I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a withdrawl request to go through for $500. Every time I call I get a different answer, but no results. First they told me I'd get paid in 5-7 days. On the 8th day I call and they tell me because of technical problems it will be another couple of days. After that I call and they say Today is the day. The next day after no money I call and they tell me it "should be within this week, we are growing so fast that we can't keep up with the payments".

Is this normal for Prism Casino? I liked the games and want to continue playing, but not if payment is an issue. Does anyone have a contact email for Prism?

Thanks

Yes, this is normal for Prism Casino. This is another case of "you should of known better."
https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/ will explain a bit. If you haven't filled out the "pitch a bitch" form here: https://www.casinomeister.com/player-arbitration-pab/ and I'll get to it time permitting.

Now if you like the games, there are a few RTG sites to choose from. Crown Vegas is one. It's listed in our "reputable section" https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/ I've met the operator and he is seriously dedicated to this industry and to his players. The operators for Prism Casino couldn't give a flying rats ass on how fast you're getting paid. In fact, they would probably prefer not to pay you at all.

In an attempt to keep this glorious thread on Prism Casino on topic, all posts concerning Crown Vegas have been moved here:

I called Prism today and they said that I should receive my money by Saturday. All NeTeller payouts have been delayed but will be paid this week. We'll see - I'll post the results here.

Anyone care to bet? ;)

hitmesilly I am having the same problem with Prism, it is my first time I ever tried to withdrawl from there, I wrote Prism Casino and asked them a while back if they were affiliated with Virtual Casino , they said NO, then I wrote Virtual casino JC in accounting , I use to play Virtual casino, never got stiffed but always had to waite a long time to get paid, any way I asked JC are you affiliated with Prism Casino? and if not why are you offering a cupon to there site to redeem, this is when this worm hit them a few weeks back, she said No we are not affiliated with Prism Casino and we just made a deal with them for are players. .. to me this is so strange why these 2 casinos dont want it to be none that they ahve affiliations with each other.. any one have any insite on this?

And to get back to the withdrawl, I have received the same excuses as you Hitmesilly I have saved all emails.. I promise you you will get paid and so on.. they owe me 180.00 right now My withdrawl request was on 2/4
Now I thought this Safe Bet seal was a good thing but after reading the warning list I now realize it dont mean nothing..

"Now I thought this Safe Bet seal was a good thing but after reading the warning list I now realize it dont mean nothing.. "

SafeBet is a joke. It is owned & operated by RTG, and awards either "Platinum, Gold, or Silver" status (with a fee at each level) to RTG casinos.

Besides being worthless, it's "unethical" IMO, as
SafeBet imply's that they "oversee" the listed casinos, when in reality, they are just another part of the RTG family of Scum casinos.

Much like letting the fox "oversee" the henhouse.

I like RTG software, it seems like alot of bad casinos use this software? is there a reason for this that any one knows off

This is a update: I just recieved a email from Prism and they are sending my winnings to me.. thanks for all your help and info

I also received an email from Prism saying my withdrawl has been approved and will be available in 48 hours. Well, I requested my withdrawl on Feb 2nd, and it's now the 25th. Way too slow for me, but at least I'm getting paid. Judging by the posts from other people, it doesn't seem to matter how much you contact them. They're going to take about 3-4 weeks to pay you no matter what.

If anyone has suggestions for casinos that pay on time using RTG software, please let me know.

Thanks

Gambler's Lobby is one to try. I did a withdrawl from them on Feb 8th and had it in my neteller account on Feb 11th. That's pretty good I'd say!

(The only one faster was Intercasino, which had my money in neteller within 8-12 hours!!)

Gambler's Lobby changed hands last year, and commendably agreed to pay out a number of players that had been waiting for ages for the previous owners to meet their obligations.

It has taken a while to pay out these "old owner debts" but Kent Spaulding the manager at GL has been doing it slowly but surely and paid off another five just last week. He is confident that he will have the remaining few old players sorted out this week.

If that is the case, I think they deserve some credit for resolving these older cases.

Their casinos are Gamble a Million, Gamblers Lobby and You Go Girl.

