PURPLE LOUNGE HAD A BONUS CALLED SUNDAY SESSION.DEPOSIT $50 AND WE,LL MATCH IT %100 SUNDAY, BETWEEN 5PM AND 10PM SO I WAITED ALL DAY AND AT 5.20PM I MADE A $52 DEPOSIT AND SENT THEM AN E-MAIL AS DIRECTED...WAITED A COUPLE OF HOURS AND NO BONUS...SO I PLAYED OUT THE $52 AND SEND THEM 3 EMAILS THAT EVENING.......THEY REPLIED THE NEXT DAY SAYING I DID NOT DEPOSIT AT THE WRIGHT TIME...THEY ARE IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE FRON CANADA ONT.HOW WAS I TO KNOW THIS....I COMPLAINED AND THEY BASICALLY TO ME FORGET IT NO BONUS.......I HAVE PLAYED MENNY BONUSES ON 32RED WHICH IS BRITISH...THEY HAVE NEVER TOLD ME I HAD TO DEPOSIT IN THEIR TIME ZONE......MY ADVISE DO NOT PLAY PURPLE LOUNGE, I SPEND UPWARDS OF 30 K AYEAR MOSTLY ON MICROGAMING AND THIS IS THE FIRST MICROGAMMING SITE THAT HAS EVER DONE THIS TO ME...STICK TO 32 RED OR RICHREELS...PAUL S.
 
I think the best thing before making a deposit is to ask via Live Support or email if you qualify for a bonus..and always to make screenshots to your chat conversations..
 
a good casino would have given you the bonus of "goodwill". It has happen to me before, that I have forgot to enter a promo code or whatever, and they have always given me the bonus of "goodwill". Especially when I used Centrebet last year, it happended a couple of times, but they gave it as goodwill.

You dont have the right to the bonus of course, since you did not follow the bonus t&c.

Next time, you might want to write a post without using the caps lock.

The also have huge wagering requirements for Canadians as well:

This is for their SUB, I'm not a member and not sure if that applies to all bonuses, but I think it's best to stay away.

You should be able to negotiate your way to VIP status at many casinos with this level of "action".

Purple Lounge cannot see past their "computer says no" jobsworth attitude.

Even PL don't know when this bonus is available, because depending on which part of the site you look at, it can either be 5pm to 9pm, or 7pm to 9pm.

Since you would have to wager it 110x anyway, it is a pointless offer, and MOST casinos that accept Canadian players do so GLADLY, rather than trying to rip them off.

How on EARTH can they justify such a HUGE additional WR, from 25x to 110x based purely on where you live (or for that matter, how you deposit).

My real gripe is that Neteller themselves just sit back and TAKE it, when they should be going after these merchants "with a big stick" for driving customers AWAY from Neteller. It seems the "tail is wagging the dog", and I can't figure out why, and Neteller "ain't telling". I have asked Neteller myself, and they pretend not to know about any of this. Bollocks of course, I have complained about this before, and was told "it will be looked at".

I might have another go on Facebook, and PUBLICLY challenge Neteller over their inaction over this. They will find it much harder to ignore, and they will no longer be able to pretend they don't know about it.

I just have to dig up the "right example" to maximise the "red faces" at Neteller HQ.
