Resolved Playojo rep/skill on Net rep here?

Before I start making noise and contacting ADR/UKGC and god knows what is there a rep here for the above? Absolutely impossible to get any sense or sort this out directly with Playojo, you wait days and days and days. So I thought I'd come here and ask first as Marcus the bot isn't even available anymore due to them now posting reams of odd T &Cs and nothing else.

The rep's page is here: iGaming reps . The PlayOjo rep -- @EGO -- is good, usually deals with stuff in less than 24 hours.

Apologies, I didn't mean to post it twice I'm not great with technology as I'm 70 🙈 it's why despite being here a while I didn't post a hello altho I'm better than I was a few years ago when all I could do was surf on YouTube and answer emails and messages. Wasn't intentional to post twice. 🫢 I'll keep that in mind re PAB but there's also IBAS I think and I know gambling commission don't deal with individual complaints but you can make them aware was suggested to me too. Thank you for answering

All true. Choose whichever route you prefer but do keep in mind that the turn-around at IBAS is typically measured in months.

The UKGC won't help you -- and frankly might not be interested, depending on your issue -- but for some things they'll take your info and keep it on file.

We've known the PlayOjo people for roughly a decade and have a good working relationship with them. As I say, most issues get resolved within 24 hours or so.

No worries about the double post, just something to keep in mind. ;)

Thanks Max I really appreciate your reply and knowledge. I hope it can just be resolved swiftly so I can stop taking headache pills ✅ it's quite frustrating.

My withdrawal has been pending for over 35 hours now on play Ojo , used to be so quick. Or at least only 24 hours, I'm fully verified and all documents were accepted months ago, any reps that can help me get them processed please?