I requested a $1530.00 withdraw from Prism, not one e-mail on it being approved, nor denied. I kept checking my accounts history, then one day >,many<,, my withdrawal said "Manager Approved", but still no e-mail about it. Finally sent e-mail to them, no reply, i sent 3 e-mails asking about it, not one response. So I called them, the lady checked, said it's been approved, should be receiving it soon, then she put me on hold, came back and told me I wouldn't be getting none of it, I asked her why, she said I didn't play through my wagering requirements, I told her to check my game play again, i had met that a few times over, she put me on hold again, then came back and said, just because it says "Manager Approved", that doesn't mean you get it. I said, "I don't get none of it?" She says, "NO!". Then a few days later I receive an e-mail from Prism the "Manager Withdraw" meant the money was removed. It did not say "Manager Withdraw", it said "Manager Approved". I have video of my entire history.

I filed a complaint with Safebet, which since I found that to be a joke, and a complaint with RTG, which may be as big a joke, no correspondence at all so far from them. Still waiting. Another RTG casino helped by telling me how to file a complaint with RTG, and another webmaster has also been trying to assist in this, no luck so far.
Stay Away From Prism!!

Book long enough? Sorry people!!

Welcome to RTG-land! Cool software but bad licensee policing and the message boards are well populated with complaints against many of their licensees. Unfortunately that includes Prism and the infamous Virtual to which it is related.

If you already have a reputable webmaster mediating for you (I have found Casinomeister, Fairbet and GG are tops in this area) then I would hold on the trashing until they have had a chance to finish their work, although I know how frustrated you must be feeling.

I don't think I was really trashing, just stating a feeling after reading about Safebet here, and concerning RTG, I said MAY be a joke, still waiting.

But you're right, I'll wait and see.

not heard of Fairbet nor GG, do they deal with all online casino's?

Thank you jetset

Bryan here at Casinomeister is a good, straight mediator who has helped many players through his contacts.

Others of the same calibre are Julie Sidwell at Gambling Grumbles (I think you can actually submit a complaint to her through the Gambling.com site on which GG is situated) and Joe Plummer the webmaster at Fairbet.org.

Thank you jetset, I appreciate the information.

I TO AM A PRISM VICTIM. I HIT A 5000.00 AND A 2500.00 PROGRESSIVE, AND THEN 600.00 IN JACKPOTS
ON PRISMS SLOTS.3-3-03 I CASHED OUT 7500.00, AND LEFT THE REST IN MY ACCOUNT TO PLAY WITH. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND HEARD NOTHING BACK. ON 3-5 I LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT TO FIND THE 600.00 I LEFT IN MY ACCOUT GONE. WHEN I CHECKED THE HISTORY ON MY PAYMENT REQUESTS IT SAID THAT 7300.00 HAD BEEN
APPROVED BY MANAGER. 200.OO TO ON DEMAND FUNDS.
I CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. THE LADY FIRST TOLD ME I DIDNT HAVE 600.00 IN MY ACCOUNT , I AHD TAKEN IT ALL OUT. I TOLD HER THAT I DID HAVE 600.00 IN IT THE DAY BEFORE, AND THAT I TOOK OUT 7500.00 AND I WANTED TO KNOW WHEN ID GET THAT. SHE LEFT ME ON HOLD AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME AFTER 15 MIN OR SO. I CALLED BACK AND SHE SAID ALL I WAS GOING TO GET WAS 200.00 OUT OF 8000.00. WHEN I ASKED TO KNOW WHY, SHE SAID IT WAS THE RULE ON THE BONUS I GOT. WHEN I CALLED IN TO CONFIRM MY DEPOSIT FROM ON DEMAND FUNDS THE LADY THAT ASWERED ASKED ME IF I HAD A BONUS CODE I TOLD HER NO, AND SHE SAID DONT WORRY IM GIVING YOU ONE RIGHT NOW, THEN SHE SAID GOOD LUCK AND HUNG UP. I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS BONUS NOR DID I HAVE A CHANCE TO SAY NO BEFORE SHE HUNG UP. THE LETTERS THEY SENT ME WHICH I STILL HAVE TWO, GAVE EM FREE MONEY AND NEITHER SAID A WORD ABOUT CONDITIONS APPLYING OR TO CHECK WITH CASINO FOR RULES JUST THAT THEY GIVE OUT MORE FREE MONEY THAN ANYONE.

