspondence of mails that we received (due to our scheduled maintenance).

A response was then sent on Sunday, (as this falls under our 48 hrs time frame in accordance to our T&Cs) with feedback and the necessary explanations.

I can appreciate the frustration of not having a prompt reply but I must strongly advise ALL readers/players that in the event of misunderstandings and/or uncertainties of any kind, to refrain from further activity until further clarification is provided.

We are a licensed casino and constantly being monitored by the authorities in order to exercise fair game play to all our players.

I certainly hope that this situation can be resolved as we have worked and come a long way to build a good reputation in all our departments.
I will be the first to say that there is always room for improvement in every situation but as confirmed, funds were received within 1.5 hrs from time of request.

I have sent you a PM, but in a nutshell, both my casino wallet/main wallet are showing exactly the same as they did last night, which is 0:00. :eek:

on another note diva can you please look into this bonus forfeit problem or maybe add a warning to when you do forfeit the bonus that you will lose the entire balance not only the bonus to which was applied to the account , had i seen this or along those lines i wouldnt of carried on doing it , its kind of misleading the player realy & i believe it would cause a fair ammount of problems tbh , considering im not wet behind the ears when playing online even i got caught out by this )

As i said the withdrawal was fast only 1 hour 22 min, the verification took three days but as i said it was over the weekend so that is not a problem.

My only confusion/problem has been with the way the bonus system is explained or the lack of a proper explanation.
I did find out how it works when i lost my deposit and then saw that i could play with the bonus money. But this is not the impression you get when reading the welcome bonus terms, you then get the impression that you get the bonus immediately to play with. When in fact you only get it IF you lose your deposit so the bonus is conditional and more of a consolation prize/bonus.

Had this been explained then i have no problem with it since you can withdraw your real money balance at any time.

And the bonus bar, well it is as shown in the screenshot. It doesn't fill up, to be fair I've only deposited around 250€ total and played 150€ in bonus money so i probably haven't wagered more then a few thousand tops. But it should still fill up right?

So what happened? Well, the problem was that both the casino wallet and the main wallet showed a zero balance immediately I forfeited the 0.30p bonus and I thought I had lost all my winnings. However, in actual fact, the money was there, in the main wallet, but just not visible.

So last night, when I was on a roll with Katana, I could have kept playing and (possibly!) winning. Grrrrr! On the other hand, this techie glitch does mean that I didn't manage to reverse back my winnings, and even increased them today. :)

The problem may be something to do with IE 10, but even after clearing out the cache, I still couldn't see any of the balances. I just kept moving money across from the casino wallet to the main wallet until I got the 'insufficient funds' msg. Not being able to see your actual balance is very annoying, although support have suggested that the casino runs better using FireFox.

So FireFox here I come.

And the final outcome? I managed to withdraw 1200Euros, from an overnight balance of 877. Have just sent in my verification docs, so hope to be paid soon.

That is just bad luck as you can have in any given casino.
May I ask what your stake was?
And Book of Ra is as far as I know medium-high variance as most Novomatic slots are but they can be very rewarding!
Don't expect every bonusround to be gold but believe me,they can pay very very well as I play Novomatic Slots online and in the past also in land based casino's...They don't have those here in Ireland otherwise I still would play them...

The problems we had with the wager bar earlier on, have been fixed. Just FYI though, the wager bars were not in real time updates but this has now been fixed to update every 5 mins.

Damm, i thought after gambling for 10 years I knew all about high variance slots untill I joined quasar gaming lol. I played dolphins pearl and katana. I guess this the highest variance I have seen in my life, especially katana. Or maybe I just got unlucky.

Three times a balance of about 200 at 0,6euro a spin lost without a single feature. Also lost it in the fastest time possible. And I thought the playboy slot and DOA were high variance.
You need a really healthy bankroll to play these games.

However when you do hit a feature it should pay big, at least that's what I have heard :rolleyes:
