Credit Cards appear to be processing again here per their email. During this downtime many casinos stopped accepting them. They include

Phoencian
Betcris/Americas Card Room
Absolute Poker
Casino on Net/Pacific Poker
Fortune Lounge
Prima Poker Skins
Belle Rock Casinos

Unless I have made an error or these rooms changed back after CC's were accepted again these are some major casinos not accepting them anymore and I am sure there are more. Just think about the fees PPATM lost over losing these major merchants.

I would have to confirm PA's perception above from what I have been reading across the Web these past couple of weeks. It does seem as if PPATM is operating again although it must have lost ground in a very competitive field during its recent hassles.