I NEVER ASK FOR THIS BONUS AND BY THEIR OWN RULES I LATER FOUND ON THEIR SITE, IT SAID PLAYERS USE THEIR OWN MONEY FIRST BONUS MONEY LAST, I WON THE FIRST PRGRESSIVE BEFORE I HAD EVEN SPENT 5.00 OF MY 20.00 DEPOSIT SO BY THAT, I HAD NEVER TOUCHED THE 20.00 THEY GAVE ME.
WHEN I POINTED THIS OUT TO THEM THEY SAID THEY HAD FOUND MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS FOR ME, I TOLD THEM THIS IS
THE FIRST AND LAST ACCOUNT I HAVE EVR HAD WITH THEM.
I SENT THEM EMAILS AND CALLED THEM ASKING FOR THE NAME OF A MANAGER OR THE CORP THAT WAS IN CHARGE , AND FINALLY A PERSON NAMED SAM CALLED ME , THIS GUY SHREIKED AND YELLED SAID I WAS A TROUBLEMAKER AND THAT I CHEATED AND I HAD MANY ACCOUNTS, I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS EITHER MISTAKEN
OR THIS WAS A PRETTY OBVIOUS ATTEMPT TO KEEP FROM PAYING ME. I THEN HUNG UP.

I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE MGR BEN STEINBERG WOULD BE WILLING TO TRY AND COME TO A MUTUALLY SATISFACTORY OUTCOME AND TO CALL. I DID CALL, AND IWAS TOLD HE WASNT THERE THEN I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO ONE THERE BY THAT NAME, I SENT EMAILS
TO THIS GUY BUT NEVER HEARD BACK.
THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES, ILL BET THEY DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY US, AND NEVER HAD IT TO BEGIN WITH.

Hi cattzz, sorry to hear you also made the victims list at Prism. It is my opinion this casino has come into existence to have a way to clean dirty money. What else could it be?
I know there will not be any of the monies returned to me, but I'm not dropping it. Complaint forms to the Attorney Generals Office will be filed. Even with Better Business, checking for any type of Investigations Department on Foreign Companies practice, FCC--yes since it's an internet connected business, any and all federal departments. $1530.00 isn't that much, it's gone, but Prism Casino has me mad, so any thing I can file at any department, it will be filed!!
Good luck to you cattzz, start filing them complaint forms, even with the smallest governmental department, who knows, just might take Prism offline.

Please don't forget to fill out the complaint form at Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) and then send an email to [email protected] upon completing it.

Don't bother chasing them via any attorney general or Better Business. You'll just waste your time. Real Time Gaming are the ones who need to step up to the plate and take this bull by the horns.

Hi Administrator: Thank you! I submitted a complaint at Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) after emailing the [email protected], that's where I received the information where to go.
Still no word, and it is still listed as : Under Review , and that was about February 14, 2003 when I submitted it.
Best I can figure is they have a office in Florida, or Atlanta, at least the 800 number you call for support, that's where they are. So maybe having part of the business located in the States, someone here can help!??

thank you

They're in Atlanta, Georgia (that's RTG)

This runaround from Prism is just the latest in a long line of bad reports all over the Internet about this dump, which is related to the infamous Virtual and it's many offspring.

All the indications are that this is a place to steer well clear of.

Ok, so it's RTG themself you're talking with when you call the 800 support number for prism?

And can anyone inform me as to why Prism refuses to say who and/or where the owner of this casino is?

They must be needing/wanting players extremely bad, they keep upping the bonus percentages on deposits.

Waste of time or not, I have nothing but time on my hands, every single department, governmental or not that I can find, a complaint form will be filed against Prism Casino.

I admire your determination, jinnia and that's often what it takes to get your fair payouts.

It shouldn't be that way but with some of these operators unfortunately it is, and RTG tend to be patchy when it comes to helping players with complaints regarding their licensees.

You might try copying RTG on a few of those official letters - who knows, it may light a fire under them, too!

Hi jetset, I intend to add RTG and SafeBet on every single form I submit since it seems SafeBet IS RTG operated casinos.
Law suits are filed every day for Theft By Deception also. May be another waste of time, but worth, in my opinion, looking in to!

