I’ve been waiting 5 days for a withdrawal from play ojo. I withdrew £450 first then won more after. After 2 days i was told this was escalated due to not being able to send to my card and i needed to provide bank details. I then provided details and was told i needed a swift number so sent them an alternative bank account with my ID iv not been hearing back from them. I’ve not received emails from them iv had to find out about a new issue every single time i’ve gone on live chat rather than them contacting me.
