Problems with JPJ Group (formerly Plainpartners - Vera&John)

Hello! Is anyone also having issues with JackpotJoy Group? I have an issue with a past payment and didn't get any reply from 3 affiliate managers. I also opened a ticket for over a month with no reply. I even tried with customer support. The customer support forwards my e-mail and still not getting any reply. I also tried other channels like LinkedIn. Something really weird is going on.

If allowed, I can upload the screenshot of my open ticket with the date of submission.

You can as long as you hide the details of individuals including yourself, but be aware that public posting of private communications may prejudice any complaint or arbitration you later seek.

No one is getting any problem with them? Really weird that a topic about Vera&John, Intercasino (JPJgroup) was not available here. Why there is nothing about JPJgroup (formerly Plainpartners)?

I received the payment yesterday (Feb 19). Anyway, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication (including in 3 forums I posted this case). I never got any e-mail from the affiliate managers about this case.
