Portofino Casino sucks! Apparently they don't like to pay anyone who cashes out as little as $100.
On March 25th, I cashed in $100 after meeting whatever wagering requirements that were in effect. After making me wait a week or more, they reversed it to my account on April 2nd. When called about it, the excuse was that it was "mistakenly reversed" and to go ahead and cashout again. Here is is the 15th, almost the 16th and it is STILL pending. Do I have to arrange a f'ing payment plan with these clowns?? I pity anyone who had a serious cashin at this clip joint, you'll probably NEVER get it.
Oh, and on top of this, they don't answer emails and their toll free support number doesn't work. Of course they claim that they just moved offices and that's why the phones are screwed up. Sounds like a familiar b.s. excuse to me. These guys belong at the bottom of the RTG barrel with the other 75% of RTG casinos.
