Playojo support feels nonexistent and having trouble withdrawing

Hi can anyone help with my withdrawal at playojo?
I have messaged on twitter, facebook, “live chat” (robot as you can’t get a real person), email and I’m not having any luck!
All I want is my winnings and they claim “instant banking” this is not true at all!
I am worried I won’t even get the money at all at this rate

I can understand the concerns about a lack of live support agent - but panicking after 8 hours is a bit much.

If the objective is near-instant payments, then there will occasionally be delays - whether issues with the payment provider, issues with your bank, manual reviews for risk purposes or something else.

Feels like there's been a string of these threads regarding playojo in recent months - perhaps something for the rep to feed back and see if they can improve the user experience in terms of either more transparent updates, or access to a live support agent.