I go through life lying nor deceiving no one, and it pi**es me greatly if/when someone does it to me!!

thanks everyone for the input on prism. they are still sending me coupons for free money, after i asked (TOLD) them to close my account, and i have clicked the link to get off the mailing list so many times, my mouse has a dent in its head.

why cant the internet gods zap them with a nice,
voltage spike....incurable virus......a large voice that says "STOP" or "DANGER..DANGER." when
players/victims try and sign on.!

hi,
i sent my request for help with prism to rtg.
i got an auto-we got it email, and nothing else yet.
then i also went to their sales site filled in the info for buying their software,at the end it had a questions spot. here i told them that if they are not knowingly allowing their partners to
defraud players that they should do an audit. i pointed out that we (players) arent the only being cheated, for i suspect that these pay-outs are not being re-entered into the system, and if they called upon all of the players that won any
amount over say, 1000.00, theyd be surprised to find that the player had been told he had forfited the money for one reason or another.

i then pointed out that in the end reputation will be the determining factor for many investors.
to link ones self to a dis-honest operation in the legitimate business community, is to commint
suicide.
even the dis-honest ivestor will shy away, for they will figure the word is out, and the odds of
getting pulled into the lime-light arent worth the risk.

alone our complaints (players) may have been dismissed as just sore loosers or played off this way. as a group , things look much different. the same week i had my money taken from me, another lady had 1530.00 taken from her, with the same kind of double talk, and outright lies i went through.

we are trying to give you the opportunity to save your reputation, let the gambling community know
you will not tolerate players to be cheated using your software, and to make good on the winnings
owed to us.

looking at the big picture, this not only a intelligent PR move, but a sound financial one too.

think about it, would you rather gamble at a casino that claims to be honest or a casino that has publicly proven to be on the side of the player, and willing to eliminate the dis-honest
operators using their software.

we'll see what happens...

Hi Admin,

Not one word of any kind from RTG.
For me, I filed the complaint with them on February 14, 2003.

I have just been sent an email from Prism Casino. They are offering the most rediculus promotion ever. 300% on deposit and if you lose, they will put another 100% of your deposit into your account.

How interesting or stupid can that get? Unfortunately, I will never EVER PLAY at PRISM CASINO because of the reputation!

Enjoy, everybody!

And what they don't mention, is that there is a $200 max cash in allowed.

This is one of the reasons why players should uninstall this casino's software, and webmasters who promote them should be blacklisted.

A little good news about Prism Casino. They have placed $200.00 back onto my credit card. This is the amount they said I was entitled to, not the $1500.00.
At least I have received $200.00.

Hi Admin,
I had them uninstalled, got the money, I was/am curious to see if possible to win anything, and if so, if they'd pay, So, sorry, but I installed them, deposited $20 and played, I have $1280.00 on withdraw now. Waiting to see what happens.
It'll be worth the $20 to see how things go.
Then, probably will start going to land casinos again and let online ones alone.

I have uninstalled all casinos software except for Prism, which will be done again and left, and OnLuck, I have never had a problem with OnLuck at all in any way, always pay with in 6 business days.

Sorry, I am the curious type, and will have only cost $20.00 to see if it's done again.

PRISM SUCKS!!!!! Their website states 3-5 days for a withdrawal. LIE!!!!!!!! I am still waiting.........DONT PLAY AT PRISM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi MrRaceTrack,

I played 7's and Stripes, the quarter machine, hit the 3 red 7's for $1250.00.

I requested a cashout on May 4th, they credited my deposits back on my Mastercard, but the other $1045.00 is still sitting in my account under Manage Withdrawals.

I'll keep posting any results on this.

Sorry it's taken me so long to come back with an update on Prism Casino, this is due to my Mother passing away a few moths ago and now my Father is down. Time consuming.

Anyway, Prism Casino paid, every penny. Took a while, received it in my OnDemand Funds Account last week.

But they still may be uninstalled, I just uninstalled 5 Rose and OnLuck, also sent them an e-mail about how they've all gone downhill >,gotten<, since upgrading to the new 3.0 RTG software.

