Good standing generally refers to...members who actively participate here in CM; sometimes there's a min post requirement, sometimes open to all...but by and large, means 'for CM members'; take that as you will, Ts and Cs generally reflect intent

As to your VS acct, I suggest that's something you take up directly with the VS rep as I nor the sponsor have any influence regarding that, and best sorted in PM versus the thread lest it become a huge derail
