Prize paid as Credit and Bonus @ 32RED says funds are in play on one of the games.

Recently winning the Freeroll on 32red I discovered that the prize was paid as a cash and a bonus. According to tech support there is funds in play that is the reason this occurs. I have checked and rechecked this game that they say is in progress yet when i open it there is no game in progress.

This is frustrating.Thank you.
Anyone know how to fix this issue.

I remember some time back an similiar issue, and was told to go into multiplayer wheel of fortune...that it was an unfinished round or something. Once I went into the game the wheel was up, I let it reset and once back out problem solved.

Don't know if this will help but worth a shot?

Yes I had the same thing with multiplayer Isis, I went in and there were no rounds in play, but it showed that I had a number in my free spin thing. Support told me to just leave the game open until someone hit free spins, and sure enough, it hit and paid me like $8 or something. Now I make sure I don't play those games unless I'm playing without a bonus.

I have recurring issues with this, in my case it's fruities, specifically Gold Mine and Lucky Darts. There ARE no open bets in play, CS has even accessed my account and verified this themselves.

Worth checking any VP play though, I have failed to collect a bet there (you have to either gamble or collect on most video pokers).

There are different games in flash and download versions, if you've ever played flash, might want to check there too.

Usually CS can tell you what game(s) is showing as unresolved.

It was MULTIPLAYER ISIS.

The issue is now resolved. Allowed 32red to access my account.

According to the play log admin used some "test credits" to flush out the problem. It didn't give me any "wins"