So the RTG's may be out of my system for good. Gee, all the searching starts over for a good online casino. Such a headache ..>,>,smile<,<,

Hello MrRaceTrack,

Love your little smileys, got me wanting to head out for a drink and some dancing .. smile

Let's see now, OnLuck and 5 Roses went a couple of days ago. Club Player and BetMax went last night. Leaves me 2 >,two<, still installed, and they'll be gone within a week, I feel.

The jackpot amounts get higher and higher. A regular jackpot of 1000 coins >,nickle<, is $70.00, referring to Bank On It, the jackpot hits were coming inside the $90.00 range, now, they go over $250.00. I little ridiculous in my opinion.

And they all have programmed their software so tight on even the little hits, I swear I can hear the machines squeak... grin

I've sent e-mails to OnLuck, 5 Rose, and one to Valerie at Prism telling them this. They don't care, understandable that they need to make money to stay in business, but if player after player becomes dissatisfied and quits, it'll make an impact on them.

RTG run casino's, in my opinion, are putting themself out of business by greed.

But, what do I know? Just an old hillbilly here that spells dog "dawg" .. ha ha

I have a little money in balance at Prism, will play it out, then they'll more than likely be my next uninstall.

From the RTG's mission statement:

At RealTime Gaming, our philosophy is simple; take gaming seriously. We don't just develop "cool" software, but rather, we develop sustainable business platforms; complete solutions for building successful online gaming businesses.

Notice they don't mention anything about players.

"Notice they don't mention anything about players."

When Michael Staw was posting on WOL, during one of the frequent RTG "problem periods", with numerous players complaining about being ripped off (especially by TCO(Thecasinoonline)and Merlin, Staw was asking players to post what they would like to see new or different with the RTG software.

The money problems?? Well, he didn't care to discuss THAT much at all.

Now, two years later, the ongoing and frequent "problems" just keep on mounting up, week after week.

I guess those "new slot machines" RTG have installed have Michael Staw strutting around like a peacock. :notworthy:

Continue to alienate players, continue to allow your licensees to rip off people, but make sure you pump out a few new slot machines...

Yeah...That's the ticket, Mikey...

Prism Casino is a Corporation incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica and is fully licensed and regulated by the laws of that country for the purpose of operating casino gambling on the Internet.

This is bullshit. Costa Rica does not license online casinos. They offer business licenses for Internet companies. Prism is playing with the language to make it appear that they have something that they do not have: a gaming license.

It's me again people. Seems Prism is absolutely STEALING, total theft. After I received my withdraw of 1045, I started having problems with my checking account - my master card is a bank card, not a regular mastercard-. It started being in the red, I couldn't figure out where I was spending all my money. So I finally decided to find out. I went online into my banking account and downloaded it, just checking from June 8 to June 13, 2003. Guess what was discovered? Prism is putting through fraudulant debits against my account. 31 of them totalling 434 dollars just for those few days. I went to the bank with a copy of my accounts History on Prism,I ALWAYS take a video and snapshot of. 31 forms were filled out by me and the banks fraud department. So I got to thinking, maybe they have been doing this all along, to any and all players, so I checked for the entire month of June, there will be 16 more forms filled out on Prism this coming Monday.
So anyone who has ever made a deposit at Prism, check your statements, I bet you'll find where they made some fraudulant debits against it.

What Prism didn't/don't realize is, this not being a regular mastercard govern by the state issuing it, but it being a mastercard bank card, it's govern by federal.

I had my card number shut off and a new one issued to me.

You have 60 days to file a dispute on charges, so if anyone has made any deposit>,s<, with Prism in last 60 days, get to checking your statement real close. Any you find that's older than 60 days, you're just out the money.

If they hadn't got greedy and put through numerous ones all at once, they may have gotten away with it. I'm sure they'll say Software malfunction, but I don't think so. Thet use numerous companies for making deposits through, AVP Solutions, EZTP.NET, 2 or 3 more.

Admin, I'd like that beer now ..

Anyone know of all the pay services Prism Casino uses? It seems to be numerous, but need a list of all that is used. They tell me they are not sure of which ones they use, yeah, right!!

Try looking on Prism casino's web site or call their toll free number, located also on their web site. I'm sure they will be more than helpful with your request.

Just don't expect the same dedicated, friendly assistance when trying to cash out a withdraw!

Prism casino is owned by Virtual Casino Group, and is listed under rogue casino's here on casinomeister.com
